Amazing food and really nice waiter. Also good price. We had great time and probably the best food in Spain so far!

A real little gem! Basic, but clean place with a little roof terrace. Absolutely thumbs up to the owners for making us feel so welcome. Not to mention the mouth watering tapas the owner served us. He has won several competitions for his tapas so please ask him as they do not figure on the regular menu. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Argos de last Frontera.

A lovely bar-restaurant in the heart of the historic centre of Arcos. You feel like home. The food couldn't be better and all this at reasonable prices.

Stopped for a drink and ended up staying awhile. We could have stayed hete all day watching life go by. Super friendly stay, great drinks and tapas. A solid choice for sure:)

Great food, great service, kind people!

This is a review of the tapas bar downstairs, not the hostel: The food here is absolutely delicious. Such an unassuming bar but they serve excellent tapas/raciones. The artichokes with jamon and the aubergine with salmorejo were especially amazing, but we also loved the grilled calamari and the (I think?) solomillo with green pepper sauce (normally not a fan of milky sauces but this was midly creamy and tasted of green peppercorns). We had pulpo gallega as well, though I'd probably not bother with this one again as it didn't seem to be their speciality. Overall a great find.

The best gambaa al ajillo in Arcos .... with a few chillis, this dish is elevated to a whole new level 😍

Inexpensive but cozy, right at top of town. Can be noisy, on only road up and above a lively bar but quiets down around midnight.
