I reserved a room through the InTown Suite's website, arrived around an hour after check-in time and found out that they ran out of the type of rooms I reserved. Either I had to pay extra to upgrade my room or had the option of paying extra for the same type of room at another InTown Suite. I didn't want to pay extra, so I asked them to price match me since I had already made a reservation. They wouldn't do it. I decided to just go somewhere else and work through my emotions in the process of driving there. Sad experience, ngl.

I set up a stay for my dad to come in from The 23rd to the 31st. I'm guessing I got a call center but everything just seemed to be going pretty good. Got set up for that date range. When we arrived 23rd I was told that he could not check out on a Sunday. They said that they needed to charge me another $90 for 1 day. I told them we would not be here Monday to check out I would be at work and he would be heading back to South Carolina. The manager Deborah or Barbara said that he didn't need anything to check out!?! I said fine since they put me in a pinch point. She complained about the entered date being locked and her not being able to access it, probably for obvious reasons. Also complained about why did they do Sunday. will not return.

The managers, the staff, everyone here is so nice and accommodating. I really love how they know us by name. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. They are sweet and inviting. The reason I have stayed for over a year is because of the staff.

Thin structure. You'll feel every footstep above you and feel the floor vibrate from people walking heavy next door. Could not sleep without being woken up by unit above me. Manager is not the best and does not care for the customer. Just the dollar.

Very poorly maintained. I've stayed at several Intown suites over the years, and this was by far the worst. Roaches present in kitchen and bathroom, furniture and fixtures old and delapidated. Appliances appear newer so maybe they're making improvements. One can hope. I was planning on a multiple month stay, however after these conditions I checked out after one week and will not return.

I've now started my 16th month here at InTown Suites. And I have to say it has been quite a pleasurable experience so far. The general manager Barbara keeps a tight ship and has been very good at delegating what needs to be done and by whom. Her 2 key players are Desmond and Lanna both who are very dedicated hard workers who probably do the jobs of 5 people between the two of them. It is a quite and peaceful place that I now call home. The rest of the staff are also very exceptional keeping up with the laundry and doing the housekeeping. So great job Barbara and the same said for the rest of her team.

Absolutely deplorable customer service. My friend stayed here, paid full price for their hotel room and was kicked out with no reasonable notice or discussion. No refund - partial or full - was given, even after speaking with the on site manager and the regional manager. Don't trust the staff here or their management, they're obviously picking and choosing their customers.

Love love it been here for six months and it's absolutely the best decision I ever made very cool staff and my bed is very comfortable .

I’ve been staying here for the past few years when visiting family. The service is wonderfully amazing and the manager works hard to make sure we are able to get a great room. Love coming here every year.

My overall experience was great! The location is close to the shopping center and Gym. I had a clean room, quiet area, and nice staffing crew. I will definitely use this location again. Thanks!

I’ve been here now for about 2 months and the customer service is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful with meeting our needs. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Hands down i give this extended stay five stars

Despite the high weekly price it was a very nice place to stay and the staff are very friendly. It's very well kept up and they will help you in any way they can. I love the fact of the washing machines having the app where you can pay and it'll keep up with the time on it for u so don't have to sit there or leave and guess when time is up.

This place isn't what you'd expect. The people that work here actually take good care of this property. The price is good and everything is close; there are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive and this is near The Cowboys and Rangers

We needed a place to stay for long-term. We had been to a couple other places and they were horrible. When I met Barbara the manager here I knew that this was the place we wanted to be. She is a very warm and caring person. So thanks to her we will be calling this place home for a while.

I have been here for about 2-3 yrs now, a from the moment I moved in Ms. Barbara was so welcoming and kind hearted, I look up to the Manager: Ms. Barbara she is like my second mom especially since mine is no longer here. She makes sure that the Property is safe, and clean. She also has a GREAT STAFF FROM SECURITY TO HOUSE KEEPING, to Maintenance. I’ve been really bad sick and each and everyone of them look after me. An make sure I’m okay and if I need anything. Ms. Barbara is very knowledgeable about her property and the room’s are well taken care of, I really like it here. When the time come I will be moving but I hope that the management will stay the same as if I would might have to come back home here. I would RECOMMEND INTOWN SUITES TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Because the PRICE IS JUST RIGHT AND IN MY PRICE RANGE. They are the cheapest, most conveniently to all the locations of store and schools it is safe for kids and all. Barbara is such a sweetheart and made sure my stay was 100 percent comfortable and safe! If there was a minor issue it was fixed in such a timely manner. It’s quiet here there’s no drama it’s in a good area and ran by great people. Can’t ask for more!

I have been living there for nine months. I cannot say anything bad about this place. Miss Barbara and her staff are wonderful safe very convenient to food places the mall I would recommend this place for the price. You cannot beat it. I just want to thank Miss Barbara and her staff for everything that they have done for me the time that I stayed there, I really enjoyed it

From day one of stay the staff here have been very helpful and friendly. Any issues that we had were fixed rather quickly. Very quiet place despite being right off of Cooper street. Laundry services were rather nice to as the room for laundry was very clean kept. My stay has been amazing and I will definitely book with this company again for any hotel stays I need. The room was great. No problems whatsoever with our stay.

Called to make a reservation for month to month and was told it’s over $1500 a month here. I told the lady I’m on disability and moving back to Texas from Arkansas and it’s just me gonna be staying there and she said well that’s our price. I think it’s wrong for them to charge so much for people on disability and has no where to go.

Just wanted to add on my last review. The doctor who diagnosed me works at urgent care across the street literally 2 minutes from here. Diagnosed me with Tinea Barbae aka T. verrucosum (originating from cattle) T. mentagrophytes var. equinum (originating from horses). Found this information on dermnetnz.org. Mind you I AM BOSTON WE DO NOT HAVE CLOSE CONTACT WITH CATTLE AND HORSES. It’s possible for somebody to overlook their cleaning and sanitizing the room. This is unacceptable, I haven’t been anywhere else but here and I know my self I know my body and health. But the managers downstairs think I’m delusional

Nothing bad but nothing to remember staying there. Good location with lots of resturants and places to shop.

The rooms could be a little more up to date, but it was cheap, clean enough, and I had no issues. Comparing this stay to my Temple Candlewood suites stay a month ago, I would take this in a heartbeat.

The manager is wonderful! She really does work with you! Honestly this is best hotel we've stayed in and we are happy to make it home till we get an apartment. The other works here are amazing and very helpful! Very kept up with and very clean. They make sure everyone's stay is great

Barbara is a very caring and dedicated manager there. She truly does care about the customers. The maintenance staff is top notch. Anything goes wrong let him know and he's on it. Cleaning staff are very neat and everything is always cleaned on there scheduled day. Thank yall so much.

Clean, near. Furnished just enough to provide necessary amenities, yet, allow plenty of room for your stuff. Very important! Love the lift-top coffee table. No pots nor pans, nor ice machine. Really comfortable bed and my vehicle was safe under lots of lights. Women seem to be contented here as well. Important to this man. Thanks Intown Suites.
