This is a State of the Art, comfortable Dental Office providing comprehensive personalized care by professional staff members. Dr. Patel is outstanding as is the office team. Rose provides exceptional customer service. Lakemoor Dental was very responsive to my situation when I chipped my front tooth with my son’s wedding just a week away . Dr. Krikorian did a fantastic job bonding my front tooth. I have been a patient at the Arlington Heights office since 2021 and I appreciate the great team there.

I came to this practice for a second opinion and had a great experience. Dr Kyle took the time to explain my X-Rays and made sure I understood my options and that all my questions were answered.....the exact opposite of my previous dental visit elsewhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the office was clean and professional, and the equipment was more current and high-tech than where I had gone before. I felt that I was in the hands of professionals who cared about me as a patient.

Initially came for an orthodontist consult to get an estimate for braces. I really liked the ortho doctor and was happy with estimate. Then I decided to come for new patient cleaning appointment. The price was given to me 59$. Then at the appointment Dr. McKaila told me that the price is 250$ now because I need a special cleaning. I said, no, thank you, I am ok with basic cleaning which I came here for. She refused to provide the service. This was the weirdest and worse dental appointment I ever had unfortunately. I did not feel paying for something that I did not come for to begin with. . I was excited about this place initially. I was telling my friends that I finally found a good dental office in the area, I was recommending the place to my friends. At the end I am just so disappointed. Just really bad customer service I have experienced there.

Sept 19, 2023 Dr Patel pulled a tooth today with the same care, efficiency, and pleasant manner as ever. August 7, 2023 Dr. Patel removed my cavity and did a filling. The entire procedure was very efficient, as flawless as is possible from start to finish, and all done in a relaxed pleasant manner as was our previous experience at Lakemoor with Dr. Juan. We could not be more pleased with crown work done by Dr Juan on my wife Penny and myself. He keeps patients totally informed on each detail, and does everything so well and so efficiently in a pleasant manner, the experience is somewhat relaxing and enjoyable.

Great office and staff. Very clean office. Suman and Dr. Patel were phenomenal! Informative about any insurance questions you may have. They made the cleaning very easy and comfortable! Would recommend to people looking for a new dentist.

My first experience was in Lakemoor, I did my initial exam at that location and met Dr Patel. Got my dental work done Arlington Heights location by Dr. Juan. He was also amazing. Dr Juan and his assistant was very gentle and explained every step during the process. Both locations had wonderful courteous staff. Very clean and friendly environment. Definitely recommend, especially for cowards as my self. I'm actually looking forward to continue working on my dental health. Thank Dr.Patel and Dr.Juan.

I highly recommend Dr Juan Aguirre for any of your dental needs. I had an emergency where I needed to have an infected molar extracted and Dr Juan explained step by step on what he was doing and answered any questions before and during the procedure. I have never had a tooth pulled, and I was somewhat apprehensive about pain. And I felt no pain at all during or after the extraction. Dr Juan is one great dentist with a great staff that make you feel very relaxed and comforted as soon as you walk through their door.

Dr. Juan was awesome. The entire staff was amazing. This office was very welcoming, professional, and caring. They were able to see me for an emergency visit on a Saturday at noon. The office is very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs. The only complaint is that the doctor wouldn't prescribe me anything for pain even though over the counter pain medicine hasn't touched my pain. He said the antibiotics would take care of the pain. Which is probably true, but they will take a few days to work. I'm nervous about not sleeping again tonight.
