Room and bathroom is clean and good size. Mattress is a firm memory foam, which I enjoy, my friend not as much. As advertised, the desk is actually 24hrs which is super useful for us as we were arriving late. Also as advertised the breakfast is actually included. It would have been good to know ahead of time that the onsite parking is currently unavailable due to construction on the street in front of the hotel, as the onsite parking was a key reason we had chose this hotel in the first place. We ended up parking at a parkade and walking a short uphill block with our luggage to the hotel.

The hotel deserves less than one star for the awful tea at breakfast.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! To begin, google lists multiple addresses for this hotel, which are all different than the address listed in our booking confirmation. When we called to confirm the address the first number was disconnected, the second number we found on google worked, however the person who answered was laughing and talking with her coworker while talking to me and then simply hung up without telling us where the hotel was located. Since it was the Semana Santa we were worried about how to get to the hotel and park our car, since many of the streets close for the parades. We gave up and continued into the city and found public parking. Luckily we drove past the hotel by accident and found it’s location. When we arrived in the lobby both of the receptionists were too busy laughing and talking to each other and did not even greet us let alone assist us to check-in for roughly five minutes while we awkwardly stood at the desk in front of them. The hotel badly needs renovation and although it is relatively clean many things in the room were broken, including the door handle, the wifi cut in and out constantly, the shades were broken and importantly so were the French windows, which didn’t seal. Worst of all, there is an outdoor dance club across the street with a large sound system. Therefore the room is extremely loud and, surprise, clubs don’t close in Spain. The music goes all night long baby! Also the sheets aren’t even tucked under the mattress and the is no duvet. So have fun trying to sleep. Oh, and there is no soap in the bathroom……

Excellent location for old town and the surrounding Countryside, staff were great especially on reception, all in all a great stay.

Great hotel with all the amenities that make you feel at home. Arcos is a favorite spot of ours and this Hotel made it even better. With breakfast included, it was a great bargain. The breakfast included everything you could ask for and a coffee machine with every choice. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were both professional and friendly. They were accommodating to all our request and provided items such as a blow dryer when asked. We will definately stay here again when returning on our next trip.

Avoid this hote is the best advice. Noisy, with extremly poor qualitly.the only advantage is the Arcos. Beautiful and charming...There are hostels with much better quality than this hotel. We paid too much for room. Will never happened again. AVOID! the best advice:)

For the very low price they ask they offer wonderful amenities and a kind and formal treatment
