Today is Saturday May 30. I am in the parking lot paid $40 and some change for meals for my family and my 80 year old grandparents. It’s now been 45 minutes. Not busy. 3 people working. One is the cook she’s is WORKING. One young man taking orders at the window and inside and handling food no washing hands nor gloves. Now the last one Madison, no gloves, no hairnet, on her cell phone making Sundaes. Asked her for her name she ignored me and continued talking on her phone. When I asked her for her name again she rolled her eyes and told me.Madison. I ordered my food in the drive thru. Made to park in front in which wasn’t a problem. The problem is 45 minutes after my husband went in to see about our food. Not only was it wrong , 2 of the meal French fries was the size of a kids meal. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING about any of this. My husband nor I were rude nor caused a scene. I have been coming coming here for years and have NEVER had any problems before. Now they fixed the order but the food is now cold and have to deliver my grandparents cold food. So upset. Never ever coming back.

I am a big fan of dairy queen.... however, the one here in archer city is quite prompt. I ordered and my mean was ready within 10 mins easy. The texas size is a joke! I ordered a #7 got a small handful of fries with my meal... should have been texas sized. The guy behind me ordered the same, sitting next to me I see he got at least 3 times more fries than I did. Fries are cheap and a great filler, I know this place cant be that hard up to short folks on their fries, that the main reason I came here. Very disappointed

Stopped here for a quick bite while traveling. It took at least 35 minutes to get our order which was ordered in the 'drive thru'. Whats more is we had to pull around to the front and finally went in to check on the food after 30 minutes. They only then started making the order.

The best fast food burger I have had in a long time. The lady took my order and made my burger fresh herself. It wasn't precooked. The vegetables were fresh and in proper portions. And all was done with a good attitude and friendly service.

The lady taking my order did not pay attention. The kids in the back cooking did a great job with what they had to work with. Our order was wrong, and she didn't give us the whole order, had to go ask for our blizzards, they were melty and had to ask for spoons.

WOWWWWW!!!! WENT TO DQ FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY THIS TRASH WAS $14!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! THE CHICKEN STRIPS ARE ROCK HARD AND SO DAMN TINY THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED HALF A CHICKEN STRIP!! IM GLAD I GOT THE 6 PIECE BECAUSE ITS BARELY A 3 PIECE AAANYWHERE ELSE!!! I WILL NOOOT BE GOING BACK TO DQ AGAIN ANYWHERE!!! YES THERE IS A FEW FRIES BACK THERE AND YES THATS ALLLL THE CHICKEN THAT CAME WITH IT!!! THE "6 PIECE" AND BOY TO THEY MEAN "PIECE!!!" AND WOW DOES IT TASTE LIKE DIRT!

The lobby is open again, which is good. The service is OK, and the food is above average. I'm hoping it gets better. My biggest gripe is that the Cheesy Dude photo shows two pieces of cheese, and the actual sandwich had only one. I asked to be sure, but they assured me that the photo is not correct.

The fries were actually pretty good the last visit, but we often get fries that have been refried and ate tough.

So, at first I was going to talk about how good the food actually was and only complain that it took 20 minutes to get it. Then I finished my fries and FOUND A PUBIC HAIR in the bottom of the fry carton! Pretty gross! Bottom line, the food took way too long and I had to ask for our food because the food prep guy didn't tell anyone it was done. Then the 2 employees were openly arguing with each other. And finally, the hair in the food was VERY disgusting!

What has this DQ done to it's ice cream? It was like ice milk. Not creamy at all and was off color. Bad dip cone.
