Very disappointed with this hotel that falls under the Wyndham brand. Sage the manager is awful. I was charged $10 for having a little makeup on the washcloth. I use makeup remover and they still charged me for a little mascara on it (they should upgrade to black cloths like most resorts do to avoid this). The charge was for something very petty. My granddaughter got sick because the rooms were filthy dirty. They didn't charge us for that, I guess that's where they get the 1 and only star. They removed our towels during "cleaning" but never replaced them. I had to call Zoey at the front desk 3 times to get them sent up hours later. I will never stay here again. The rooms are dirty. If you do, bring flip flops to walk around. The last visit we had there, there was a banana peel and something disgusting in the garbage They weren't going to give us another room but we were adamant they did. I should have known then the the type of place it is. I only stay here because it falls under the Wyndham brand, but never again.

We left a very special item there (my daughter’s quilt that my mom made her when she was born). The manager, Sage, personally mailed it to our home in San Francisco. We couldn’t be more appreciative of this gesture from him and the staff for keeping it and then sending it our way. Thank you to the team!

I really enjoyed my stay here for the time that I stayed which was probably my longest stay at a hotel the staff was excellent anytime I needed something they took care of it in a timely manner the rooms were clean place was clean and breakfast was OK there's no biscuits and gravy but otherwise good lol management was awesome they made sure I had everything I needed only bad part no smoking rooms but hey you can't have it all lol all in all one of the best stays I've had at a Wyndham hotel in this area. Very satisfied with my stay there

Room was visibly dirty. Thin walls, loud neighbors at 4am. Nobody working the desk to resolve problems. Car was broken into at 6am while parked outside in the lot. Two windows smashed. Police said it happens a lot in this area. Don’t leave ANY belongings in car if you stay here. Also if your stopping to get rest don’t bother. Save money and sleep in your car.

King-size room had stinky odor, 2nd nite stayed in different room, hotel clerk came banging on door at 3:30 am, told me to turn down TV but remote control didn't work, couple minutes later this masked up clerk came pounding on door again screaming in the hallway to open the door, I opened the door, he then barged his way in my room and tore out the TV cables and took them with him. I was too mad to sleep the rest of the night. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Mind you,,I'm a 73 year old man. I've got plenty of pictures of the mess he left . Your staff outright lies and overcharges when they say you're getting a discount this also happened. Mr owner, I have no reason to make any of this up.. I can fill your ear. Regrettably this frequent tourist to your town is going to lose my business. I'll pass this along to my fellow travelers at our next meeting.

This hotel isn’t worth a rating. The woman at the front counter was horribly rude and the room had a grubby feeling. After I checked out I noticed an additional $50 charge. When I called to inquire I was told it was for staining the bed comforter. Honestly I never used or even touched their comforter. It makes me mad that they accused me of this and charged me the additional amount. I would advise staying away from this dump.

Front desk lady is the nicest, and always a pleasant interaction. I love the fish tank and the beds are very comfortable…I stay here every time I’m in the area! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Overall not a bad place to stay. Was here for work. The rooms are decent so are the beds. If you're not looking for anything fancy, I would recommend staying here. Also there's no pool or hot tub. Just an FYI, apparently they are too cheap to fix that 😂

We do not recommend Ramada at all. The entire website is false. No hot tub, not hot breakfast, no elevator! etc, etc. The staff was friendly, but could not help us at all with a refund. Oh, the walls are thin and the doors slam shut.

We are a interracial couple Me and my wife book here because of pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub is close the sign at the gate say close and the gate lock. A guy that work on the grounds say something about filter pump not working. After staying three days we extended our stay two more days, which my wife had to go back to them like two time in the two time no body mentioned that keys had to be programmed, the day after we extended out time, went out to eat on our way back I started to feel not well so we rushed to the room to get to the toilet only to find out they lock us out of our room,I had to stand there and do my business right there by the door in my pants by the time my wife get back from the front check in area. My wife say the woman at the front was acting as if it was our fault to extend out time and the key wasn’t programmed to last that long. Just saying don’t get caught lock out a room you pay for please check at the front for all the features they claim to have if it’s available

I would leave a five star. Unfortunately, due to the experience that I had with your night staff, I cannot leave a five star with her not going out to investigate. Why my vehicle alarm was going off and me going out there to find a homeless gentleman trying to break into my vehicle then the next morning I wake up and I have a bloody handprint on my vehicle. I cannot leave a five star overall experience was OK but your night attendants need more training. The shower also had no water pressure also the water for cold and hot are also backwards I could not figure it out for like five wasn’t going to hot then I figured out oh wait, maybe it’s on the cold side. If you’re going to advertise that you have a pool and you have a spa, maybe you should have them open. If you’re going to advertise hot breakfast maybe you should provide hot breakfast if I could give zero stars I would I don’t recommend this place especially with the homeless guy hanging out front trying to break into my car and the night attendant did absolutely nothing about it. She pretended like she didn’t hear my alarm.

