The Parks is a good Mall. Lots of shops and things to do. Got a surprise today with a few teens dressed up as Kid Characters. It was neat to see but I don't think security liked it. I caught a few pictures. In a world full of darkness, its good to see smiling faces.

Security stop people and and check for ID for anyone that looks young. No wonder Malla are disappearing. I like the added security, but I don't want to go to a Mall like that. Came with 2 minors

Don’t waste your time looking for a kiosk if you are a small business owner. They will basically tell you “you don’t make enough money to make money here”. Instead they have temporary carts that you rent 1 weekend for $450 and you can only do that 3 TIMES A YEAR. UTTERLY USELESS! Find a better mall if you can to sell your items. Better off going to pop up shows or craft fairs because they are MUCH cheaper than that.

Perfect “small” mall and the stores are not too busy or crowded. The mall has basically all stores you need. I can definitely recommend this mall for a relaxed shopping trip with your family.

I visited this mall to go to Round 1 one evening when I was in town for a business trip. I took the 45 minute drive with my business partner and we wanted to see what the Round 1 was like In Arlington! I was very surprised to see an ice rink with people playing hockey as I am a Minnesotan and we don’t have ice rinks in Malls! This was absolutely amazing to see and had fun being distracted with people playing hockey! The mall was clean and I felt very safe!

Love, Love, Love ❤️ The Parks Mall at Arlington! It's the One-Stop Spot for everything you might need! Multi-levels are easy to access, great variety of shops with quality merchandise, ample selections. Very spacious and well-maintained location. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I was there when they started shooting. Other than that it’s an average mall for middle-class to above poverty-level shoppers. They have the cutest little stores with the best trendy finds. I simply wish they could carry better designer brand stores.

Good mall sure, but right now I'd steer clear been there twice during covid time and it was packed with 30% of the people there not wearing masks. Just order stuff online instead

It was a nice short visit. I actually I had to walk through the Mall to get to the store I was looking for. On my way out I did stop to get me a bite to eat; to go of course. Many people in the Mall enjoying their day.

One of the best malls to go to, even during a pandemic. When you walk through an entrance, they have sanitary stands really close to the door. That's a plus! A lot of malls temporarily shut down their stores, or closed them completely. Which, can and will kill a malls business/ foot traffic, in all honesty. However, this mall still kept relevant stores open. Some stores only allow a certain amount of people and you have to wait until they let the next set of people in(sanitary and social distancing reasons). With these stores, you'll see people interacting inside and shopping but the doors are closed(during that stores regular business hours). Some of those stores have changed their open and closing times too. I'd say, it's best to remember those stores, that way you can plan your walk in the mall, accordingly. Other than that, lots of reasonably priced stores to shop and food to eat! I'm glad they stayed open and relevant because kids need somewhere to go.

A mall that has withstood the test of time, the Parks mall offer a variety of shops to satisfy every shopper's taste. The food court has multiple eating establishments with a Merry-go- round beside it for the kids. The ice skating rink provides the opportunity for family fun, and the movies theater is a gathering spot for the latest releases. The Parks Mall offers something for everybody.

security staff watching main entrances round the clock would be nice. I do wish there was a little bit larger security staff watching other exits and entrances as well. Cute play area for the kids we like going there. the carousel is overpriced. they should come down a dollar. $3 is far too much for a 90 second ride. There should be more plant based options in the food court. it is a very outdated food court. Parking is good and the grounds are always clean and there's a good store selection inside.

Parks mall is in the heart of the Arlington(downtown), and lot of brands like Aldo, AT&T, Chick-filA, Denim studio, Dillard's, H&M and many more. It is on S Cooper street. There are lot of parking space and it has multiple entrances to enter the mall, if you want to go to the specific place.

Mall is big, have lot of stores diversity in brands, hot topic, Spencers, crystal shops, earthbound, miss A, skating on ice area, cheesecake factory, pink, Victoria secret, cartoon store with all kind of accessories lots of hello kitty bags, food court is small though and was really crowded. Parking is big but still was full

Quite a lovely standard mall, but it appears they have some leaky roof problems. There's an ice skating rink, a carousel/merry-go-round, many novelty shops, gift shops, clothing shops, book stores, an AMC Movie Theatre, arcade, hair/nail/makeup beauty salons, and cheap to mid tier dining options. There's plenty of parking, seating, and then there are other miscellaneous amenities, like the bitcoin ATM, several massage chairs, etc. They have recently implemented an age restriction that no minors shall go accompanied with a guardian at all times in the mall, apparently bringing down the constant tom foolery that plagued this mall down significantly; there is a sort of sadness to this though.

I've always been a fan of this mall. My friends and I would always head here as a go-to spot. The mall isn't massive, but it has all the stores I usually want to stop by, and the food court has great food. After coming here for over a decade, it's been fun seeing all the stores change and move around, so coming back months apart always felt like a fresh new experience.

