So much selection. Friendly staff great selection grab a coffee while you shop too.

What I remembered from 25 years ago. Was a small store with a coffee shop? Now what I find is a store that covers all your needs and books and is able to help you find what you're looking for with a nice coffee shop and atmosphere that you can enjoy looking around at peace.

Most Barnes & Noble locations are fantastic. But this one never has anything in stock and the employees are very rude and aggressive. We're almost scared to walk in the door.

Love the varieties of material I can find most of my favorite writers in that place, also is big enough. My kids love the place we can easily stay for 2 hours without noticing

It's conveniently located next to the cheesecake factory. We called in and reserved a book then picked it up after twenty minutes. The cashier is very friendly and helpful.

Great place for the whole family! I love their children's section, my daughter could spend hours there if I let her. Only issue is at times it was hard to find a sales person.

Old guy working the dvd/vinyl section needs to relax, everytime I looked at a product he would walk over and reorganize the items as if they were left a mess. I understand keeping the area neat, but doing it to every section I browse through is unnecessary especially while I’m still standing there. Old guy, red t shirt, white hair, ugly & old

Probably the best collection of new books and manga you'll find unless you shop online. They have a great selection of pop-cultured items and games. This is always a go to place for me when I want something new to do. The staff is always helpful and respectful.

What can I say, Barnes & Noble has lots of books! They are also an easy access to the Arlington Mall, they have a Starbucks, and they have bathrooms. On this visit, we didn’t buy any books and we didn’t buy any coffee. But we did go to the mall… I’m only giving B&N 4-stars at this time, cause I didn’t buy any books or interact with any of the employees. When I do use the service, I’ll be able to give better feedback.

Love every chance I get when going here! They had the book I was looking for, YAY! Lots of places to sit and read AND have a cup of coffee too.

I enjoy all the novelty items along with the variety of games. Of course the large selection of books. Love to grab a drink and relax while I'm there.

I always enjoy how the sections are set up. The bathrooms are always clean and available. This is my favorite place to grab a drink and peruse all that Barnes and Nobles has and find a quiet place to relax and enjoy what I will purchase before I leave. I do wish they had more on the floor seating. That would be perfect!

I love this place and the indoor Starbucks gotta have it! I had coconut water tea awesome! Raisin bagle and cream cheese. Excellent customer service by the two Starbuck baristas!

I love it here. Big store with great options for browsing and the best Starbucks inside full of yummy items and a more extensive menu including cheesecake(there is a Cheesecake Factory next door). I had a mango smoothie and a bready buttery pizza sort of thing and a similar item in a spinach and artichoke flavor(sort of like a soufflé/puff pastry stuffed with savory goodness). This Barnes and noble is Also a convenient parking location for the mall (right-smack-dab in the middle minus the bustle of the food court) which is also in the middle just on the other side. Long story short park here if your going to the mall and stop by this Starbucks if you need a convenient and yummy snack without the crowd.

Great customer service, I didn't specifically know what I wanted when I came in but I was recommending a manga by one of the workers and I'm glad I was, it's such a good read so far. Can't wait to come back for more books!

Love this Barnes and Nobles. Glen has the music section immaculate! They had the vinyl my daughter wanted for Christmas.

Went sometime ago to buy an oracle deck. Cool experience. Remembered just recently as I am on a job search & applied, then followed up, but whoever that answered the phone to inquire about my application wasn't so cool.

The Star Bucks served good coffee and provided seating. The information kiosk is easy to locate in the central aisle. The children's area includes a small theater for storytime. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. Diverse literature was posted on shelves. Signs suspended from the ceiling identified significant genres in the business.

This Barnes & Noble is just like any other Barnes & Noble, it has a very nice library like feel and you can usually read and browse anything till they close without being bothered. They've got a nice varied selection of products; it's more than books, there are also reading related supples (like bookmarks), gift cards, trinkets, and more. The cafe isn't that bad too. I like stopping by and seeing what they offer, because it's usually all recently released books, and I might find something interesting that I missed if I hadn't come in person.

It was clean and well organized. They had a huge selection of board games which I enjoyed browsing. I also liked the a large selection of manga and comic books.

I did not really go in here to read or shop for books. It is a nice place to just chill drink coffee drink water or eat the delicious rice crispy treats at their little coffee shop. It is also a nice place to just chill while you wait on your table at. Cheesecake Factory

My daughter needed 6 books for school, and one of the employees was extremely helpful in tracking them down.

I love Barnes and Noble it is a great place to go and clear your head, or just relax and read a book in the reading area. You also have a choice of Starbucks, as it is also inside this establishment

They have remodeled slight races the last time I was there. Before the manga at one time just in their own roads and you just have to walk around other people. Now it's kind of like a new shape display book shelves and it's a lot easier to go through and see what's there without having to walk around and by been to other people and not being able to see because of other people
