I was going here for 3 years to see a psychiatrist and there were charging me double for each session. Also they will send you to collections without letting you know. I tried contacting the clarity chi email after being told to reach out to have someone help me out after I left the past review and no one responded. It’s been about 3 weeks and I tried contacting them 3 times via email and still no one has responded. They don’t care about their patients. I’m sure they will try to respond to this review with their general response to contact their email.

The billing department here is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been a patient for 6 months and I’m just now receiving a bill with 0 insurance adjustments. They keep telling me my insurance is inactive when that is simply untrue. I have talked on the phone and via email with multiple people without the matter being resolved. The office told me I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO VERIFY MY OWN INSURANCE? I have never heard of that and when I called my insurance company said that it’s the responsibility of the office not the patient to do this task. I like my psychiatrist but this is such a headache that I will likely move onto somewhere else that has their billing department in order. What a nightmare.

Do not use this place. Every month they don’t approve my medication refill, which in turn leads to me going days without psychiatric medicine. As you know, that’s very dangerous and has lead to me being severely sick. I’ve called the office and left voicemails countless times. Still no refill. I’ve been waiting 8 days at this point. This problem happens EVERY MONTH. Nobody in the office seems to care, and I’ve BEGGED them to approve the refill so Walgreens can fill the prescription. I will never be using this place again.

This clinic has the worst billing practices and methods. Avoid at all costs as the damage will out way the positives. When you attempt to contact them to get answers they are little to no help, that’s when they actually respond. Many other providers are available.

Our online therapist is a wonderful, caring, and bright person. My wife and I have an adult daughter suffering from an acute personality disorder and she (the therapist) is helping us through some tough times. However, we cannot speak well of Chicago’s Clarity Clinic. Our daughter was enrolled there for a period and we were appalled by the dysfunction.

Clarity Clinic was one of the psychiatry providers my therapist suggested. I am very happy with the service and care I have been receiving. Mimi listens and shows concern for what I value and what is important to me when it comes to medication and my illnesses (relief while balancing side effects, etc.).

LITERAL NIGHTMARE DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could give negative stars, billing department over charged us $200+ dollars and completely ignored our calls and e-mails for MONTHS!! Scammers, they WILL take advantage of you, we had to find out from our insurance that clarity purposely billed us incorrectly! billing department was rude and would not listen to our insurance representatives! Whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE UPDATE: Clarity, I emailed your billing department about the matter on November 1st 2022 and no reply, I have been calling every week since the beginning of October as well as my insurance has called numerous times and this STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED TLDR- DONT GO HERE

I have never met someone who knew me better than I knew myself! After speaking with Dr. Bamberger, things finally made sense and I was able to understand what was going on with me. Psychiatry can be very intimidating and he made me feel comfortable with how understanding he is. He is the most professional person I have dealt with since starting my mental health journey. I definitely recommend his services to anyone who is skeptical about having personal conversations with a complete stranger!

Ive been seeing Dr Reddy for a few years now. He has been amazing, the issues arise when it comes time for me to get my medication. Wether its the refill not being sent in or it being sent to the wrong pharmacy over an hour away, I cannot remember the last time I went to pick up my refill without issue. I try contacting the office and informing them of these issues, I get told that its going to get resolved but yet when I got to pick up my medication a month later there is the same exact problem that I had a month ago.

Over billing patients due to incorrect billing practices. When I called Clarity, they told me they were billing us correctly and we needed to pay a deductible. When I called my insurance they said the Clarity billing department was coding the appointments incorrectly. This happened on more than 1 occasion. Took hours and months to resolve. When I called to speak to a manager/owner nobody returned my calls.

The lady who dealt with my child was very nice but didn’t uncover anything while my daughter was with her. So it did not help uncover any deep rooted issues. They never got past talking about the every day things at school! I had put a lot of hard earned money without insurance and took her out when I realized there was no communication with me on my daughters progress or lack there of. I can’t reccomend them.

I found their service to be useful, practical, and somewhat comforting. Virtual connections are quick and easy to use.

Dr Reddy is a wonderful, caring and conscientious physician. He listens intently and I feel very secure under his care.

This was my first visit with Emma and I was seeing her as Dr Reddy is out of the office. I felt she listened to me and heard what I was saying. She asked appropriate questions and made sure I was able to say what I needed to.

Dr Paul, thank you for really putting in the time and effort in getting to know me and provide the best guidance and recommendations possible. You gave me my life back! Highly recommend!!

This was our first visit with Dr. Reddy and my wife and I were quite impressed. He answered our questions clearly and gave his reasons for treatment. Overall the best experience we’ve had with any kind of doctor in quite some time.

Walked in, felt welcome by staff met my doctor and felt confident starting my new medication. Very neatly organized place and very friendly and comfortable

Saw Dr. Kolakowski who acted like he didn't understand why I was there. Furthermore, without getting into too much detail, he dashed the little hope I had left for recovering from depression saying my brain was damaged. Later I saw Dr. Reddy who was extremely judgemental, accusatory, and condescending. He provided absolutely no insight and dismissed what I had to say, instead randomly alleging autism for literally no apparent reason. Don't bother unless you enjoy being talked down to and ridiculed.

Dr. Sandrolini is great. The technology, however, needs significant improvements! Two parents can’t login to the same meeting. There is no way to send a message to your provider in the portal. The only options are for billing and medication refills. There are no after visit summaries shared. Response to emails for assistance is extremely poor. The system needs to be majorly updated!

As a parent, I'm sure I can relate to many right now regarding their children and mental health. My daughter has hit some mental health barriers since Fall 2020. It's hard to know how to handle certain things and the waiting period right now is tremendous for services. My daughter started doing telemed with Dr. Hussain here at Clarity Clinic in 2021 and we've had the best experience. Monthly visits virtually, effective balance of medication, and when something didn't work or my daughter conveyed she felt "x-y-z", it was heard and action was taken. If you're not a mental health professional already, you have to rely on the expertise and guidance of those who can provide it, but you must also consider the "patient" and how they're feeling. We have received valuable support, and I was always contacted shortly after finishing an appointment to set up a follow appointment, or if an appointment had to be rescheduled. If I had a concern and needed to speak with Dr. Hussain without my daughter, I was allowed to do that as well. We have not had any billing issues that we have not been able to fix quickly (Tricare). I feel like you will not be disappointed with the services provided here.

I love my Therapist Michelle A @ Clarity Clinic. I've followed her from different practices. She's the only Therapist I've had that helps me & I've had several others. Only thing I dislike is unfortunately they don't accept my Insurance so I have to pay out of pocket...However, Michelle is worth it a million times over. 🙂

I've been seeing Dr. Reddy, psychiatrist, and my therapist Virginia Harren for more than a year and my experience could not be any better. I'm in a much better place than I was a year ago thanks to them. I’m very grateful.

Telemedicine appt was just as thorough as an in-person visit and Dr. Hussain took the time to understand our needs and then made sure all of our questions were answered. Also correspondence with the office staff has been prompt and polite!

My experience with Dr. Sandrolini has been great. I can easily express what I'm feelings without them being dismissed, and he is clearly intentional about his approach in treatment.

I received excellent care. The Telehealth visit was an initial consult, and my therapist allowed me to speak the majority of the session in order to tell my past psych history, family dynamics, and marital dynamics.

Excellent staff, very appropriately calm and patient , knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Reddy is the best Dr I have seen. He had a great depth of knowledge, was inquisitive, pro active, dedicated and confident. I was at ease in my decision to start care at Clarity by the end of my appt. Dr. Reddy had a detailed plan going forward in my care , which gave me great peace of mind. Thank you Dr Reddy and staff.
