We had a great time at Fattorio il Muro from the moment we arrived. Our host was very knowledgable. The wine was lovely and the food served was also amazing. We had lots of time to enjoy the rustic setting and the good wines. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of taking a wine tour in the area.

The farmer is very friendly, provides good english explanations. His fresh tapped wine is very nice as well. Wish i've bought more ;)

Amazing peaceful place and lovely wine

We had a wonderful tasting in the cellar at Fattoria il Muro. The experience was magical. We had delicious wine, prosciutto, salame, and cheese. We bought cases to be shipped, and to be enjoyed for our time in Tuscany. I definitely recommend!

Driving up to the farm we first saw a couple of happy piglets, it was like in a movie! We just drove by unannounced, but were welcomed warmly and had the opportunity to taste some of the wines. We bought both bottled wine and from the barrel. The wine from the barrel is a really nice day to day wine (wish I had bought more) and the Riserva is a welcomed guest to every Sundays table. And of course I bought some Guanciale ;) Definitely will be back!

Such a wonderful visit to this winery, it felt like a true rustic, authentic experience. The wines were the best we tasted across 4 wineries we visited during our trip. Also such pretty views!

Amongst the best wines we tasted of the week, especially given the price. Giacamo was great! Expect a lot more rustic…. This isn’t one for Instagram but is one for those serious about their wines, the riserva is fantastic !
