Clean restaurant, not too busy. I was seated fairly quickly even though there was no hostess when I arrived. My waitress was very nice and competent. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked well and tender as can be. My lobster tail was delicious as well. The ideal Longhorn experience.

Skip the chicken sandwich. Served over cooked TWICE. Lacked flavor, just salty. Long wait for our food would have been overlooked if the order was correct and not overcooked. Also, it was cold in the restaurant.

French onion soup could be better, shrimps and spicy chicken tenders were really tasty. Meat was above the average and satisfying but the salad was flavorless. Overall price/quality perfomance is all good ✌🏻

You have to check this place out! The service is great! The food is amazing! I ordered the Full slab of ribs it was so delicious and I got the Mac and cheese it was so gooooood. We also ordered the fillet with a loaded baked potato. Also Cesar salad and spinach dip! To quench my thirst, I ordered a strawberry margarita that was fantastic!

Went to get lunch to go 2 days in a row l. First day portion in big enough but lady didn’t know how to pack the food and when i got the bag food almost all fell out. Second day we went and salad is like kid portion, chicken salad only for small piece, steak salad 5 tiny piece, same lady bag the food and again soup was side way almost spilled so i have to readjust the bag if not all soup will spill over my car. Not to mention soup is not even full.

Great food & great service every time I've come here. Longhorn's steak (especially the NY strip) is levels above Outback. It's not even close in comparison. But then again, Outback is the McDonald's of steakhouses. Either way, if want a good steak & don't feel like paying Morton's Or Ruth's Chris' prices, I def recommend Longhorn. Warm bread & butter, ceasar salad, steamed asparagus & a juicy NY strip steak with an ice cold Heineken - All for $37 & change - Well worth it 💯

Every LongHorn deserves 10/10! So far - they have never disappointed me! Steaks are always perfect, salads always fresh, mashed potato the best I have ever tried… and on top of that the prices are great for the quality and quantity of the food you get! Unfortunately this time just one photo :-(

Everyone was just so welcoming from the host, bartender and our server Anya. People who work here make the difference. They took care of us so good in our special day. As always the steak was amazing. Thanks again to everyone 💜. We will be back for sure

It's a pretty nice steakhouse to get some decently priced steak. My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and we got some vanilla ice cream for free. It was a pretty nice experience.

I placed a pick up order this week. My “loaded” potato soup had no bacon or cheese on top and the bowl was less than half full. This was probably 4 spoonfuls for $5.99. It looked like someone ate it! It was placed inside a plastic bag and tied so it definitely didn’t spill anywhere! I had to throw this out because GROSS! They also gave me butter but didn’t give me my bread. I wish I could get my tip back too.

It's always so important to me to have consistency, and this longhorn is incredibly consistent. I come in every Tuesday for lunch, I order an 8oz sirloin and some French onion soup. The chef on Tuesday is amazing! As are the servers. I've had Lillie and Ashleigh (apologies if I misspelled the name!) And both are fantastic servers as well. Often at chain restaurants, I find that consistency can be a problem, as well as overcooking. Not here. One of my pet peeves is getting a medium rare steak in the middle, but a gray/brown inside closer to the bottom. Not here. Here is is a perfect warm red center from top to bottom! Because of this, I will keep going, and I highly reccomend it!

The food was amazing, great atmosphere. So clean and comfortable. This was the first time eating in a LongHorn Steakhouse and blew my mind. Coming to this location for now on.

Ambience is nice. Quiet weekday night. Appreciate they had Coke Zero! Chopped salad was fresh and crisp and tasted great with vinaigrette. The bread loaf was a honey multigrain with butter and came out hot and fresh. I had the 22oz Rib Eye medium rare with asparagus. Very thin for a 22oz especially without bone in and because of thickness it came well done right off the bat not even close to medium rare or even medium well. This was a sad way for this rib eye to go. Server was super nice and offered a new one but I declined. Just wanted them to know so they can improve on the seat cool time. The asparagus was nice and well cooked with still a nice crunch. Didn’t finish the steak because it ended up so over cooked. Manager took off the steak and asparagus but I Still tipped based on the original meal total. Not her fault.

