I fell two days ago and have been trying to get a walker since then. I was seen at urgent care where I received very mediocre care and still no walker. No one responds to my requests. I will never again go to this facility.

Best walk-in experience I have EVER had. The staff and doctor were great and got me back and on my way very quickly. And I am grateful they were open on New Years Day to help!

My wife and I had a pretty bad experience at a different Skagit valley location last night and came to the smokey point location for blood work. Wendy Chase did the labs and she was amazing. Listened to our issues and concerns with the reason we were getting the labs done, talked to us, and even gave us a big hug. She did a lot for us in the short time we were there, she definitely deserves a raise!

I came in not breathing well and coughing and choking up yuk with a temperature 🙃 the staff were thoroughly motivated and recognized I needed help. I was checked in and questioned and received medical attention quite fast and the shot started things moving right away and with the right mixture I'm improving rather quickly. I thank the staff and doctor for their support and assistance.

Had to visit Skagit Urgent care at Smokey point on a Sunday (2/5/23). Very impressed with everyone I encountered during my visit. I was sent off site for a CT scan. Discovered the CT scan was ordered as routine and not Stat. Called the Urgent care staff and they were able to get the order corrected in less than 5 minutes. Excellent care during a busy time for them. Highly recommend.

Arrived at Smokey Point Walk in Clinic the day after Christmas. I was quickly assessed, examined and diagnosed with a UTI. Wonderful staff: kind, friendly and professional. .

Nurses were very polite and respectful. The doctor and x-ray technician on the other hand very condescending and rude. The doctor and x-ray technician both interrogated me has if I was lying about the amount of pain I was in. At no point did I ask for pain medication only an explanation for why I was in so much pain. Treated as if I was a lying inconvenience.

Exceptional experience here. Urgent care got me in and taken care of right away. Friendly staff. They took care of my sprained foot with full evaluation and provided a supportive foot brace. Thank you! I was able to go to work today because of you and the ankle brace! Which is so great considering I own my own health business and am unable to just call in “sick”. If I don’t go in my whole business closes. Thank you for keeping me able to keep working while I recover!

I’ve been here a handful of times over the past few weeks and every time has been a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I’ve been to many walk in clinics but this one is by far the best!

This is the worst place to go for care ,because they don't care!!! I am so disappointed that they just pass the buck and the attitude of the receptionist shows when she's talking!!! They don't follow through on what they're supposed to do for the people who really need care. I'm so mad that they play with people's lives and don't care. They just want a paycheck. Makes me sick to my stomach about how they treat people.

What a joke. I was referred to them for a procedure. After 10 days I called them to schedule the appointment. Was told they had not received a referral and was asked to fax over the referral. Fax number didn't work. When I called back I was told they can't schedule me because my referral wasn't from my PCP. I explained to them my PCP has no information about the the reasoning behind the referral as they sent the to the specialist who wrote the referral. Since when does it matter which doctor requests a referral? Find another place for your care. This entity only cares about red tape and not your health

This clinic has absolutely no care for its patients. I have been waiting for nearly three hours while watching my chart get pushed back to accommodate others that came in after I did. Absolutely absurd.

I was in pain and not feeling well at all. When I walked through the door, I was greeted timely & kindly. I was directed to a test immediately and upon completion, was being called to a room. The staff were ALL kind, knowledgeable and warm. I was in and out very quickly. Love this place!

I appreciate the thoughtful help of everyone who assisted me at Skagit, from the first person, who pointed me to the proper check in desk, with a smile, to the final person, the physician, who suggested a treatment procedure and wrote a prescription. It is a happy place, which is good therapy in itself. A good experience overall.

Very positive experience. Check in was efficient and helpful, medical staff was thoughtful and thorough - Rae was wonderful who diagnosed and treated me - the lab technician who did a blood draw was great. Really overall a caring group of practitioners. I had no wait, but I did arrive at 7:30 am on a Monday. Would recommend.

