Some
of
the
WORST
service
I
have
EVER
received.
We
came
to
Taco
Bell
after
being
on
a
train
for
an
hour.
My
niece,
who
doesn’t
even
live
in
the
state
of
IL
was
completely
mistreated
by
Esmeralda
C.
My
niece
ordered
ahead
of
time
so
that
she
could
use
her
Taco
Bell
reward.
When
we
got
up
to
the
intercom
after
waiting
for
20
mins
and
having
some
lady
cut
in
line
3
cars
up,
Esmeralda
insisted
that
we
didn’t
place
an
order,
even
though
we
were
showing
her
the
proof.
She
completely
mistreated
us.
She
basically
called
us
liars
about
the
order
we
placed
when
they
clearly
had
given
our
order
to
the
person
that
cut
us.
She
even
tried
to
tell
me
niece
that
she’s
“seen
her
before
in
line”
even
though
my
niece
lives
in
the
state
of
WISCONSIN
AND
HAD
NEVER
BEEN
TO
THE
ESTABLISHMENT
EVER
AND
WE
HAD
JUST
GOTTEN
OFF
A
DAMN
TRAIN
AND
SAT
IN
LINE
FOR
20
MINUTES.
After
arguing
about
it
at
the
window
and
Esmeralda
COMPLETELY
ignoring
our
proof
of
the
order,
she
made
us
circle
back
around
and
wait
at
the
end
of
the
line
when
we
had
already
placed
our
order
and
was
told
to
come
to
the
window.
Than
she
tried
to
claim
she
was
giving
us
“free
food”
even
though
we
paid
for
the
damn
food
that
they
were
refusing
to
give
us.
They
wanted
my
niece
to
pay
double.
I
than
asked
for
the
managers
last
name
and
Esmeralda
refused
to
give
it
to
me
in
order
to
file
a
formal
complaint.
I
even
called
the
establishment
for
the
managers
name
and
the
employee
refused
to
give
it
to
me.
They
didn’t
even
make
our
order
correctly
even
though
it
was
a
mess
up
in
THERE
system.
I
will
never
come
to
this
establishment
again
for
the
way
we
were
treated.
The
so
called
manager
slammed
the
window
on
us
3
times
and
kept
ignoring
us
and
didn’t
want
to
look
at
our
proof
of
the
order.
Incredibly
unprofessional.
Do
not
come
to
this
establishment.
It’s
full
of
rude
people.
I’m
so
incredibly
disappointed.
This
was
the
last
straw
for
me.
