I just ordered a double western burger meal and two famous stars. Needless to say I got home and got six famous starts no fries I did get my drink. My order was 16.58 because the star burgers are two bucks on Friday’s. So in all I paid over 16 and some chance for twelve dollars not including tax. Also probably knowing they did this there not answering there phone. Thanks Carl jr.

We were in drive thru vehicle in front of us. My 76 yr old preacher daddy is getting money out of wallet to pay for what we were about to order there. Employee comes across parking lot with trashcan cussing him because he hasn't pulled on up yet. I roll down window asked why he's cussing at him and got cussed out myself. While lady supposedly handling situation guy shakes his head going mew mew mew mew acting childish after refusing to apologize and then half way saying sorry. Rude unprofessional does not need to be working in public. We will not be back and do not recommend Ardmore Carl's Junior

I got the new Chile burger on Thursday and spent most of yesterday and part of today with an upset stomach. To me, food that comes out of the drive through should be hot and not lukewarm, and and the soda seems to be continuously flat. I will not be returning if I can help it.

Went through the drive thru. Food was just alright and our order was not correct. Sloan, a shift manager is a great employee and an asset to Carl's Jr. On my second visit I went inside and she made the experience great.

Always love this location. 98% accuracy and goodness! They MAY even throw your fur pup some bacon sometimes.

We endured the cashier take orders after giving him our order and him staring into space for 20 minutes. Then him walk around aimlessly scratching his head, messing with the trash, trying to fill hashbrown cup, while NEVER washing his hands!!! Watched 8 people walk out thinking we should be #9 if we had not already paid...

Haven't been here in years due to just not liking it, but the burger was great. My opinion is they need to work on their fries.

The night manager at Carl’s Jr. on Commerce in Ardmore,OK is the best! She is welcoming, kind, and always smiling! I will continue to return to this place! Great service!!
