I want to start by saying, I waited a while to post this. I did not want to post while I was mad. I would like to say that the front desk staff and MA were very nice and cool. That being said, the doctor was not to my liking. And here is why. I came for a N95 fit test. I called before hand and was told it was $65 dollars for the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire and $81 dollars for the Respirator Fit Test, $146 total. I said fine and showed up. The wait was fine. The paperwork was long but I did it, more than 5 pages for a N95 fit test I have ever done. I was honest on it. See above about the staff. Then when the MA left a little time went by and a lady came in and said something like so the doctor told you we need a physical. I said “no, I haven’t seen the doctor yet”. She hesitated a moment and then said she would see. Next thing I know the doctor, a female, came in and said since I answered yes to a couple of questions that she needed to do a physical. It would have been another $113 dollars in top of the $146 I spent to do the N95 Fit test, which I still have not done. I said I am just here for a fit test. My two yes answers have nothing to do with me wearing an N95 mask. Nothing. She told me “you can go somewhere else for a second opinion”. She then escorted me to the front desk and ask a person to give me my money back. After my money was refunded I went to get a second opinion from another office, not Concerta. And guess what? I filled out one page for the fit test, paid $45 dollars, and took the test in 10 minutes. I guess Dr. Second Opinion saved me $215 dollars, have to be happy about that. But not happy about how they charge and stick you with a physical that had nothing to do with a N95 fit test. Obviously, other places don’t need that to do a simple N95 fit test.

Receptionist was great, Dr was outstanding & always shares useful/deeper health information & light humor. Nurse/fluid collecting staff was in a rush despite having few patients that afternoon. Lightly pushy, but borderline rude.

I recently visited Concentra Urgent Care for a medical evaluation required by the TSA, and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. Firstly, the facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I was immediately greeted by friendly and efficient staff members who promptly checked me in, minimizing any wait time. The medical professionals at Concentra Urgent Care were highly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the evaluation process and answer all of my questions, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. They exhibited a high level of expertise and proficiency in performing the necessary tests and assessments for the TSA evaluation. The entire evaluation was conducted with utmost professionalism and respect for privacy. The staff ensured that all necessary documentation was completed accurately and efficiently, saving me valuable time and preventing any potential delays or issues with the TSA. What impressed me the most was the overall efficiency of the entire process. Concentra Urgent Care understands the urgency and importance of these evaluations, and they strive to minimize any inconvenience or delays for their patients. I was in and out of the facility in no time, without compromising the quality of care I received. Overall, my experience at Concentra Urgent Care for a medical evaluation was exceptional. Front desk was great. 5 stars for them. 1 star for the Dr who wasn't really interested in seeing me.

I had to come here for diagnosis of an umbilical hernia by Dr. Meltzer. The staff took excellent care of me and while the surgery wasn’t on site, Dr. Meltzer did a fantastic job. I’ve gone back for checkups and to renew my medical card and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Quick and easy!

No problems with the first initial visit for a TB test. The second visit is what got me. It was on a Saturday and was checking in to get my TB test results read. No issues. What got me was at the front desk, one lady is full on eating a meal at the front. Crumbs falling from her mouth. At a clinic. And the other thing was trying to get a doctor/medical professional to sign off on paperwork with a stamp stating who he or she was didn’t happen. It makes it difficult for credentialing to verify the legitimacy of your form and the provider who signed it. They suggested that they can call to verify. I just thought that was odd because o even showed them proof of my last TB test and how it had to look. But still no stamp. So if I have to go back, I think I will have a conversation about that visit.

I have two-name last name. The Lady who checked me in at front desk input only the first of my last name. When I started filling the questionaire with my two-name last name, the System kept rejecting my two-name last name. This wasted my precious time...until I went to complain to her...then she said that she only put in the first of my two-name last name. No apolology from her...nothing!!! She was not paying attention...she was just chatting with co-worker.

I have come to this location for a period of time due to work. He has recently been through a work injury. The girls in front are very friendly, Stefany Joanna and Lucero. In therapy, Miss Audrey is very gentle. From the back staff Estefani Britney and young Brian are very friendly. So far attending doctor Heynes has been very kind in recommending the right care for me with therapies and imaging. I hope to recover soon and so far the service has been very good.
