So i came to mint because the ads and everyone saying how great they are and i confirmed three times my services and how long it will take they confirmed that I was getting cleaning and white teeth evening service and the lady at the front desk said it would be an hour. i wanna say they are short staff my appointment was at 10:00am and they told me it would take an hour for cleaning and white teething service it took them 3 and half hours and had me late opening my store then i booked for cleaning and white teething service because I’m going to be on TV and i only got the cleaning never got the white teething service and still took 3 an half hours why are you guys promoting it if your not gonna give us the full experience that I’ve booked for not only that I’ve gotten sick right after i left Mint the assistant never changed her gloves from hoping from patient to patient and getting tools for the doctor and I’m pretty sure that’s how I’ve gotten sick my experience wasn’t that great at all.

After going here 2 times, I will never be back. I really hope the owner reads this because something needs to be done about this place. For one, the wait time is insane. They’re over booking to get more money and it shows. It’s so inconsiderate to the people that keep your business running. Secondly, the staff is so unprofessional. Half of them look like a chicken running around with its head cut off. The vibe I get from almost everyone in there is that they don’t actually like their job. That they hate cleaning teeth and they’re only doing it for the money and to not work at McDonald’s. So, definitely need to look into Holistic Marketing - Internal Marketing. It’s all about your staff. If they don’t want to be there, no one else is. Not only all of that but they just do a terrible job cleaning teeth. So aggressive and painful. My gums bleeding almost the entire time. Mind you, I have healthy gums and teeth. I actually found the dentist I went to growing up and started using them again. The experience was entirely different. I didn’t bleed a single drop with them. It’s almost like they would intentionally do it at Mint. Like they want you to think you have worse problems with your mouth than you actually do, probably to get more money out of you. Go to Mint Dentistry if you want a horrible experience, pain the entire time, and your teeth to still have plaque on them after a cleaning!

I didn’t wait long but they did a TON of X-rays & then told me I needed EIGHT fillings & had numerous cavities. The dentist even described my teeth as “dead and rotting”- excuse me? And then acted very upset when I said I would be getting a second opinion & I had to call the office again later for the X-ray copies I had requested. I’ve only ever had one cavity & filling EVER. VERY disappointed with my experience here and I do NOT recommend. $4600 estimate later & I now understand where they get the money for their billboards. The dental hygienist was amazing though and cleaned my teeth very well.

What a joke, went in for a cleaning and sat for nearly 40 minutes. Night and day from the Frisco location. This the bad part about franchising. One location has and others don't. I will never visit there again! I had to get out the chair and walk out.

First of all my appointment was at 130 and they actually called me back at that time. Nicole cleaned my teeth and she did a great job. She was very gentle and kind. I will be looking for her next time. Thanks Nicole for my pleasant experience. Also the young lady that explained my dental work was very pleasant as well. Appreciate the help.

I love that this is a place where my entire family can get care! It doesn’t feel too kiddie for me or my 22 year old and it’s not too grown up for my soon to be 16 year old. We love the staff, they’re always pleasant and polite. They treat you like people, not just patients! Just today our dental technician was talking with my daughter about an anime show! They handle making appointments around our busy schedules and they are always willing to explain treatment plans and payment options! We LOVE (North Arlington) MINT dentistry! ❤️

The place is nice inside but the parking is ridiculous it doesn't make since that they can't purchase at least 3 or 4 spots for the customers to park like the rest of the offices in the building. When you've worked 8 hrs especially on your feet no one wants to do all that walking then climb the stairs.

This is Maria Rey had a great experience. Very professional all staff and I was scared of getting hurt but everything went well loved it will definitely be my place for dental work.
