If you do decide to move here, be expected to have to track down management to fix issues and to keep careful records of issues you have. The property management and staff will not care about issues unless authorities outside are contacted. We've had issues with: 1. Broken front door lock that took them two and a half weeks to fix 2. Wasp infestation which took them a month to respond after complaining multiple times 3. Mice infestation that was only acted on by the property after we called the health department 4. Broken glass on the front door 5. No hot water 6. Parking issue. There are not enough parking spots for residents and they will boot your car without warning 7. Late rent charges despite submitting before due date Please don't waste your time here. I have unfortunately lived here for 2 years and did not have a good experience.

This place is the absolute worst , the office lady if does not care about anything but a paycheck. Called about issues and was hung up on. Very unprofessional. Smoke detectors been going off for months there is not enough parking. No assigned parking spots so visitors, guests can take the spots for the people that live here. There is more garbage outside the dumpster than in. Apparently maintenance is to good to work on the weekend while living on the premises for free due to their job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just a heads up

Summary: Grimy, decrepit, old, expensive. Pros: spacious units - large closets - wood floors - large numbers of stray cats keep mice population down Cons: Extremely old buildings. Heating is erratic - days where it is off completely, days when it is a sauna in your apartment. Water - pressure is crazy high (slightest turn of a faucet will result in a flood of water). Shower temperature fluctuation -- will go from ice cold to burning hot in under a second sometimes, which makes showering difficult. They may not give you a full set of keys, and will ask you to pick which entry door you want a key to, which I've never experienced before now. Old units means warped floors and uneven doors. Kitchens are old, decrepit, and surprisingly small. Appliances are broken and old (oven displays broken, fridge shelves cracked, etc). Parking is a nightmare. Laundry is expensive and often broken without warning. Windows are put in cheaply - temporary screens are still in, which fall out, windows misaligned and hard to open or lock. Bathrooms are from another era completely: toilet is TINY, the smallest I've ever sat on, seriously; sink is small and placed quite low, making any sink related activity painful. Walls are painted an unpleasant beige. General grime and dirt everywhere. Owners and managers do not care at all about any complaints. Overpriced. Look elsewhere.

Almost every window in my apartment is broken doesn't stay up or doesn't lock. (Still not fixed) They don't finish Plowing parking lots till days after the storm. The lawn care people trim the bushes but never pick up the trimmings up, the trimming stay on the ground all year long I pick up my Bush trimmings up every year.(Smh) And the real reason for this review a car parked in my parking lot taking up 2 spots and 1/2 the driveway for 3 days. They won't do anything about it but car sitting there leaking oil all over the place. (It's a big eyesore) I called the office 3x about it. I'm having family over for Easter and it looks like a junkyard out here. Always out of hot water!!

This apartment complex take the trophy for worst maintenance team in the dutchess county . They can’t even go online and see what to improve on. Literally takes years for them to come and check out at least one frikn loose screw on a cabinet. Parking is absolute trash and the owner of the complex just fixes his daughters apartment who lives here. They also “renew” the apartments after you move out. The lady in the front desk only worries about renewing your lease every September. Every body who works here worries about how the outside looks. Putting up fake flowers and applying paint on the road to make there roads “pop up”. Money going to waste Everyone should be fired!

We have been here for almost 2 years now and I have had nothing but good experience. The complex is always well tended to, the office staff is very friendly and helpful and we have always had prompt response on our service request. This is truly a complex that cares for its residents.

I was very surprised to find such close apartment to the Vassar College in Manchester Gardens and they have great units at great price. Thanks for helping me in such a short amount of time. Fast, friendly , great location!

This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I’ve lived. If I can give it 0/5 stars I would but lucky for them Google won’t allow it. Lived in this complex for less than a year and I cannot wait until my lease is up in a few months because I refuse to live here another year. It takes forever for maintenance to address any discrepancy, I had to fight with them to turn on the heat once winter started, the neighbors are absolutely disgusting. People leave trash outside of the dumpsters, sometimes the dumpsters are completely filled to the top for days like the garbage truck misses pick-up some weeks. There’s not enough parking spots, so if you come home after 9pm the chances of you finding parking near your apartment is slim to none. They allow ppl to smoke in the apartments and if your in the same building as them the cigarette smell/weed smell will come into your apartment. I have a neighbor that doesn’t keep up the grooming of their dog and the hallway I share with stinks it’s very disgusting to witness the conditions these neighbors live in. Some of these apartments you can see from the outside broken blinds and missing pieces of the blinds it makes the entire complex look so tacky it’s embarrassing to live here. This is what prompt me to wrote a review, it is snowing today Jan.7th which it started from yesterday. Right now it’s about 12pm the roads and parking lots in the complex is not plowed there is not one plow truck working in the complex and when I called the complex operator I was told the plow trucks aren’t out because it’s still snowing which is friggin ridiculous because ppl are still going to work and the roads in the complex is dangerous. I strongly hope for new and improved management for this property so ppl can live comfortably where we’re paying rent.
