Very impolite and unprofessional stuff. They African American stuff member who work in night shift is very to gym members. She threatened me to kick me out because of training in downstairs. She cancelled my membership. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone. I have been here since 3 years and I would follow up with my attorney and refer this case to authorities. She was rude to me before also. They are targeting people to annoy

I have been going to this gym about 4 years. They call this a "No Judgement Zone" but there is a Caucasian,racist predudice, woman who harassed me followed me around the gym making criticizing remarks (named Keeri) I put in a complaint and it got nowhere , they did nothing but kick me out for her harassing me. She also ordered me to LEAVE EARLY IN MY WORKOUT, I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. SHE IS A VERY ENTITLED WOMAN. I TOLD THEY MANAGER ALL OF THIS , AND THEY STILL REVOKED MY MEMBERSHIP.....I advise everyone to NOT do business with this gym whatsoever. There GM (named Kobe) did nothing but throw my complaint away. The black girl who also works here are crooked. They do SHADY BUSINESS AND ARE VERY CORRUPT. PLEASE I MEAN PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL CRITIQUE/HARASS YOU. THEY SUFFER NO CONSEQUENCE HENCE WHY THIS IS ABLE TO HAPPEN ON REGULAR DAY 2 DAY BASIS. GO ANYWHERE BUT NOT TO THIS GYM......

If I could give zero stars I would. PF does not have a corporate number. They are each privately owned with no blanket rules or regulations. The Watt Avenue location still has not cancelled my membership despite asking them several times. You have to go in person or write a letter, despite being able to sign up super easily online. They’ve taken almost $400 from me and I have never even been inside their facility. Just don’t bother. Go somewhere else.

Pretty average gym. Nothing is exceptional, but nothing is awful. Not very crowded most days and open 24/7. Black Card is a pretty good deal, especially for a couple. Only one of you gets the perks though.

Shower stalls need a place to put your shampoo,soap etc while having a shower. A small vinyl coated holder from dollartree would be great.

This location is definitely one of the better locations. Ever since Jake started working here I've noticed a huge difference in cleanliness of the bathrooms, and on gym floor. Keep it up!

The area good. They have downstairs where you do leg or full body stretches, but I feel like the equipments are a bit out dated. Some equipment you can’t move the seats up and down. You can still work out though! They did put some signs up they were adding more equipment so possibly new one in the next few months.

Joined 4 months ago. They just updated most of their machines & took a lot of old machines out. My to-go place. All staffs are friendly.

I wish there was a real bench and a real squat rack with more free weights. I think if they do that, it will attract more people and customers like myself who are trying to Bodybuild will have more equipment to use that are needed. Because the equipment that they have are not so great.

This gym is excellent. I love it. I do my workout very well. Good machines, nice staff, clean place.

Came as a guest, was *very* impressed. Facilities were clean and in great condition, the lighting and sound were actually reasonable (so many places are either dank caves or make you feel like you're under a spotlight!), and the temperature was perfect! Really, fantastic experience, thanks Planet Fitness!

For $10 a month, this gym can't be beat if you want a no frills workout. The machines are clean, the environment is not too noisy and the wait time for a machine depends on what time you go. I always call ahead to find our how busy they are.

Good planet fitness with plenty of equipment. Gets busy at around afternoon 4-7pm when everyone gets out of work, but still equipment available. Every time I went there though, the weight racks were always crowded, so I wish there were extra space in that area. Overall a good PF location. Recommend 💪🏼

I've never had a bad experience here. Always clean, employees are friendly, the people who come here are chill and keep to themselves. I wish that they would add a hip thrust machine and less treadmills/ellipticals. Also please enforce the no bag policy considering there was a shooting here a few months ago.

I honestly downgraded my membership from Cal Fit to the lower OnePass tier that included Planet Fitness, Crunch, and Anytime. Planet is fine if I make it there early in the morning. I showed up after 5pm once and it was havoc. I’ve been to other PF locations but for some reason this one lacks the most gym etiquette. Mostly people new to the US I guess and working out. I tend to go early so it doesn’t bother me so much. I’d say this isn’t the gym for serious lifters who like more Olympic style gyms. I prefer that too but this place is a stone’s throw from my house and gives my a lot more time to workout in the morning and head back home. It’s got two floors. The top floor has some dumbbells and all of the smith machines along with cardio equipment. The second floor has more calisthenics and CrossFit type stuff along with the core workout machines and some more leg workout machines. Again, if you show up later in the day you will see squads of rookies camping out at one machine and people doing the only social media workouts they know. Just a fair warning. If you can get up at 4am and make it in there bright and early you will be just fine. The staff is generally very friendly. There are a ton of new machines that they put in recently but for some reason they are a little slow to fix the resistance issues with their assisted squat racks.

