Good location for grabbing a bite, liked the top floor layout, still a maccies though

A great location. The second floor doesn't have a lot of light in it so it's not that comfortable to eat in.

Very nice Mcdonalds especially compared to the ones in the United States. One employee spoke very good English which was a plus and the food was good. If you're coming from the States do know that the sizes here are a little smaller than what you'd be used to. The prices are good though.

Way too much salt in the fries to the point where you put more ketchup just to make it bearable, good job you made McDonald's even worst for the health :(. Updating from 2 stars to one cause wait time is always over 15-20 min and this is just unacceptable. Demasiado sal, más de 20 min para entregar comida tan simple, inaceptable.

Pretty nice McDonalds. Located right next to Plaza de Armas. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Service can be slow if it's crowded. Nice place to relax for a bit. Food tastes the same as at home.

Never disappoints, no matter where you are. Always a trusted place to go to when all other places are closed or you aren't feeling the local food.

Ask for a plain cheeseburger for my kid, they serve it with everything on it, asked the counter to fix the mistake and after telling the guy who fries the burgers several times they came back to ask again what I wanted, after a few minutes talking to themselves, they told me that the kids meal deal doesn’t come with cheese( UK always serves cheeseburgers for kids) why the difference!. I said I’ll pay for the cheese and after some more minutes discussing with themselves about how much to charge me for a piece Of cheese, they divided not to charge due to their mistake and the 20 min I was waiting for a simple plain cheeseburger for my hungry kid. So it wasn’t the same mc Donald’s experience what we are used to. ( I also speak Spanish , so you could think that would have being easy to understand)

The burgers here are better than the McDonald's I've tasted in the US. Will definitely go again.

I’d never order what they call food at any McD’s anywhere, but I have to say they make a decent latte for like 30-40% less than nearby cafes.

Hatte eine Cheeseburger der schon komisch geschmeckt hat. Hab die Hälfte liegen lassen. Nachts hat es mich dann erwischt ... Volles Programm. Das darf bei McDonald's nicht passieren

It‘s probably the dirtiest Mc Donald‘s I’ve ever been to. I guess they don’t care about international standards. Also the service was unfriendly with exception of the young man at the „postre“ station. Wouldn’t recommend visiting unless you are desperate like us.
