    Lovely NEW tall play set in a separated play area. Perfect for loud children. Clean with lots of seating and a bathroom.

    Stood at the register with 4 kids trying to order and couldn't get one staff member to look at us. We enjoy some modifications that are not available on the self service order system otherwise we would have used it, and we were using cash. Now enjoying Burger King down the street. I'll find a different mcD to visit in the future.

    Has anyone noticed the strange taste of coke lately? The coke in the northern part of Illinois is foul tasting. I believe they no longer use pre-made/canned seltzer water. There is a way of making seltzer with your tap water, and McD's uses this method, and it is a foul tasting. YUCK 🤮 I left Lake Michigan water to a village where their tap water is from wells. The coke is just as nasty as the well water. Then we move over to their frozen mocha Frappe, once one of my favorite affordable coffee drinks. It has become a warm/melted coffee. McD's charges the fancy themselves barista such as Starbucks competitor rather than a fast food restaurant. I wrote a review a way back. Praising McD's their breakfast sandwich anytime with their mocha coffee was a big fave. Nope it's all gone. It was a reasonable meal. Needless to say, it's gone, and their coffee has become yuck. Well, to clarify, McDs has changed for the worse🥺

    Hamber was dry, the bun was either old or microwaved to be softer and hardened shortly after. Fried cold and hard. My soda had so much syrup in it, it probably was bottom of the barrel stuff.

    Why arent we getting trays when dining in anymore? The tables are extremely dirty. Everytime i get drive through, theres food missing. Fries are always cold. The supervisor needs to get off his high horse.

    What's going on with this establishment? The person managing it should be replaced. They've stopped providing trays for eating in? Tables are disgusting. God forbid they clean those. I asked for ranch and only got 2 for three large fries? Fries came cold. Do better! 😒

    It's bad enough that the workers would have the orders of everyone after us ready first, but then lied about the reason why when confronted about it. The workers said it's because "we were waiting for the fries" but everyone who ordered after us had fries at their tables. Disrespectful.

    The play area is really nice. The dining area and condiments section were not kept clean. The food was on par with McDonalds.

    Came today and I walked up to the counter to an employee. I was about to explain my issue with my order but stopped short and told her nevermind, my order number wasn't posted at first but now it is. She just looked at me with this blank look and walked off, rudely. Didn't say anything, no smile, nothing. Should work on employees looking somewhat friendly and acting friendly as well🤣 (I also noticed ants on the floor in the back corner eating food)

    Good service. Nice play place as well. Also, really great customer service. I had a small issue but the employee there made it a quick priority to help me out. I am really thankful for that.

    So you order your own food. Really zero service. Came for the play area and honestly...... just no. It's more of a hazard than anything else. Bring back the ball pit. The colors.

    This location is no longer serving either the McRib or the Bill Wennington Burger aka the Beef Wennington. Very disappointed. The kids ended up getting McNuggets and run of the mill burger sandwiches. I didn't get anything because I can't support these poor business decisions. Ya know what they say. Vote with your wallet.

    Went they Drive-Thru. Ordered a 20pc McNugget. Asked for them to be fresh. Make sure to always order your food any have it made to order. It may take a little longer but it's worth it.

    Good meal. Exquisite flavors combined with the charred sensation of hope and triumph as you take your first bite. And as soon as it's over, it's a tragedy. All the good things in life, gone. Cravings for more, but the wallet says not. Would recommend.

    They pick and chose what qualifies for the deals app from McDonald's. Told me I was wrong as I'm showing them the terms of the coupon. Free happy meal with meal purchase. Asked me to pull up to next window while they figure it out and just left me there. Never had this issue at no other McDonald's.

    There's days they are closed and it sucks waiting on still Uber to pick up to cancel the order for 10mins to almost and 1hr.. wasting are time to my an income.

    I went in and they gave me the wrong order.... she knew...after going back because I went thru the drive thru...they were chicken nuggets...which I like them too..I would keep them if she offered with covid I figure she would instead of them being thrown out....well she said..I Have to throw it away!! This Spanish girl Said.... I'm like ok....so I didn't care....but I just think that is bogus to just throw away food like that..instead of giving it away. And 2...because you gave me the wrong order. I live 30 miles away. That for the hassle of going back around getting off because the drive thru is packed that u would rather throw it out then offer it to the customer that you messed there order up and they has to go back!! 🤦🏻‍♀️that's is sad.

    Definitely one of the nicest run and staffed McDonald's location around! The drive thru staff are exceptionally friendly and really work to be sure your order is exactly how you like it. 👍👍

    Always a hit and miss. I can't have onions but I do like the steak bagel so I order it fresh off grill. Usually if I go inside and order the get it correct but threw drive thru 90% of time wrong.

    The front-of-the-house manager was very efficient, polite and kind. She was very friendly and was smiling. She also treated me like a v highly valued customer. I waited for my order at a table and a kind crew member delivered my order to my table very quickly and with a smile. The service was speedy, the price was right and the food tasted great.