This was our second time dining at Longhorn Steakhouse. The steaks were extremely tender, and any other food there, is made to perfection! The service was beyond the call of duty. I very highly recommend dining there!

Celebrated my birthday here because this was my favorite steakhouse in Orlando. This is my 3rd time in this restaurant but my first time to be served a well done steak. I asked for a medium but something happened. I did not mention anything to the waiter because I am afraid they will not like it. It’s my day so I don’t want to be stress. I started feeling something is wrong when I saw that the waiter was very busy and can’t even get our payment for 15 minutes. I also noticed that its been my 3rd time to be seated on the same area, the furthest inner tables on the right. Anyways, i just felt that this is not the longhorn that I loved.

The entire dinner was sooooo nice!! The ambience, the manager greeting you at the arrival booth, the staff, the server I mean everything was so nice!!!! Food was nice & hot & the service was on point!! Fast but so good, the flavors were spot on my crew absolutely loved it!!!! The steaks were perfect, the appetizers, the drinks, it was all just perfect! They even brought a cute dessert for my teens birthday that was so cute!! Definitely returning it was Amazing!!!!

I believe this past May was my first time ever at this location although my father-in-law claims my family and I took him here before maybe 5-6 years ago but I don't recall. I know I've definitely dined in once at the Des Plaines location which sadly is the closest drive from my house up in Beach Park. Stopped here after my stepdaughter's HS graduation ceremony which was held in Hoffman Estates. It's a bummer we don't have a single Longhorn up in Lake County. Closest thing we have among mid range steakhouse competitors is Outback in Gurnee and up until a few years ago, Lonestar which closed down. With the likes of Outback and Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn is probably my favorite overall. Always a pleasant dining experience with great tasting food & drinks at still reasonable prices, ultra clean & sanitized venue bolstered by top notch service. Schaumburg is a haven for good eats and I keep hoping they'll one day open at least one location in Lake County and if they did it would most likely be in Gurnee, Vernon Hills, Lake Zurich or Lincolnshire being those are some of the busiest restaurant hubs in the county that would host this type of restaurant.

Came here to celebrate some birthdays. I will say first I am not a steak enthusiast nor do I eat it, so I can only talk about the salmon and other options, but what I heard from the group was the steak was pretty good and cooked well. The decor was really nice inside for an upscale steak house. The overall food quality was good. Nothing was flavorless and my food came out hot (when it should have been hot). I did like the flavors they used on the salmon (and it was decently cooked, nothing to write home to mom about though) but I did appreciate the broccoli and asparagus we're cooked well and seasoned. Many places are skipping seasonings altogether lately. The 2 apps we had (their version of the blooming onion) and the spinach dip was pretty good. Also had their chocolate cake, which was very good! We did have some slow service, especially on the drinks side. They did seem short staffed too. Overall, not a bad experience. I wouldn't necessarily go back because of the limited options for someone who doesn't eat red meat, but I would not say this is a bad meal by any means.

My favorite steakhouse thus far. Medium expense but good cuts of ribeye. Savory, juicy, and the right amount of fat. Mashed potatoes are handmade from fresh potatoes. The brussel sprouts are my favorite side dish! Crispy, tender, and a slight tang. Outlaw ribeye, double mashed potatoes or mashed and brussel sprouts are my go-to favorites here. Service is decent when packed and busy and great when they are less busy. Seldom have I had to wait longer than 20 mins for seating.

The chop steak is tasty. The portion was somewhat small but I enjoyed it very much. The service here is good. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice western decor inside which gives an ambience to the restaurant. I’ve eaten here probably four or five times now. All in all I would say it’s a good place for lunch

Nice ambience but felt as if they were short staffed. The kitchen did make a mistake with the steak temperature and had overcooked. The server offered to get it redone but we declined. Once the check came, they hadn't charged for that particular steak. Taste wise, was good, but wasn't too impressed with the chowder. Will not hesitate to revisit if we are in the area.

Nice looking restaurant. The server was completely checked out, stopped by only once or twice, never offered water refills. Lobster bisque was pretty tasty, but French onion soup was way too salty. We ordered New York and longhorn steaks, one medium and another medium rare, both were solidly well. They offered to redo, but I remember Waiting. Would give it another shot when we are nearby, but wouldn’t go here otherwise.
