Scheduling an appointment at this place is chaotic. I called three times to schedule a doctor appointment. During my first call, we almost finished the scheduling, the appointment was scheduled two weeks out. The guy said that he needs to contact his manger due to the system is malfunction at the end of the scheduling. He got my phone number and promised that he would call me back, but he never did. I called the second time half an hour later, a lady picked up the phone, she said that the appointment must be 6 months out for the same doctor. I told her that I called early, the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out; and I also gave her the early appointments details. Then she asked me to wait so that she could find out who is the person giving me the earlier appointment. Then she switched me to the wrong line. Another patient was talking to me. Anyhow, I called back two times, It automatically switched to the answering machine. Simple scheduling was turning into a hectic experience. Don't know how this place is managed.

I deleted my original review to follow up. Dr. Khan is amazing.. he performed my surgery provided amazing instructions, details and knowledge and I'm extremely thankful for him. The office and phone staff is another case entirely. I have had them confirm appointment times on 5 different occasions and the time be confirmed later for a different time. I was threatened for not returning the ECG machine because I had to work and they don't have a drop off box for people who can't make it before 5:00 PM. Arriving early or on time doesn't matter because you spend 20 minutes to and hour past your appointment in the waiting room then another 30-45 minutes waiting in the room. Only on one occasion have I gotten in and concluded my appointment in under an 1.5 hour. My primary care asked me if they should recommend this office to others and I am going to advocate to my best ability that they do not. The staff needs better training and to understand the need for better customer experience. If a patient is there they're scared and worried... so why have people that are rude and short tempered taking care of scared patients? If your life is on the line, go there because Dr. Khan makes the horrible experience worth it, but I hope the management team is able to find ways to get the staff to be more efficient and friendly. We all work, we're all stressed and nobody makes nearly enough money especially in the medical industry, but we're all still humans. Remember that the next time you act like someone asking a question is an inconvenience or when someone needs confirmation so they can take the day off or work around their work schedule.

Dr. Sager is a wonderful, compassionate, very professional and knowledgeable doctor. He puts his patients at ease with his easy going bed side manner. He is patient and willing to explain any medical concerns. I recommend him highly. I want to thank Dr. Sager for taking care of my heart. I feel much better after my ablation. The support staff are also wonder at taking care of patients. Love this office.

Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. I especially liked the cardiologist that I saw, Dr. Sager. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, kind, and I would recommend him to anyone. I trust Dr. Sager for my up-and-coming procedure.

Dr. Parag Doshi is a great Cardiologist Indeed! My dad had a critical problem and he solved it without major surgery. We were worried about complications; however, Dr. Doshi gave us confidence and made us relaxed by his complete and very best treatment undergoing all multi-level diagnoses. Dr. Doshi is a very friendly, caring, and pleasant gentleman! We’ve got a very best cardiologist for sure and friend of my dad! We really appreciate and thankful to Dr. Doshi!

Another Medicare/Medicaid cattle farm. I’m sure some of the Doctors on the team are good. The issue is they overbook patients massively. You can clearly tell just by the wait times the amount of people in the waiting room. The official staff is absolutely overwhelmed and confused. Unnecessary tests are suggested just to get the billing. They try to take advantage of elderly people who are none the wiser. We went 3 times I seen enough and found another Doctor for my father. Not exactly a great example for the professionalism of the medical profession and community.

I’m giving 1 star because I have to show something The doctors at the Schaumburg location might be excellent but the staff stinks. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful bunch of people In all my years The ones who answer the phones will lie to you, put you off and hang up on you if you try to get an answer out of them. They refuse to give you anyone with authority to speak to and will just hang up. Avoid this facility at all costs if possible

Try to get a call back from a nurse. Called 3 times to get a prescription filled an no response. The doctor whom I see is very good but his staff is terrible! Obviously they don't care.

I would have to say doctor Sager is one of the best cardiologists. One year ago I was diagnosed heart failure, cardiomyopathy and Afib. Doctor Sager's commitment to helping his patients and his commitment to his profession has dramatically changed my life. My EF was 25 last March in 2020 now I have a normal heart function amazing man he cares, and he is truly the best at what he does.

Dr Sager is absolutely a great doctor and a nice human being. He performed an ablation procedure fo my SVT and strived for a full 3 hours to ablate the last node. And all along he was informing me of the steps to ablate the nodes instilling a great confidence in me. I love him for making my life free of arrhythmia. I am fine a year later and full of thanks to Dr Sager for a successful procedure.

I am a patient of Dr Doshi and have been for 13 years since I was rushed in to the hospital with heart failure in May 2006. I was lucky and my life saved. I met Dr Doshi for the first time prior to quadruple heart bypass surgery. I have been a patient ever since and to this point I have not had a reason to change cardiologist. I get regular yearly examinations and tests as needed. I am always told the results and get honest answers about my condition, Dr Doshi tells it like it is and doesn't beat around the bush which is why I like coming back for my yearly exams. He will always find a way to get you in if you have a health concern. He is a very popular doctor in the Midwest and I highly recommend Dr Doshi and his staff who are always very friendly. I have moved away from the area but when it is time for my yearly checkups I do come back to Dr Doshi because I am extremely satisfied with the service they have to offer.

Finding Dr. Doshi was one of the best things that ever happened to us. He is very thorough in exploring all possible causes and methods of treatment. We always feel completely confident in his assessment of our medical issues. When we are in his office we have his complete attention and are never rushed. Both my husband and I have had a number of cardiac problems over the years and Dr. Doshi has successfully returned us to good health through his expertise and caring. We would not consider going to any other cardiologist. We have the best.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was a patient for 19 months before I had had enough of their incompetence from top to bottom. Everytime I left there, I felt worse than when I had my heart attack. I haven't been a patient since 5/23 and they're still charging my insurance for remote monitoring. When I called to inquire, I was told that I'd get a call back...still waiting on that call. I am going to report them for insurance fraud. I recommend going to the vastly superior Loyola Medical Center, or anywhere else for that matter.

My father required open heart surgery for his valve, Dr. Doshi and the whole Chicago Cardiology team truly saved his life. The care that was provided to my father was as if they were caring for their own father, with compassion and care.
