I
am
very
unhappy
with
the
mani/pedi
services
by
this
salon.
My
cousin
referred
me.
However,
the
experience
I
had
was
awful.
The
lady
performing
the
nail
services
was
very
abrupt,
impolite,
and
unprofessional.
I
honestly
do
not
believe
she
had
a
manicuring
license.
Let
me
start
from
the
beginning.
My
friend
and
I
arrived
for
our
appointments.
We
each
scheduled
a
mani/pedi
combo.
My
friend
was
set
at
her
pedi
chair
and
I
had
to
wait
for
my
chair
because
the
lady
was
finishing
up
with
her
previous
client.
It
was
about
15
minutes
into
my
friends
pedi,
that
I
was
set
at
my
chair.
I
put
my
feet
into
the
water
and
the
new
water
was
cold.
I
had
to
ask
for
new
water
to
be
put
in.
The
lady
found
a
bucket
from
who
knows
where
and
began
taking
water
out
of
the
plastic
liner,
instead
of
emptying
the
water
and
refilling
it
with
fresh
warm
water.
I
went
along
with
that.
She
begins
to
work
on
my
feet
and
as
I
explained
to
her
that
my
big
toenails
grow
downward
and
have
to
be
clipped
a
certain
way.
She
looked
up
at
me
and
said
"I
know"
as
if
she
was
offended
that
I
was
telling
her
how
to
do
her
job.
I
said
"ok".
She
starts
clipping
and
pulls
my
skin
abruptly,
where
I
flinch
because
it
hurt.
She
says
"sorry".
I
believe
it
was
intentional.
I
also
explained
to
her
that
it's
been
a
long
time
since
I
have
had
a
manicure
or
pedicure
and
my
cuticle
needs
to
be
pushed
and
clipped
a
lot
more
than
normal.
She
yanks
at
my
feet
and
again
says,
"I
know".
I
didn't
say
anything
else.
Both
big
toes
were
cut
under
the
skin,
where
I
ended
up
having
to
soak
my
feet
in
peroxide
and
use
antibacterial
ointment
for
3
days
after
the
pedicure.
As
for
the
manicure,
you
will
see
in
the
pictures.
This
is
four
days
after.
They
are
more
painful
than
they
look
because
all
of
the
cuticle
is
turning
into
hang
nails.
She
didn't
push
them
or
cut
the
cuticles
as
I
asked
and
she
used
a
nipper
instead
of
a
nail
clipper
to
trim
my
nails.
My
nails
are
now
splitting
in
the
areas
she
cut.
I
called
the
owner,
Tooty,
and
explained
to
her
how
unhappy
I
was
with
my
experience
and
how
abrupt
the
lady
was
with
me,
how
I
believe
she
doesn't
have
a
manicuring
license.
Tooty
tells
me
she
was
fired.
I
didn't
ask
why.
I
just
assumed
that
she
stated
that
because
I
expressed
that
I
believe
she
didn't
have
a
license.
Tooty
asked
why
I
didn't
tell
her
while
I
was
there.
I
explained
that
I
didn't
mention
it
because
she
was
very
busy
working
on
my
friend
and
another
client's
hair
and
I
am
telling
her
now
because
I
had
hoped
my
nails
would
heal.
But
they
didn't.
She
acted
offended
that
I
came
by
to
show
her
my
nails
and
already
told
me
she
fired
the
lady.
I
told
her
that
I
wanted
to
show
her
so
she
seen
for
herself.
She
said
she
would
do
my
nails
over
if
it
made
me
feel
better.
But
I
would
have
to
wait
until
after
Easter.
I
honestly
felt
going
in
to
show
her
my
nails,
and
how
painful
they
were
with
all
the
hang
nails,
that
she
would
have
been
more
polite
and
understanding
about
it.
But
for
her
to
tell
me
if
it
would
make
me
happy
for
her
to
do
my
nails
over
and
to
wait
until
after
Easter,
that's
unacceptable.
I
just
had
to
let
everyone
know,
to
be
very
careful
with
this
salon.
It
also
is
not
very
clean.
I
didn't
see
the
separation
of
clean
and
dirty
supplies,
and
the
manicuring
tables/Pedi
chairs
were
so
dirty.
Pay
a
little
more
and
find
a
nicer
place.
That's
what
I'm
about
to
do.