WiFi down, pool closed (wasn’t told this in advance- kids were very upset), dirty room (there was dried rice in the “clean” bed sheets - kids slept on top of the covers), picture frames on the wall with no art inside. Room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a “non-smoking room.” It was absolutely terrible. Couldn’t get a refund on our reservation, so left early to find another hotel. Very Strongly do not recommend.

It was a place you wouldn’t stay more than one night trust me. They say they have continental breakfast!!! Don’t be fooled. They offer in the front entrance forget about a dining room. No juice, fruit that’s old, English muffins. No juice, no table no chairs unless one wants to sit in lobby because this is where the continental breakfast is located. And if one didn’t know you get frozen waffles, but remember to ask!!!

In the heart of Humbolt County the Ramada is located just off the 101. Only 10min from the Regional Airport, 15min from Redwood National Forest~Convenient at best~Friendly Staff~few amenities. Toni's Restaurant nearby open 24 hours👍🏼👍🏼

It's a bit run down and expensive for what you get. (Air BNB and Verbo rentals are often available for the same cost.) This place is clean and accommodating and located in a quiet location. I'd say this is fine for a single night stay.

Mixed bag..the rooms were decent, with refrigerator and microwave. The pool and hot tub are NOT an option for guests!! But on the plus side they don't tell you about the EXCELLENT mexican restaurant and bar about 150 feet away..all in all a good Hotel, ina good location and surprisingly good free breakfast

Amanda and Daniel flat out have a sam going on, they pocketed my deposit based on false claims of smoking in the room, failed to produce any proof and claimed the crumbs on the floor were "ashes". I Will not be returning. I didn't expect to get robbed by management during my stay here

Front desk had insufficient staffing. We had to wait for quite some time to find someone to check us in. The phone was left off the hook, and the desk was empty. When the young woman finally did appear, she was rude and threatened to deny services because I complained about the lack of staffing. Probably there are underlying labor law violations at the root of this. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

I am angered by the fact I am writing a negative review, as this is something I know impacts the livelihoods of businesses, let alone the humans that work for them. But as I write this, I am reminding myself I am doing this for the greater for good, by speaking out for vulnerable populations that seem to consistently not be heard, especially when it comes to conflict resolution. If I could rate this place negative stars -I would, but sadly google do not have a button for that yet. The front desk personnel on shift (Amanda and Daniel) took it upon themselves, to not only keep a deposit they were not entitled to, but to also show much hatred towards my black friend and her partner. This establishment is not only completely unprofessional when it comes to simple conflict resolution, but also clearly has some strong feelings of hatred towards the black community. STAY AWAY!

I'll start by saying at first I was excited to return because my first night was so pleasant. I made a grave mistake. the front desk people are running a scam. first they said that the cash deposits was 200 even though the night prior it was only 100 dollars, when we called them out they acted like they were giving us some kinda deal. then they have you wait to "check the room" when we checked out they denied me my deposit back due to claims of us smoking in the room. the found " ash" on the floor. which where later confirmed to be crumbs from the snacks the night before. and because the window was open they felt it was a closed case. I do not appreciate being called a liar and will warn anyone from getting a room here. you will be scammed. I'm not a smoker, I'm not a liar. Amanda and Daniel where very happy to steal from me and I will be taking this to the highest form of the law

I stayed two nights and almost everything was just fine. Clean room, efficient check-in and out, WiFi working. My only disappointment was the breakfast. Besides the quartered muffins and some toast you could ask about frozen microwaveable items. They had waffles and a Jimmy Dean sausage McMuffin thing that I found edible but just barely. There's a 24 hr diner just around the corner if you want a bigger breakfast.

Room is ok. Clean in the basic sense. No trash can in the bathroom. Room has one. Microwave oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, AC are available in the room. You have to make sure that your key is activated for your room at the front desk or else you will have to go to the desk again.

Average hotel which is fine. No issues with cleanliness. Biggest issue was the WiFi was down the entire time. I'm here for work so being unable to use my computer to do work was difficult. The inability to fix it in a timely manner makes the hotel below average, otherwise it's just a basic and average hotel.

I highly recommend the Ramada inn. Chris, the manager was extremely helpful and went over the top to make sure that all of our travel needs were met. My friend and I biked the coast of Oregon, and had to get ourselves and our boxed bikes to the airport. Chris was nice enough to take us at 4 AM & even carried our bikes. He took his personal vehicle since the bikes did not fit in the courtesy vehicle. The most exceptional customer service!! He also offered to take us to bike shop to get shipping boxes. The stay was comfortable and staff overly accommodating. 5/5!! Thanks so much!

The place is rundown and old walls are thin and just our luck there were a family of rambunctious kids next door that kept slamming g the door till late. Heater doesnt work, shower won’t turn off and unit poorly kept.

The staff were super nice but the room was lackluster considering it was $150 a night. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the tub rim, dirt and grime in the corners of the floor, something crispy and yellow stuck to our blanket, and most disgusting was a huge bloody green booger stuck to the bed skirt that I found when checking for bed bugs. Wish I could get my money back but we paid the non refundable price to save $100.
