After fleeing the 3 hour wait and unsafe, unsanitary chaos that was the Roseville ER for Kaiser, I came here. There was a standing only line out the door and around the corner. I collapsed on the floor and after a few minutes, a security officer gave me a wheelchair and said he would wheel me forward in line. He did not. Patient after patient just cut in front of me until another patient's wife waiting in line with her husband started to push me forward. After 2 hours I was called back to a Doctor that asked questions and ordered medication and a CT scan. Another hour later I was rolled into a CT scan. After the scan, the CT technician left me in a hallway. Patients who were being told they were Covid positive were coughing all around me. After 30 minutes I got up and began trying to find help. Every nurse I asked for help told me it wasn't their job and they were too busy. I found my way to the discharge desk where they looked me up and said, "oh you're on the other side of the hospital. What are you doing here? They've been looking for you." They literally lost me...and left me alone in a hallway with Covid patients. I will never come back to this hospital or any Kaiser ever again.

Very racist staff, our patient was in severe pain, we have waited for 3 hours and no buddy paid attention, other patients were coming after us they got treated, consequently we have to leave without getting seen by doctor

Great care from check in/ triage. Escort to room, medical assistant staff. Nurses and doctors. Quickly assigned needed care and attention. Received needed tests and iv antibiotics medicine. I was able to return home to continue treatment very quickly. Top notch staff. Thank you for generous attention to my health and well-being.🙏🙏

This hospital is terrible. It has to be the worst Kaiser hospital I've ever been to in my entire life. Brought my mama here and security told me I couldn't go back with her, so I had to inform them I am a minor and drove my mom to the hospital, to which they questioned the validity of my license which I've had for almost a year. I told them I'd be happy to show them and they didn't press me. The registered nurses were rude; they held no care or compassionate which I know goes against what Kaiser stands for. You take a position of health care but don't care for the people coming into your hospital. God forbid someone has a life-threatening emergency; I wonder how the structure of this hospital would crumble then with all of the hoops you have to go through to even get in here. Don't even get me started on the state of this place either. It's filthy and the waiting room looks like a jail cell. Go anywhere else but here.

Drove 30 minutes to get there with my mom and she stayed in the ER for 5 hours unnecessary really bad service. I came with my mom because she needs me with her all the time because she got phobia from situation like emergency rooms and crowded people around her. They didn’t let me in so I can help her she doesn’t speak no English. It’s her 4th time going to Kaiser’s ER and she hate it. she forced herself to go and hoping that this time will get everything easy but every time getting worse.

If there was an option for ZERO, I'd select it! My wife who was taken by ambulance. When I picked her up, she had a BLACK EYE!! Some staff member had Socked her. Outrageous. I retired as a paralegal and this has only JUST BEGUN! We are retaining counsel!! In response to YOUR canned response, her attorney will be contacting you. She WILL NOT contact you, counsel advised not to....

The doctors here are egotistical, violate HIPAA when their feelings are hurt, and don’t know how a referral works. I know how the medical field works, and this is NOT up to standard. I urge you to choose another provider for the wellness of your families. If you were mistreated, the medical board will take your case seriously if you believe it fits their criteria. Keep that in mind.

Don’t ever bring your kids here the worst. I had my four year-old daughter with me. She was sick. They made us wait three hours just to see the doctor. She was sleeping in the chair in the emergency, waiting room, they didn’t provided any room or bed .

I admitted myself today at this ER and I wanted to share that the people they have working here are absolutely excellent. I was scared and I was going through a lot of medical issues but the crew here made me feel safe and calm. All my questions were answered. Any questions they couldn’t answer, they found a way to direct me to the right person. They were swamped like completed swamped with people and I was able to see how much they attend each person as if it were their only patient. Glad I chose this hospital.

Just wanted to share my experience. I had to come in for extreme dizziness, nausea, & vomiting. The wait for triage wasn't too bad; about 2 patients ahead of me. After a brief intake, they took me in for an EKG. Afterwards, they tried to get me to do a CT scan, but I kept vomiting every time they tried to lay me down. It was best to get fluids via IV and get the nausea and dizziness meds in my body to calm it down. Afterwards, I was able to to perform the CT scan. I'm only deducting one star for the computer glitch with the discharge pharmacy where I had to get the meds myself. I had to be wheeled up to the second floor since I was still a bit dizzy and nauseous. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with the ER experience.

Visited emergency room while visiting family. Staff was nice and doctor was very knowledgeable. The waiting room was very dirty for some reason. Overall we had good experience and they took us in very quickly and we were out pretty quickly.

I just hate this place . I took my injured son in there .. a five hour endurance test. The ER facility is poorly designed, lousy drop off, virtual no parking. This facility, while huge, is overwhelmed by patients. . The building is so grim and institutional. Its easy to get lost in it. It feels like a giant soviet era factory. My first impression in entering ER was the security guard who inspected our bags and ran a metal scanner over our bodies, in a dark cramped hallway. . It felt like I was in some 3rd world hospital. I stayed in the waiting room which surged to overflowing several times in two hours. I left when violently vomiting patients showed up. ... yuck. The location is out in the middle of suburbia.. no cafes or shops within walking distance. I needed food and water after a couple hours and the one small snack bar was closed as was the cafeteria. The vending machines were not working. The staff and nurses were doing their best, better than me. I feel sorry for the nurses and staff who work there. My kaiser in Marin is like a 4 star hotel compare to this Kaiser. If I lived in Sacramento, I would go to a different system like Sutter. This place sucks.

Not even worth calling the emergency dept to check status on a loved one, being spoken to like you are stupid for even calling and being told to wait 5-45 mins just for a loved one to get discharged. The customer service in the ER dept is very lacking of empathy and kindness. You are better off texting your loved one to check on them, and thats if you're lucky to have them conscious.

Absolutely reprehensible policies regarding escorting your loved one to the waiting room. They say you cannot go with them because there are no seats. My daughter went through and said there were plenty of seats. I had a back brace and cane..could barely walk and they told me to sit outside only allowing my daughter to go in to visit..1 visitor at a time. They are still sticking to covid policies...the governor officially ended covid. If i was dying...i would rather die in a field than go to this locations emergency room. Something is very wrong...you have security station to pass through before going into the waiting room. Very dangerous because a true emergency could be the difference of living or dying by having to go through the TSA before being eligible for care and you will be without your loved ones if they let you in. I would like to rate negative 100 stars. Also your cell phone will not be able to call out or receive valls. Very morbid atmosphere. Makes me want a new policy elsewhere. I will change during open enrollment

They treated me quickly for my sliced open hand, doctor was super nice, but Kaiser sucks, dirty waiting room. I live super close to here but it would not be my first choice, not sure who the admin of the hospital is, but they need to actually do something about all of the concerns that people in the reviews have reported. A dirty filthy waiting room is never a good sign.

Kaiser at Morse Emergency room in Sacramento has gone from Bad to worse over the years. at the entrance they have what’s seems to be a cheap security personnel, they’ll treat you like a criminal and take their sweet time to let you in even if you’re fainting or have an aggravated sick emergency, at check in they treat you indifferently and the inside they don’t respect your privacy, doctors and nurses don’t close doors and everybody hears patients private and critical conversations. I’ve been a Kaiser member for 15 years and next enrollment I’m choosing a different medical provider.