My visit to Skagit Regional Clinic in Stanwood with Dr. Powell went very well. He is a podiatrist who also does wound care which worked out perfectly for my problem. The staff were pleasant and professional, a nice combination. The treatment went well. Oh, yeah, and visit was on time and completed in a timely, but not hurried manner.

The gal at the desk was so polite and welcoming, all the nurses were polite except for one RN who was really short of people skills , she was older and had light hair and the only tall one, the doctors aid was so helpful and have me alot of information to get to doctor closer to me. I'm 78 yr Combat Vet and my daughters were born in the Skaget hospital. I am happy and feel in good hands with their treatment and personel.

I came in with a very sick 14 month baby, my granddaughter. They were able to get her right in and we're even able to give her a dose of ibuprofen on site. She was already starting to feel better before we left. To thank you to each of them who had a part.

Was feeling lousy with sore throat, unable to talk; very worried about what might be wrong with me. The check in was easy, despite being from out of state. I was seen and tested quickly. The tests were processed in 20 minutes and a provider came in and was very reassuring. She gave me simple practical advice and over the counter medicines and what foods and liquids to speed recovery. This advice was in writing so I could keep referring to it while shopping and at home. I found this very helpful.

For an urgent care facility, Skagit Regional Health was amazing. Granted, I did come in expecting a wait - even with a child's sprained wrist. Check-in was fast, easy and private. The lobby area had ample seating and an additional area for overflow. Staff seemed to cycle through the charts efficiently and quickly. Our visit required x-rays, and the x-ray techs were very friendly and awesome with my child. From Medical Assistant, Rianna, to Dr. Rae on duty.... front desk staff, and nurses assisting other patients, everyone was professional and so personable I was incredibly appreciative and impressed!

Great care. My mistake to go to urgent care. I should have went directly to the hospital and avoided the ambulance fees. My request to have my friend drive me the hospital was denied and bureaucratic rules were cited for the denial. I understand the legal concerns. I learned my lesson. On possible serious health concerns-- go to the hospital.

My experience at the Smokey Point Urgent Care was awesome. I checked in and was immediately taken back to care. Will was very kind and walked me through the process. Sean ARNP was also very personable and explained my situation with ease and comfort, in fact we giggled. Thank you for your care and support.

I had the most amazing experience here at the Skagit Regional health urgent care! I had doctor Mark Carlson, I don’t think I’ve encountered a better male Doc than him! The nurses were also amazing and seemed like they truly cared. I was very impressed! Thank you Skagit!

Went here 8 times within a month due to some extreme symptoms. Everytime they told me that I was fine, and I need to stop coming back. When i finally got into an appointment with my PCP, which took another month, I was informed that I was in the early stages of a severe sepsis infection.

Went to the SP urgent care, only waited for 10 minutes or less in the lobby. The provider I saw Erin Davidson was thorough and efficient. The MA Ashley and RN Todd were also kind, professional and helpful.

Horrible experience. Was examined for less than 5 minutes by the doctor and told to go to the ER because there wasn’t enough time for him to do anything there. They closed at 7 and this was at 6:30, and I got there around 5:30 with one person ahead of me. I feel that he just wanted to get off work on time because of the holiday. A patient should always come first especially when they came in over an hr before closing. Completely wasted my time and gave me no answers. But you know they will still bill my insurance for absolutely no medical help from them. It’s ridiculous

The visit was good 👍 one of my RX was not placed, had to call twice. 4hrs later and a second trip for my husband I finally got it... other than that this place has always been great 👍 👌

Wow! i seconed that they were stacking folders onto mine of people who came in long after me they told me 30 mins which turned into 2 1/2-3 hours and "when they brought me back" they "still didnt have any drs to see me" (still have to wait longer) with these rude nurses who clearly dont like their jobs, obviously! This was all just to get a drs note for work which they then said "well you can leave and come back when you have more time" I will never ever come back here ever!

We took our 8-year-old granddaughter to the Smokey Point Urgent Care Clinic last night because she was running a fever and her head hurt. When we checked in, they saw us right away. The nurse, Kim Thornton and ARNP Lora Cork could not have been nicer! Her anxiety was high, but they managed to make her feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!