We had never been to the Parks Mall before and just happened to pick the tax free weekend. The place was mobbed with people. Being in the height of summer with triple digit temps outside the mall ac system struggled to compensate. It was certainly better than being outside though. There is a very nice selection of stores and quite a few of them were having back to school sales. The food court had a nice variety of food places and even though the lines were long they moved fairly quickly. We did not find what we were looking for, but we will be back to take advantage of the AMC, ice skating rink and bowling alley.

Has almost all the goody brands stores here. Lots of options, and has a good number of food place options in the food court, as well as on the way. However, you should have the patience to walk and shop, passing through various stores, since the stores are large in number, they don't have updated and variety of stock available which causes a bit displeasure. This mall is an immediate shopping place for UTA students, so close by.

The mall is good for getting your steps in and having a snack or two along the way. This place is a teen haven, filled with teen trendy clothing stores and lots of snack shops and even convenience stores that take EBT. Not great for any other shopping options.Other than that they have a movie theater, decent food court, and ice skating rink which is not that great because all of their skates are terribly uncomfortable and worn out. Overall I see this place staying in business only for the young people and it’s gone down hill like all malls.

I thoroughly have always liked this mall, i went on a Saturday and they had an ice skating competition i believe. It’s so sad how covid has taken a toll on social life, i felt the mall was pretty empty on how it used to be. Still a great place to go to.

Sadly, it has felt less safe to visit this mall more recently, but the stores are still good, visiting Round1 is fun, the theater is nice, seeing people skate is always something you have to stop and do, and the food in the court and around the mall is good!

This mall continues to decline, to be fair, so are most other malls. Like the Forum, and Six Flags Malls before, I feel like this mall won’t be around much longer. Retailers that once anchored the mall are gone. Smaller shops have to compete with online shopping. Thankfully, the parks mall has beefed up security recently in response to a trend of emboldened bad actors. There was a fight that escalated into shooting a couple of months ago between a couple of teens. If you go, I’d avoid the evenings and weekends.

Very quaint mall. Not too large and not too small; I enjoy the ice skating rink, the movie theatre, and Round 1 the most out of this shopping mall but there are many other stores from low end to high end to local businesses to shop from. The mall is two stories which can be great for exercising if you like to walk around. The only complaints I have with this mall is that the restrooms are often dirty and somewhat unkempt as are the trash bins near the entrances outside :/ Parking is plentiful so rarely unless it's a Saturday will you see it packed and impossible to find parking. Overall this can be a great place to hang out and get your shopping on or to go spend time with friends!

An impressive place for a mall! All of the standard shops you would find and with no shortage of good food and drink, it really stands out with a full arcade and bowling alley, karaoke rooms, but also a full ice rink for skating and hockey! A wide variety of attractions and appeals, certainly more than I could possibly remember!

Pretty good place to go shopping for clothes and other apparel items mainly has basic brand stores no designer stores like Gucci or Fendi or even Louis Vuitton but has other good stores like footlocker and other shoes stores has a ice skating ring and an arcade and a big food court.

I love it! I'm on the nerdy side, so I've taken a liking to shops like ThinkGeek and Barne's and Nobles, which are both great. However they have many other things like Claire's, Build-A-Bear, Spencer's, and multiple Great American Cookie locations. There's also a food court with Sarku Japan, Panda Express, A Pizza Place, Chick-Fil-A, Charlie's, Sonic, and a few others.

I went after dark, alone. I parked by Macy's & JCP. Nothing went on to cause me fear. There's lighting but it's very dim. It's more my worry than the parking lot I suppose. Being by myself didn't help 😉. The parking lit is clean & kept up. The stores where nice. The mall was clean and pleasant. I haven't been to a mall in years. I enjoyed myself. I'll go back to The Parks again soon. Once in the store I was comfortable and 😊.

This is the way all malls used to be. Exciting and full of stores with interesting things, cool clothes, and beauty products. Watched the Pee Wee hockey teams play a little while we ate a chicken sandwich in the food court then to the movies. The Parks isn't anywhere near Westside Fort Worth, but it's worth going to make a day of it.

The surrounding area always has traffic and getting into the mall is a nightmare. But I was shopping at and exterior entranced store and it wasn't so bad once I got there but they usually have cops directing traffic but on this particular day they were assisting with an accident on mall property.

It's a nice mall, but a bit confusing. I went when they were fixing all their escalators, and that combined with Covid-19 requiring them to social distance made traveling up/down floors a serious pain, BUT they're fixed now and it's not as bad. The Cheesecake factory here cannot be accessed through the mall, but if you exit through Barnes and Noble, Cheesecake Factory will be on your right. Staff are helpful, you can ask just about anyone where something is and they'll probably be able to tell you. Overall good experience here 😌

We went there to see their Christmas set up and was really disappointed in the lack of Christmas displays. Its Christmas, people were Christmas shopping, the lack of Christmas decorations probably added to the bah humbug attitude most of the staff had. Went to a few stores here and with the exception of the greeter at VS, the rest were rude and generally not helpful. Not a mall that makes me want to return to for shopping.

