Demanding that the child cant be discharged before 3 days of hospitalisation. Harassing the parents, if they want to take the child home. Inflating the bill amount to fill their pockets. This is absolutely a mess of a hospital. Everything but a hospital. Extortion in broad daylight. On the top it unpleasant staff, make the matter worse. There is everything that a hospital should not practice.

The Doctors are very good and the ambience is nice. I have been to this Hospital for about a year and felt like home. This time today I visited the hospital to meet the doctor for a consultation for my family. Till now it was very nice. I was waiting for the Ultrasound report as the nurse told me to wait as it is being prepared. After an hour I went to inquire, one of the staff named ANAND behaved very rudely as if I thought I was in a Government hospital. he thinks he is the owner of the hospital. Very sad with this issue.

And my doc miss VIPULA VERMA is always there whenever we needed and we feel very safe under her treatment. Gynecologist, Surgeon and Pediatrician and doctor are all well experienced and friendly. Dr.Vipula Verma is one of the best gynaecologist I ever came across. She is very patient unlike other doctors , she listens to every query by patient and her answers are very satisfactory. She takes care of every patient with a personal touch and empathy. She is extremely knowledgeable and the way she handles every case to rule out any ambiguity is really commendable.

The doctor in little heart is extremely rude and doesn't want to give time to read previous report of the child as well. All these doctors want is just making money. When I asked about my child problem doctor said why you are researching on it. Such remarks are shameful.

The doctors, Dr. Vipula Verma, Dr. Satyajeet Kumar and Dr. Pooja Rani are undoubtedly the best doctors to go to regarding any child/ gynae treatments and diagnosis. Very comfortable and cosy like home.

I liked it very much. All staff behaviour is up to the mark. Facilities which I liked very much are:- 1. Doctors are extremely good. 2. Proper cleaning of room. 3. Nurses are available almost 24*7. 4. No problem in parking vehicles. 5. Guards are very polite and helpful. Facilities which could be improved:- 1. In case of EMERGENCIES documentation could be skipped, first treatment should be done or while treatment is going on in that time guardian can be asked to fill the form.

The doctors have experience , compassion & reputation far more than sufficient to deal with any medical history or complications -of the mother as well as that of children. I got my angelic daughter here. I had a caesarean delivery because of some complications. The quality of Service and Hygiene was more than expected. Staffs were too decent. Especially Sheela was the one who cared like a family throughout. Anukampa was the one who cared for my girl while she was in nicu for five days. I had a wonderful experience there. And Vipula maam is the best gynaecologist I’ve ever met. She’s so calm and understanding. She listens every single problem of yours. I feel very lucky to get to know her. Reception was so unprofessional… First I paid ₹400 through UPI it didn’t reflect, then i paid with cash. He told me that you’ll get the refund because it hasn’t reached my end. I had the reference ID, he didn’t even knew that we only get a reference ID when the money is received by the receiver but then to I waited for 24 hours, and when I visited their next day(I didn’t receive the money in 24 hours) and there was a different receptionist, I had to tell him the whole story again. He said it will take time visit us in 3 days again… I came here again on the 4th day there was a different receptionist (again the whole story) he made me sit for an hour again said there’s no transaction and entire time they didn’t had any concern for me or my money… and now they’re saying wait for a month. Doctors are really professional and hospital was also neat and clean just come with cash only. Otherwise you’ll have to face the same problem. The parking area is also very small, mostly filled with staffs vehicles only. You’ve to leave your vehicle outside. Totally not satisfied.

Very bad behavior of staff who is completely profit minded. visited Dr Vipula verma and she advised some blood test which I did from other lab other than little heart, after that whole staff behavior completely changed started giving snap replies. In next visit Dr didn't even asked me to sit and consulted me just few seconds with arrogant behavior.

Have been visiting this hospital since last one year whenever my daughter falls sick. Besides pediatrics, gynecologist and now even general physician is available at the hospital. This hospital has no parking space and you have to park on the road. Cleanliness is maintained inside the hospital. Hospital has its own pathology lab.

Very bad ,front desk receptionist not cooperative mislead you and provide wrong information.My baby doesnt need 'slep' medicine for doing echo scan but receptionist insisted to buy that medicine.First time pediatrician seen my baby by doing Echo scan but this time receptionist told me to pay consultation fee along with echo scan fee.Friends they have increased their fees by 25℅ in all areas as told by the front desk

Only building good, but we are going there for treatment. Properly no information is passed to the patient guardians. No body is around to check the new born baby after delivery. My baby was crying continuously for more than 2 hours no body came to check out, even the paediatric doctor after giving the child to us never bother to check the wellbring of the child. They are busy in making money and dont have time for the onborded patients. For mother well being doctor do visit but for newborns they never. Worst hospital for new borns

As a speciality hospital i went to hospital at night in an emergency after confirming for doctor's presence at that hour but no doctors were present at that time . The staff inquired about the ailment and conveyed the same over phone to some doctor who decided the gravity of situation and decided not to come but the staff balbbered and made us stay . Absence of doctors in wee hours should be conveyed promptly at gate and patients should be turned out so they can go to other alternative .
