👍👍 Tried ShareTea for the first time and the flavors were so delicious. This shopping center has been my go to area for all kids of things. Glad this tea shop delivers great taste. I'll be returning soon to try out the top 10 drinks they have listed. Iced Thai Tea and Matcha were great. People often mention boba, time, good, staff, order, taro, shop, drinks, drink, milk,

Bring on Boba(aka Bubble Tea) options in Arlington, TX...I remember when I could count the number of boba shops with one hand...I tried the recommended Coffe Crema and it was aesthetically pleasing...super creamy with hint of rock salt that brought out the coffee flavors even more...very cute decor...although the temporary set-up keeps customers social distancing safely...refreshing drink for 90+ degree weather...

today I tried to call and order for to go, the staff just simply said they don't do this and did not explain any reason with really bad attitude, I tried to ask the reason and the staff yelling at me said they have bad experiences something like this and questioning me like we don't do the carry out why you trying to call us before we open, I said I did not notice that so I just tried to call you and ask!! And we end up the conversation. To be honest, this is very disappointed that I have this experiences like this, and this is very unprofessional as a staff that yelling at the customers and I sincerely suggest the owner should re-train your staff, I won't go there anymore.

Well, let me tell ya about my little pit stop at Shared Tea before hittin' the road to Fort Worth. I walked in, and I had one thing on my mind: the taro iced blend. Now, I gotta say, I wasn't sure if it would be the highlight of my day, but let me tell you, it's a contender. So, picture this: I'm cruisin' down the road, surrounded by cars, and what do I have in my hand? That's right, that delectable taro iced blend from Shared Tea. As I'm stuck in traffic, I take a sip, and man, oh man, it's like a flavor explosion in my mouth. It's so good; I'd trade my GPS for another one right now. And here's the kicker, folks - the sugar level was spot on. Not too sweet, not too bland, just like Goldilocks finding that perfect bowl of porridge. I mean, I'm sittin' here in this traffic jam, and I'm grinnin' like a Cheshire cat, all thanks to this tasty concoction. So, if you're ever in the area and traffic's got you down, swing by Shared Tea, grab yourself that taro iced blend, and let the flavor take you on a sweet escape. It might just make traffic enjoyable... well, almost. Cheers!

Drinks awesome. The place I'm only rating. Sorry the place needs a good cleaning and smell of toilet. Disappointed looks like a beer bar.

This has been my go to tea shop when in town for the last 3 years. The drinks are always made perfectly and the boba consistency is *chef’s kiss* There is plenty of seating and the parking as it’s located in a shopping center. The team that works there are always a pleasure and super nice. I was helped today by an older gentleman I’d never seen before but he was so pleasant I decided to leave a review. Thanks Sharetea!

Last time I was here my order was incorrect. I came back again and they didn't have any boba. What boa place has no boba? And then to make it even better I asked if they could give me free the mini boba that they did have. Denied by the person claiming to be the manager. Learn some simple hospitality. They can't satisfy a customer with the $1 worth of boba.. never coming back to this location again. No wonder it's under new management. Don't waste your time.

Love this place. First time the boba was actually good and not too strong. I will definitely be going back. I recommend the mango passion fruit tea.

The best boba place in Arlington! Great flavor combinations and the staff are always so kind. Their Matcha Crema is my favorite!

For our first time being to this kind of boba shop they were super helpful in helping us choose drinks. They were refreshing and delicious. Definitely recommend this to be a good stop for people trying boba for the first time. Good variety and flavors.

Cool friendly service! As a first timer, I'd never tried their tapioca pearls, but they let me sample some and they're great! Their taro milk tea with pearls was nice and creamy. Some boba shops use like Hyper Fake taro flavor in their drinks and it would taste like chemicals, but that was NOT the case here and I'm glad! The coffee creama drink (also with pearls) was rich and creamy and not too syrupy sweet like some places tend to be. Will definitely come again and with friends too!

I left a 5 star review 3 years ago I am now changing it to 1 star after my last several visits. It seems like all their recipes have changed and nothing I order tastes good anymore. This time the taro tea tasted pretty much like milk and nothing else there was alot of the taro power not even blended in sticking to the straw and roof of the drink. Last time they did not clean the blender and my fruit tea ended up tasting like whatever milk tea they blended in it before. The time before that they were out of ice cream and couldn't make 3 of the drinks I tried to order. The staff is no longer friendly, no more "hello" or "welcome in" they seem annoyed customers are coming in at all and they don't turn the lights on anymore I almost thought they were closed today. I get the transition period of new management but you guys have to do better you've lost my business, I'll try again next year for now I have found a new place to regular. Lately I've been going to the boba place across the street, they are much better! This sharetea location is no longer worth your money I would recommend the sharetea in Mansfield or find another boba place.

I love ShareTea! I find myself coming here quite regularly. Enough that the staff recognizes me and starts getting my order ready. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of options available. You can adjust the sweetness of your drink, amount of ice, lots of different topping options to choose from. Take a look at the menu, you’re sure to find your new favorite.

This used to be my go-to boba shop since like 2016, but I will no longer be recommending this ShareTea location. TeaScoop and OneZo are down the street and have never disappointed me with consistently good quality and a welcoming atmosphere. Complaints: The drink always tastes completely different even though I order the exact same thing every time. How is my matcha gonna be missing the matcha?? 1% matcha 99% milk+sugar... This time, they didn't forget the matcha, but they did forget the sugar... I get being off a little, but it seems like just not even following the recipe. The boba isn't cooked properly and the customer service/atmosphere feels so unwelcoming. Why are the lights off? It feels like the shop isn't open yet and you end up just standing/sitting in the semi-dark. Idk if the staff just weren't given any proper training, but I felt like I wasted my time and money each time I came. There just does not seem to be any improvement each time I go, and now there are multiple boba shops in this area that can do 10x better in pretty much every aspect.

I wish the employees would smile when customers come in and greet them when they walk in. The boba was stiff.

My daughter and I love boba tea, mostly because of all the fun textures and flavors. I went there because it was close to my home and when I walked in there wasn't a greeting or a smile. I gave it a few seconds and as I'm standing in front of the cashier, she simply looks up in the sky as if no one was there. I gave it a few more seconds while looking straight at her and then I said hello. She finally comes back from wherever she was mentally and says hi in a disingenuous way. I still was nice asked her a few questions and made my order. As of a tip, I usually give 10% or more but her attitude left with a $1.00 to to share among her cohorts. I tried to find her name on my receipt, but she worked today at 6:15 pm. Hmmm... yes was good though and the order came out correct. They lost two stars due to the lack of customer service. I'm beginning to think it's not taught with twenty year olds....hmmmm 😕 😪 😔
