    Just stop by this location waited in the drive-through line for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me then I went to the window to order because they didn’t take any orders in the drive-through several cars behind me left. It was completely chaotic there and there was hardly anyone in the lobby will never ever stop at this location again as far as I’m concerned everyone working this current shift and it’s 10 AM May 29th on memorial day should be fired. Bought a burrito and they didn’t even cut up the sausage inside of it. Just ridiculous.

    Place was busy so took a little longer than normal but ice cream was great. The fries are big and fat and hot. If you like those kinds then you will like these.

    I think if you make someone wait almost 20 minutes for an order the least you can do is make sure their fries are not ice cold. This was the second time I have had to wait on my order and part of it is cold or wrong.

    This is by far one of the worst managed and slowest "fast food" establishments in the state. Always one or two people running the entire restaurant while between 4 or 5 other more senior level employees/managers standing in the back room talking to one another with a line out the door. Avoid this place unless you have an hour or more to wait on your food.

    I love this place but I happened to notice this and I know it hasn't been cleaned in a while because it was like that the day before and the day before that. It's absolutely disgusting. This is a family joint. Not a prison.

    Always the kindest and most helpful workers. Be sure and swap out that drink for a milkshake!! Update Aug 2023: this is my local Braum’s and I will continue going to and supporting. With that being said, the service has really been lacking the past few months. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, they are just severely overwhelmed. This location in particular is about as busy as a Chickfila, with about a quarter of the work staff. There’s a reason Chickfila has like forty workers in those tiny little stores. Would really suggest hiring some more staff to help alleviate the pains and keep the customer base happy (in my most recent trip two separate parties asked for refunds because it was taking way too long to receive their food).

    I will NOT be going back!! One of the workers there licked my cup when I was getting it filled with strawberry milkshake due toñ it leaking over the top when it was being mixed, so I will not be going back for sure if I could give less than a one-star I would!! Absolutely disgusting!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

    I went to this location a couple days ago to get biscuits and gravy for me and my grand daughter. Since the price seemed very reasonable I added a small Oj and got the country breakfast platter to get us some eggs and sausage and hash brown. The price was good, the service at the box and window were pleasant. The problems, i did not get my oj. When we got home, the gravy was so watered down it had poured out into the bag. The biscuits tasted so raw even soaked in the peppered water they were not plantable. There were about 10 single packaged forks spoons and knifes but no napkins or salt and Pepper, however, all the salt and seasoning in the world i dont think could cover the rubbery eggs. I tried to split the sausage patty and got an actual puddle of grease in my hand. The meat was so saturated and soggy it fell entirely apart in my hand, so i tried the hash browns and they had such a strong taste of glycoalkaloids that potatoes get right before they grow eyes. I called up to let the manager know i missed my drink and requested the difference returned. He was very rude, didn’t offer an apology and told me to be able to do that I would have to make another trip up their the same day and scan my card to resolve it. I was so disappointed and my 2 year old grand baby didn’t like any of it at all and she drinks gravy when i normally get it!!!
