Had a terrible experience with the general manager JD. A perfect example of poor leadership skills even as a GM He's very judgemental had a housekeeper come to my room several times to see if other people lives in the room with me twice before I had a full week. Just very judgemental manager overall. KEEP IN MIND I WORK SEVERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THAT I REALLY BE TIRED and just because I told his rude housekeeper I don't want services we had to check out immediately.. no policy stating that it's required just states it was offered! Never told me about a housekeeping date to where they come in and clean on certain days just a whole lot of questions?? I feel so discriminated against by the GM.. From having the housekeeping come check my rooms multiple times before a week stay and now this immediately leaving! If your on a business stay and have children please don't come here! Wouldn't want any hard working individual to experience this! Company needs to reevaluate certain managers that make the rules on their feelings not good for a company!

I was in a room without "upgrades". There was popcorn and corn kernels on the carpet under the bed. The counters were dusty and the linoleum-type flooring had not been mopped in a while. No bath tub, just a shower with weak water pressure. The refrigerator was stained inside and outside. The front door is warped which caused gaps on the side where the handle is. The toilet constantly ran. My card was charged after being declined when I tried to extend my stay online. The front desk clerk said there was "no record of your card being charged on our end". Not worth another visit. I only stayed there as long as I did because another place had no vacancy.

Family and I stayed there for one week , an it’s located in a awesome area. We had a sugar ant issue that made the stay uncomfortable .

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The staff is so kind. They always have a smile on their face. The rooms are very clean. Full size fridge, cabinets. Stove top. Bathroom is a good size for a longterm stay hotel. I never felt too cramped here. Right next to a lot of restaurants, and I-20. I would 100% stay here again.

This was one of my fav places to live! Room cleaned by pleasant staff every week, Property Management was always quick to respond to needs with a cheerful attitude and Front Office Management proved that people still care. I would definitely consider living here again!

First, let’s start off by saying! Ten Stars The (General Manager) JD is outstanding! He is a hands-on manager. The place is spotless. I’ve traveled throughout the whole United States in my mortgage banking business days. I can honestly can say this is been the best stay ever! Also Corporate stays this is the best landing spot!! If you’re in a real life situation and you need a place where it’s a safe a starter great location! For a young person(s) learning their way in life or if you’re between homes and you needed a place that feels like home. This location is amazing. It’s sad to say that (You) can only give five stars when I would give 10+ the staff is friendly again GM, Mr. JD is the coolest person ever!! very professional! If INTOWN SUITES management or corporation are reviewing as well too, Mr. JD, is a Jewel!! this gentleman definitely should be a regional manager. And head of (ALL) training facilities! It doesn’t matter if you’re out of town, guests, or someone staying here locally, this place is spot on, and priceless experience!!! Mr. JD! You are the man! You are the engine that runs this train, INTOWN SUITES corporation pay attention! Thanks
