Awesome home decor store at the Arlington Hgts - Rand Rd intersection near to the Trader Joe’s. Their painting collection is really good and affordable. They have seasonal decors. All the home decor items are classy and elegant. Look out for coupons to save more. Wreath selection is also nice- I got compliments from my neighbors for the wreath I got from here.

Had no idea what to expect going in ... actually thought it was related to Kirkland Signature at Costco? Kinda reminds me of a less colorful Pier One Imports but with much lower prices! They have all these sachets spread throughout the store that make it smell so warm and cozy! They have a lot of things discounted and in their Clearance section ... keep an eye out for some bargains!

Kirklands has amazing, reasonably priced home goods. They are always having great sales and then there is normally a coupon to be found after getting the sale price. We find all of our cuts stuff here. They have something for everyone’s taste. Even my kids love coming here.

Something about the Arlington Heights location is so refreshing. Was able to find just what I needed for my patio and it was even better considering the big sales they’re always having! This store is so sweet and it’s not just the scented sachet packets. Love the way it works for me!

Nice and clean store with pleasant store personnel. Only knocking it off a star because it is pricey, definitely more than I'd usually pay for things like pillows and that was even after a coupon. Hopefully the pillows will be long lasting, etc for the cost. I don't mind paying more if it's great quality... will update my review if they last.

I had a picture frame purchased 2 months ago, which got dropped from the wall yesterday. I called and they said they would still replace it. When I brought it back, the lady at the store told me there was a hanging direction on the back. I did not pay attention and I used picture wire to hang it. In bold letter it said "Please do not use picture wire." Even though it was my fault, she was very happy to replace it!! Very happy!

I went into the store around 6:30pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021. I couldn’t find anyone working to help me and then I discovered the cashier on the phone. I eventually placed a dozen items on the counter and waited for a while but the conversation wasn’t ending. I told her I’d be right back and ran next door. I returned a few minutes after 7pm and the store was closed. I pounded on the window & the cashier came to the door and said her registered were closed now. She said she couldn’t help me and I said “you couldn’t help me a half hour ago!” VERY irritating!

Friendly & helpful staff. Lots of cute home accessories and accent furniture. The style is very much Joanna Gaines/modern country. Great sales.

Jill at the Arlington Heights location is beyond sweet, caring and kind. She has helped me on many occasions at the store and even with a fully packed store she did not rush me once. Exceptional customer service is so hard to come by now-a-days and it is so refreshing to feel like our business is appreciated. My husband and I love shopping at Kirklands and it is people like Jill who motivate us continue to want to give our business to the company.

Got tricked into going to this store by my girlfriend. Spoiler Alert: this is not a Costco outlet store, and there are no free samples!

Love this store. They always have the cutest things. Prices are good.