Came here today for my birthday. Got $5 off 3 Great American Cookies so I only paid 60¢ with my coupon. I went to Forever 21 and they were having a sale so I bought 3 items of clothing for $5 each so I only paid $17 with tax. I had another coupon for Great American Cookies for $2 OFF a drink so I got a white cherry ICEE and it was delicious. (There are 2 GAC locations at this mall). Then I went to Victoria's Secret and I had a coupon on my email for my birthday for $10 OFF an item. I got a $10 lotion and I didn't spend a dime. I come to this mall a lot and it's usually pretty clean. Some stores require face masks but not all. There's a food court, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade and skating rink here as well. Plenty of available parking!

This mall is so cute. It's super clean and they have a skating rink and a movie theatre. The food court has a lot of good options but you're better off going to cheesecake factory if you have the time to sit down. They also have plenty of parking, I like to park next to Dillard's and cheesecake factory. I can usually find something up close. 😁

I have been hanging out at this mall since I was 18 years old. To put that in perspective, I am now 39! I remember when this mall was barely on the map, and I have seen what it is now. In an age where outdoor malls are becoming more and more popular and getting shut down regularly, I must say that this mall is doing well and I have hope for it. The mall is well maintained, clean, and there are more than enough things to do. I took my little girl on the merry go round and she had a blast, and my wife was impressed with the indoor one skating rink. We all visited Barnes and Noble and bought some books, and my kid loved the Knife Shoppe. The food court was huge and after walking one portion of the mall, my wife asked if we were ready to explore downstairs. As we were heading that way, we went to the back portion that we had not been to and my wife pauses and looks at me and says, “Wait, there’s more?!?” She was thoroughly impressed. All in all, this mall did not disappoint and we had a great time as a family! (:

This place is HUGE. I was simply window shopping and already mentally racked up over 1k just thinking of the things I would buy on my next visit. Very clean, very spacious, it has indoor fun like movies and bowling, plentiful food court and an overall chilled walking moment. Would definitely revisit.

They even have a full size Carousel, with big horses & all types of animals to ride on. They also have a skating rink! We were there on a Tuesday evening & there was a hockey game going on. Great Christmas sales & decorations. This is what malls used to be like!! Loved it!

We took my Grandson to Round1 inside the mall for a little arcade fun.

We go here often. I love the ice rink! Parking isn’t bad as long as it isn’t holiday time. My only complaints are that the food court is so poorly laid out you basically can’t walk through it and they are weirdly anti-kid. There are signs about their policy regarding minors everywhere and security tends to stare daggers at my extremely mild mannered plain Jane 12 year old.

I always enjoy coming here. I enjoy that Arlington police are always present. I feel safe around the shops knowing there is such a strong presence there.

The journeys right in front of box lunch has friendly workers and they work with you with what ever needs you have. Very helpful, fun and easy to talk to, nice I definitely recommend going there and say hi to A. Love and thanks to journeys we found the perfect back pack for my best friend and if you sign up for the all access pass you can get 10$off of your purchase of 65$ or more!

Good experience if you are not handicapped or afraid of heights. I am both. So I tend to stay on the first floor and use the elevator when I need to go up. But when I did, I had to close my eyes and trust my husband to get me across the way. As to the first floor it would be nice if there were more consideration for handicapped shoppers. Luckily I have a perlator and can stop frequently, but even a manual chair would be nice.

Enjoyed shopping here, there was a little something for all of us, it was fun watching the Ice skaters and riding the motorized animals! I didn't find a gf or vegan option for lunch but, they are building an impossible burger!

Parks Mall in Arlington isn’t a bad spot when you’re looking for something random to do. It's got the typical mall stores and food spots. The best part though? They have vehicle charging stations at the bottom of the parking deck. Power up your EV for free while shopping or catching a movie. Super convenient. Highly recommend! Nice environment alot of kid games. Bowling is great they just need alot more smaller weight balls. The service staff could be a little more pleasant but over all a nice place.

It was stupid busy, way too peopley. It seemed like they were trying to keep things clean in the common areas. We mainly went to visit build a bear workshop. We ended up staying for 4 and a half hours.

The overall Mall is nice. However, there is BIG concern for nursing/family rooms on the second floor by the food court. I saw couple young male and female went into these rooms together (WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENING BEHIND CLOSED DOOR?) I think cctv outside these rooms and frequent rounding by security IS necessary. Next time you use these rooms, on the look out for “left over” gift - DISGUSTING!!!
