If I can give it a zero I honestly would 😷😷nasty workers nasty food and nasty place I literally went inside to make an order it took forever to make thinking that it would be fresh it came so raw and so cold🤮🤮 As I was waiting on my order about three people came in complaining of how nasty the drive-through service and the food they got! There’s literally about six people in this kitchen and none of them was better than the other 😵‍💫The way they packed the food the way they drop the food it’s so nasty and unclean and not only that besides Covid spreading germs is very common the boss itself was in there and wasn’t wearing any gloves or the workers masks down their nose this place needs to be closed ASAP it’s sooooooo Dirty

I have to spending $30 for two three piece chicken tender meals my French fries was lukewarm when I got them and the chicken freezer burnt... Can I get decent Popeyes anywhere in this area. Better off on Kiki's food is fresh and less expensive...

I love Popeyes but this location is starting to make me dislike it. Worst location and horrible food. Chicken sandwich was so burnt and had no more chicken, it was literally all burnt breading.. the dirty rice that they finally put back on the menu was so watered down it was disgusting 🤮

We happened to go on the day they brought back the popular chicken sandwich. I really wish that excused the atrociously terrible experience we had. The entire restaurant (dining room and behind the counter) was disgusting. There was food and trash all over the floor - and I mean ALL over. Trash cans were over flowing. Nobody greeted us or even made eye contact with us the entire time. When we tried to order the boneless wings that were featured on their promotional monitor they claimed that they don't offer boneless wings and they don't know why corporate has them on the monitor. We started our order by asking the wait time for the chicken sandwich and were told 20-25 minutes. As people were being called up to get their food the employees were asking everyone what side dishes they ordered because they apparently had no way to keep track of that. The dining room was full but nobody was eating because there was no food ready. Finally, after everyone else was served and 45 minutes had passed we complained and were told "oh, you're next" and then started making our food. When they asked what sides we had ordered they informed us that they no longer had the sides we wanted. The staff was unfriendly. The entire restaurant was unclean. When we received our food there was someone else's old food still stuck to the paper liner on the tray. We had to open the cupboard under the drink fountain to find our own lids because everything was out of stock. Apparently someone did the same with straws because there was just a big plastic bag of them sitting on a nasty dirty counter. The pictures attached really don't do justice to how filthy the place was. Basically, the sandwich tasted fine but I'll never eat it again because you would have to pay me to go back there. I'd rather eat at the gas station across the street.

A good representative of the brand. Well run, fast, and friendly. Food was hot, well packaged and came quickly. If you like Popeyes food then this is a great branch to go to .

My visit here was great it was just a simple stop through the drive through, the nuggets I got were delicious. Overall no complaints, service was good place looked nice Thank you for a great visit!

It was nice.. the chicken was ok not as spicy as they make it out to be. Numerous tables were unkempt wrappers and papers laying on them.. others needing to be wiped and cleaned. I was especially taken at how long it takes them to accept the order and then fill the order. But for a quick bite it will do.. not much taste to the chicken n mash potatoes...!

Horrible customer service! I Was told to wait 5 minutes for my food which turned into 20 minutes. When they finally brought my food out it was the wrong order! As I went to return the order I was told the lemonade machine was out so they gave me a slushy lemonade which is what I didn’t ask for. Was not compensated anything for the inconvenience. The workers always have attitudes. Haven’t been back since!

Was in and out in less than 10 mins. The food was pretty good and fresh. Only complaint would be that there wasn't much sauce on the sweet and spicy wings.

Everything is great. The only problem I have is that they close the lobby early. U can charge your phone computer in here as well.

Just like the impeccable service, I don't know where to begin. Even with very large and difficult orders they almost always seem to have the meal ready for me the second I'm at the window, longest I've ever waited was 5 minutes for a pretty large order. As a member of the food industry, whoever is running this place knows their system and has it down. I wish my managers were as efficient. Well done all around.

At this specific location I thoroughly enjoyed my meal took my daughter there for her birthday dinner cuz it's her favorite and the only thing that I could say that I didn't like was the fact that it was so cold in there which I guess is better than being hot but it was hard to enjoy my meal with my I guess I guess I could have asked if they could have raised the temperature on the thermostat but I thought that would have been doing too much but other than that I had a great experience. 😊

No plastic ware or napkins, nor did they ask if we wanted it (blame it on the law idc), there was no biscuit even though it was ordered, the sweet and spicy chicken barely had sauce, the popcorn shrimp was scarce and they didn't provide the sauces (tartar and cocktail) I requested. We waited for like 20 minutes from when we ordered to when we got to window and then they had us pull up to a parking spot to wait another ten minutes for the chicken and we didn't even have everything we ordered, plus they put something we didn't order in the bag (apple pie?) . This was the worst experience by far. Took far too long, was way too expensive, and we definitely could have gone elsewhere for cheaper and get more bang for our buck. Oh and when I went inside to try and get plastic ware and the biscuit I never even got acknowledged. I waited for like 5 minutes to even try to get someone's attention... I gave up because it just isn't worth my time to argue anymore. It sucked. I highly advise you choose something else.

Ordered 3 blackened spicy chicken sandwich which was excellent. However I was very disappointed with my 5 large red beans and rice orders all of which had very dry rice and very little flavor in the beans. I hope it was just a one time thing.

Didn't get our order right even though we said it twice. Then, at the window, they still couldn't seem to get it. Didn't give diet coke gave regular. The guy at the window seemed new, which is fine, but he clearly needed some extra assistance.

I came for my wife. Service was trash. Even how the old lady that was running the front register was trash. Horrible service, I need to say twice. Paid for the food online. She pretended she didn’t see my name on the receipt which was on the biggest order they had. Ugly attitude, it’s disappointing how the food service is becoming when people that come in respectfully still get treated badly. I’m not the one to play with anyone money so if the old lady is going to work there she should be retrained to learn how to treat customers. Fries were old my wings were fresh but my fried chicken drums thighs and breast were not fresh. Macaroni and cheese was old and it just was not worth the treatment I received from you employees. Wasn’t even that busy to get as bad of food that I received. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location for family or work. Please do some upgrading with employee training

John has superior customer services, positive attitude, and goes above and beyond to help with a smile.I would love to see management in his career especially in this community he can for sure handle it ,thanks for having him apart of the Popeyes team .

Waited 15 for 34 nuggets for my kids and I to not have the chicken fully cooked through and came to exchange but was told I can only change for 10 piece strip which is no where near enough. The manager Christine had a horrible attitude.

Always get my order wrong ughhh This was supposed to be blackened chicken with extra pickles and I got crispy chicken with extra extra extra mayo yuck

Husband and I went on a dinner date here. Definitely good food they're chicken nuggets are to dream for established friendly professional with a clean environment good food and great staff thank - for a good dinner.

The order is always not filled correctly, the workers are somewhat slow and their attention to the customers at the counter needs improvement. The chicken is delicious.

They were out of regular chicken, only the spicy was available. Not an issue for me, but one wouldn't like to see a chicken place out of chicken. The line was long but it moved at a good pace.

This spot used to be great when I used to work at Safe. The last few times I came the black girl with the braids had an attitude with me for asking about the coupon I got in the mail. The black boy in the drive-thru wouldn't give me everything. I had to keep asking for the stuff that should be given: my receipt, napkins, straws. They laughed at me and called me a Karen. I see why the ladies who used to work there don't anymore. Horrible customer service.

This is the best Popeye's ever! I travel to go to this one, the chicken is always hot and delicious. Workers are nice, but even if they weren't, I'd still go there. Their food is consistently great and I will be a life-long patron as long as it stays that way
