During 30 years of travelling, i never went in a bad hotel as that. Moisture, noise during the night... We can ear mouses in the walls. Zero positive aspect during my visit at this Quality inn, Arcola, Il.

As a business owner I would definitely not recommend any one to this hotel due to the unprofessional and rude guy at the front desk. The guy at the front desk was very disrespectful when asking for a refund for the 2nd night. I explained that due to work our crew needed to move from this town to another town due to weather and his answer was " That's not my problem, you have to be decided" He was very rude and said his boss was a very busy man and I could not talk to him. After explaining and trying to ask him to charge a late check out fee he still said No and hung up on me. I have never dealt with a Quality Inn hotel that has employees this disrespectful. Worst experience ever!
