My
family
and
I
ate
dinner
tonight
at
Hurricane
Grill
and
Wings
in
Poughkeepsie.
We
are
loyal
customers
who
eat
at
Hurricane's.
Tonight
we
experienced
the
worst
service
imaginable.
It
started
off
when
I
asked
if
I
could
substitute
another
side
instead
of
chips
and
salsa
and
was
told
I
could
not.
We
placed
our
order
including
boneless
wings
as
an
appetizer.
Then,
Brett
our
waiter
told
us
we
could
only
get
3
sauces
instead
of
4
which
was
not
that
way
last
month.
My
daughter
and
I
finished
our
drinks
and
were
not
asked
if
we
needed
refills.
All
of
a
sudden
all
the
food
came
out
including
our
appetizer.
I
said
to
our
waiter
that
we
wanted
the
wings
before
dinner
and
that
they
should
be
comped.
He
spoke
to
the
manager
who
agreed.
Not
once
did
the
manager
come
over
to
make
sure
things
were
okay.
The
waiter
did
not
ask
us
how
our
dinner
was.
The
waiter
started
talking
bad
about
us
to
the
customers
that
were
behind
us
which
is
very
unprofessional.
We
had
to
ask
for
the
check
and
for
two
containers.
At
this
point,
the
waiter
apologized.
I
said
to
him
that
he
provided
the
worst
service
my
family
and
I
have
experienced
and
we
would
probably
not
be
back.
I
said
you
did
not
once
try
to
make
things
better
with
the
appetizer
until
I
suggested
it
be
comped.
Also,
you
did
not
ask
us
how
our
food
was
done
nor
get
us
refills
until
you
were
asked.
The
waiter
walked
around
our
table
4
times
not
asking
if
we
needed
refills.
He
said
thank
you
for
the
constructive
criticism
and
that
he
would
try
to
do
better.
He
did
however
give
the
table
in
front
of
us
better
service
than
us.
He
was
very
passive
aggressive
and
the
manager
should
have
dealt
appropriately
with
him.
On
a
positive
note,
the
food
was
good.
