Spent a month here & this place has been the worst experience of my life. I contracted a bad case of covid in September & was sent here after I discharged from the hospital in December. Not all, but most nurses were rude & had poor bedside manner. I even had one nurse give me meds that I didnโ€™t want just so she didnโ€™t have to deal with me. Wait times to get any kind of help was a minimum of 25 mins. You get a front row seat to the call light chime symphony at all hours of the day. It was impossible to drown them out. The building is severely outdated. A few of the doctors & therapists were great, but I still wouldnโ€™t recommend this place to anyone.

My mother is currently in ICU at Kindred. This hospital has been so kind, caring and patient. Mr G is giving mom the best care and on top of everything as her needs change. He's amazing. Nurse Richard..He has taken the time to call me from the hospital of updates on how and what's going on with her. I have never seen or experienced anything like this from any hospital. I have no doubt my mother is getting the best care possible under the circumstances of her condition. Mr G explains everything and tells you straight forward of what's going on. He doesn't hold back but yet does it in a way that we as a family NEED to hear. Dr Patrice. WONDERFUL. I have not met one single rude staff member. Yes the hospital needs updating but she is getting such good one on one care I can't complain, that is what is most important to me and my family. We are highly impressed and trust them completely in taking care of mom.

If your like us, your scanning reviews to make a decision. Where to send a loved one and you just dont know..some good reviews, some bad, heres your sign...dont even think of this place. I will share more details when I can. In process of getting, and keeping my dad out of here. We should have followed our gut.

I have been working a security post at Kindred Hospital in Arlington, Tx for several weeks. I am very impressed with the doctors and nurseโ€™s bed side matters when taking care of the patienceโ€™s. Also, the sanitation of the hospital is excellent. The Physical Therapist staff is outstanding. The staff is friendly and confident in their jobs. On several occasions I have eaten food from the cafeteria and it has been excellent too! This hospital has really got my attention and respect! And a five star rating!!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

My husband was just discharged yesterday after two and one half weeks of care at Kindred. He was still dealing with the effects of acute respiratory failure with hypoxia and needed assistance to progress to weaning down his oxygen, physical mobility and strength, which was the reason he was moved to Kindred. The entire staff at Kindred are amazing! Every single one of them, from the house keeping staff, to the security staff on the weekends, the sweet women at the front reception check-in who know you by name within days, especially Caroline, and my husband's case manager, who helped him with many issues he asked for help with. However, I can't shout out enough praise to the profoundly exceptional team of professionals who worked so diligently with my husband to help him - with exercises, breathing exercises, walking, movement - physical therapy, occupational therapy, pulmonary therapy, respiratory therapy, doctors, and nurses!!! Those are the people who rock!!! They really are positive, helpful, sincerely caring, and professional, and they know what they're doing!!! So much knowledge and experience in that building helping the patients! We were blessed to benefit from the people who were there for him, so many incredible people!! He said the food was good too! LOL. Thank you to everyone at Kindred for helping my husband jump start his journey back to normal. He's not completely there yet, but he is well on his way because of you! God Bless every one of you!

I arrived at 10:00 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Iโ€™m writing this review at 12:20 am, Friday, October 28, 2022. The call button is not working. The number listed on the web site is out of service. Iโ€™m in pain and have no way to contact the staff. There is loud noise coming from the vent, so even if I tried to yell, no one would hear me.

The housekeeping, reception, doctor, nurses, techs and therapists-all the staff was great! They constantly kept the family informed and most importantly, treated my mother with respect. They almost always responded promptly when called for help. This is an older facility but it is well-maintained. If ever we had an issue/question, it was quickly addressed. With ALL facilities including this one, it is important to spend as much time as you can with your loved one especially if they can't take care of their own hygiene. The nurses/techs may not have enough time to take care of grooming each and every day, that's just the reality Overall, the staff here is very caring and supportive of their patients AND the family!

I have a family member that was there. You must stay on top of all the staff. Dont be afraid to speak out about the care of your loved ones. After reading the comments of owner from previous reviews, I'm suprised that you give the same general comments to all reviews. You should have All the information on all your patients, they are at your hospital. Not encoraging for me to come there!!!

Kindred has been caring for a family member for a prolonged period. I appreciate the way they take care of my loved one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated one occasion where they got my family member into a wheelchair so I could take them outside to enjoy the fresh air and see family.

My husband was admitted to Kindred in Arlington for rehabilitation for acute respiratory failure. Nurses snd staff were caring and efficient and he received the best of care. Corinna & Marie looked after his every need. Abigail in housekeeping kept his room clean and was a delight to visit with. Respiratory, Physical and Occupational Therapy worked to rebuild his strength and respiratory function. Thank you Kindred for a long but nice stay. Pam Lynch

Emma was the lady that serviced me and she took the fright out of this experience. I COULD NOT HAVE gone through dialysis without her. She was upbeat and competent and answered every question that I had. Thank you EMMA for everything.

I had the most excellent care by all staff members during my stay here. The location may not be the newest facility but the staff have many years of experience and are like one big family.

My friend was admitted to the 2ed floor (icu) few weeks ago, his name H, Godi. He received excellent care by the staff and all the nurses, technicians, and doctors. Very fast response when he needed something, courtesy, friendly and caring staff. Three people there gave personal care enthusiasm was above what I expected,Dr Erfan Shah, Dr. Mark Batrice and Richard Riddle done excellent job. The hospital is very lucky to have those guys on your team. Amazing hospital and staff. Thank you for the exceptional care done while my friend was there.

I was a patient here for just a few hours and I would not recommend this facility. The building is very out dated and needs attention on the patient floors. The clock did not work in my room and the ceiling was stained. I currently have an ostomy and this facility didnโ€™t even have a bag replacement for me when it leaked. While there I had a medical episode and had to be transported back to the hospital. I wore a diaper over my stoma in the ambulance ride back to the hospital.