Best gym for the price. Newly remodeled, clean,and staff Is so very friendly. I love coming here. It's spacious and the Hydro beds are life!!!

Jose was super helpful and super chill! He helped my bother cancel his membership but overall provided excellent customer service. Made lots of conversation and had such kind, positive vibes!

They just got a whole bunch of brand new equipment! More free weights! And the staff is always kind courteous and very helpful

In all honesty it is planet fitness. First of all, good location. Might look tough but never had any problems. But I will say, I have experience some horrible people with no manners. I been to many gyms but the teenagers here have no awareness of space. Furthermore, during peak gym hours it does smell heavily of BO. I still go because it's a cheap price near by and the staff are friendly but keep that in mind making your home gym.

Got the Black Card because of Josh at the front desk. Kinda busy, but got my weights in & then went to the Body Enhancement machine. Great talk with Tyler, this girl just listened to my sad life story, no judgment. Felt totally welcomed & will definitely come back.

Very rude staff, they don’t care about members, I got a membership on 6/7/2023 and cancelled on 6/15/2023, I had my bag with me during work out and that African American lady in the evening shift came to me ordering me in a very unprofessional manner that bags are not aloud in work out area, I told her ok my bad, since I am new and I didn’t pay attention to sign on the wall, I will put it in locker next time/or I will leave it in my car, she replied very harshly that you should do it right away, all I could do is to leave right away and cancel my membership.

This location was quiet not too much activity. The lady at the front desk was nice but the tanning bed was FILTHY. Please clean after yourself! Staff should double check behind members...

Back in 3/24 cancelled my membership then I had until the 4/14 I showed up to this gym and changed my mind the night staff told me didn’t have access to the gym anymore however I know I had a few days left . Which I didn’t mind to get a new membership however I needed it to use the restroom while I was in my phone signing up . Staff was very rude telling me I couldn’t use the restroom. After they got all hostile they still called security guard to harrase me for a whole hr asking me if I had my membership. On 4/18 I was coming out and same security company was treating this young mom to have it arrested worst thing she had a little boy with her . This planet fitness staff are very hostile people the gym facilities are great but management needs a different direction 😌

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Noelle at the Country Club location. Not only did she go above and beyond to fix the issues I was having at the Mack location, she saved me money while doing it. She's an MVP and I'm staying with this gym because of her. Give that girl a raise.

Registered husband there. Very helpful staff. Very informative of all our perks at PF for all locations. We spent time working out on machines. Lots of equipment available, Very clean, sanitizing stations available thru out to wipe down equipment used and prior to use. Clean bathrooms and lots of locker availability. Thank you

I like the gym. Recently I became a Member. Especially I like a “30-minute workout zone” where you complete a circuit of exercises. The only one thing, I wish stuff was more friendly

Great service for WiFi. The gym is amazing . The worker judge the homeless and them people need to be warm and care. Find new employees that care and don't judge people

This place sucks. One employee wanted and did extort me. She showed me notes about me. Good and bad. She said she would write good notes about me if I gave her 20 bucks. So I gave Kiorii Williams 20 bucks and then another 20 bucks because she said she would delete it if i didn't give her more money. You can see me giving her 20 bucks twice on camera. Dec 28th 2022. Between 10pm and 12am. Now my membership after 5 years is cancelled because I tried to fight someone? Never once have I did that. I just started walking again (spinal deterioration) and would never engage in such behaviour. All ive done was come in and make people laugh. Ask your other employees. Ive always paid on time. And now you guys cancel my membership? Because of some lie. I can also show you messages.

This is the worst gym experience I've ever had. They require your routing and account number. They continued to charge even when they were closed during the pandemic, which quite frankly should be illegal. They're unclean, and when you sign up they make you figure out everything for yourself and do not send you your membership information. Please go to 24 Hour Fitness or literally any other gym.
