Love love this store!! Produce is always fresh even if it isn't organic and great meat selections. They have a variety of different foods and can goods etc. that you can't get at Walmart or target. I'd rather come to this store and spend more for quality than to go to Walmart and get it cheaper.

The experience is a pleasure especially because I am a senior and I love the checkout cashier's. Versus the anxiety that you go through checking yourself out

The parking lot was very clean, with shopping carts being brought into Tom Thumb. Access and egress to the Village is very easy from/to Collins and Green Oaks. I go there frequently for Tom Thumb, Great Clips, and my Dentist office.

Any trip to Tom Thumb is good to the soul. And this particular one is like an adventure. Grab a coffee from Starbucks and a snack or sandwich from the deli while you shop.

I stopped in for some items but, they were sold out. I did have a young lady help me find out if there was any stock in the back. Unfortunately there was not. Nice, helpful, friendly staff is always welcome.

I am not sure which Tom Thumbs you are referring to; Collins or Park Row?. Both are clean with nice people who work there. Collins store has a nice new Starbucks bar. Park Row has a better floral collection, and their hot food staff are nicer and friendly. Their meats are prepared very well! I believe the deli closes later than Collins. Collins always has a bigger variety of holiday items on display. The store is well lit up with treats for this time of the year. However, the store on Collins is always crowded. The culture has changed since 2020. Frankly, I prefer the atmosphere before 2020 than current. Tom Thumbs, I have always viewed it as somewhat of an upper echelon grocery store of the community. The vibe is gone, However, the things I mentioned before that's good remains with me. *It is a very pricey store!

Inside is a starbucks so i used to go there. Seem busy and nice place.

Where out of stock on a few items I needed for my kids to eat and drink. But they had other items I needed that day just not for the kid's😞

I love the employees here!!! Love the hours, Flower dept, and Bakery. The people that work there, and my regular used products are there and that's what I love. What I don't love: Availability on groceries is just ok, sometimes they showcase something new, then you get hooked on it, and then it's gone. (Utz chips in Honey BBQ flavor, and plain old GOOD mandarin oranges, OR better brands of mandarins at least. (Sometimes you get a bag of all bad oranges). Lastly..... you are REGULARLY OUT OF: CANADA DRY GNGR ALE ZERO, CHERRY 7UP ZERO and occasionally out of Dr PEPPER ZERO.. There is hardly ANY space for Anything other than Coke and Dr. Pepper. I get Dr. Pepper is local, but carry more ZERO, they got rid of Dr. PEPPER 10, so everyone who drank Dr. P 10 had to go to Dr P Zero AND some people who drank Diet converted to ZERO. There is VERY LITTLE ROOM ROOM for these. Also, I wish I knew up front what is not available when I am shopping online with pick up. I get home and am disappointed. And have to go to another store, which defeats the purpose. And it's not a U.S. shortage item. Otherwise, they all want to help you and are very kind! Kudos to my usual helpers: Amelia, Michelle, Bruce, Lisa and Wesley. There are more, but I am forgetting names!

Check your receipt especially on deli items watch they wash their hands especially when they go to the back you can not trust rude people with your food... just saying

The Asian stylists , I think her name is Young..basically shaved my 14 years old Son hair yesterday. He walked out crying hard and didn’t want to go school .. Can you imagine terrible it was seeing your child child crying because of his hair was shaved in right in front of him? She asked my do you want #4 based on the last time and I said ok thinking she would start cutting from the back up, not cutting it flat short. But NO, without asking which style how it should be cut, she started right in the front and went back down. My boy’s style is long on the top but with how she started we had no option but to finish his front with #4. She didn’t even say sorry or anything but to blamed me back that ‘ I asked you about #4 and you were ok’ I DID NOT say #4 and cut his hair all flat from the top with that length. His front top was ALWAYS long. My child cried walking out the store which was never happened before because he never had his hair like that. Spring break is over tomorrow and he is feeling ashamed to have that shaved off style to go to school. I see there is another negative post about this lady saying she wants to do what ever she wants. That’s what happened to my Son too. Avoid this person especially when you bring your kids. It was heartbreaking seeing you child sobbing after a haircut. This is my first time posting a negative review for a business/person but it was a horrible experience and so unacceptable.

I love my local Tom Thumb! It is a very clean store and it is always stocked with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats..

Do not shop at this Walmart. The employees are rude and there are no cashiers willing to do their jobs. Management would rather have their employees ignore the customers rather than have them actually work helping customers. Last time I wS there the self check out line wS backed up into the vegetables, while their management and employees gathered for their social club, rather than do their freaking jobs.

The chicken in this restaurant is very delicious and the service of the people who work here is very good, always very attentive and attentive.
