WORST PLACE EVER!!!! My whole experience with this place was a complete nightmare. It is important to read the bad reviews. This place gave me the run around just to book an appointment. One, they never answer the phone.. They kept denying me services because they said my old insurance kept showing up as my primary insurance when I even had letters from both companies stating I have a new primary insurance. They finally set me an appointment 2 weeks later. And on my first appointment I met with Dr. Holley I let her know that at 10.5 weeks I began to experience some spotting 2 days prior to my appointment. She used a device to find the baby’s heartbeat but never found one and told me not to be alarmed. She then goes on to say from fetal Doppler (which is only used to determine the baby’s heartbeat) she could see 2 sacs one that was empty and one that looked like I was super early. She kept insisting that I was much early in my pregnancy when I kept telling her the exact date my husband and I conceived.. she wasn’t hearing me. She kept telling me to not worry and to come back for another appointment where they would do a sonogram. That office just completely ignored my concerns for what I felt I was experiencing.. I decided to go to Medical City of Arlington where they ran tests and done an sonogram and determined that I has 3 sacs 2 were empty which they Called blighted ovum sacs, and one that was deteriorating meaning I was having a miscarriage. My sac that was miscarrying was measuring at 7 weeks even though I was actually 10.5 weeks. They ran my hormone levels to see if they were dropping or still remaining the same, and kept me under observation. Where omega just completely didn’t care what was going on with me. I called in to complain and still no one got back to me about how they overlooked I was having a miscarriage. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I pray no other mother gets treated the way this place treated me. Dr. Holley was a complete disappointment my baby and I deserved more than a fetal Doppler appointment when I was actually miscarrying. While she misdiagnosed me and told me not to worry.

I want to make it known that I did not enjoy my experience today at this place and this is saying a lot because I usually do. Apparently, my doctor felt some kind of way because unbeknownst to me he brings another woman into my appointment. That was absolutely unwarranted and quite unprofessional as my consent was not given prior to this happening. This person was not a medical provider nor privy to my personal health information. I did not want to discuss my health situation with her there but of course I did and now I regret it. One of three things should have happened. One, cancel appointment. Two, ask another doctor to carry out appointment or three, simply acquire consent. I was highly upset and handled it quite well. In my younger years this would not have been the case. On the outside, I was a calm 98.5 degrees but on the inside I was a seething 104. All in all, based on this one moment in time I do not recommend this place.

I had my daughter with them during Covid. Which was tough. I loved my provider and nurse practitioner to pieces but their staff is a huge no. Calling and communicating with them is a total nightmare. I’m pregnant again and I was undecided on keeping the baby or going through with the abortion. After begging for medicine already in my chart, I’m going through with the abortion because I’m not bout to keep feelings like I’m being a bother because the nurses and medical assistants don’t wanna do their job. I thought it was only me receiving poor treatment but they do this to a lot of people. Smh.

I had been a patient at Omega Ob-Gyn for several years and mainly had appointments for well women checks. A surprise pregnancy resulted in me needing to come more frequently and spiraled into poor care and horrible (borderline fraudulent) billing practices. Despite already meeting my insurance deductible, I was made to pay $1,900 in charges because I was told my insurance does not get billed until after my delivery. I knew my pregnancy care was 100% covered but the office reiterated that they would not see me unless I paid. Also, despite having a planned c-section, I had to do several labs that really only vaginal deliveries should do. Several labs were drawn twice, within a week apart that should not have been drawn. After my delivery, one of the sutures in my c-section scar was stuck in the incision, Dr. Gordon began digging in the incision without any warning, despite me asking for an explanation. I also had an extended stay in the recovery area due to excessive vaginal bleeding. Not once, during my entire hospital stay did Dr. Gordon check me for bleeding, only the nurses. I recently called the office to ask for a billing statement and learned that I was owed the $1,900 that I was forced to pay prior to delivery. My child is now over a year old. I had visited the office several times within this year timeframe and not once did the office inform me that I had a credit. I was told it was a HIPPA violation to tell me and then I was told that it is my responsibility to ask for my refund. This is ridiculous, especially since no one at the front desk has a problem telling patients what they owe.

terrible. wasn’t made aware that my medicaid had changed until the appt AFTER! when i was denied to see a doctor unless i had payment for my prior appt. i was confused on why they would even see me if my medicaid didn’t cover the visit or why i wasn’t notified before the visit. i tried to do the 90-day retro pay that medicaid provides to pay the bill and they don’t except that either. i went 3 months without seeing a doctor trying to come up with the payment. i attempted to set up a payment plan, but billing department never answered the phone and it was just a constant game of phone-tag. i kept in touch all 3 months explaining that i just needed to know a minimum amount to start a plan and kept getting sent to billing that never answered. i also explained my financial situation and it was made clear that i had to pay in order to get a doctor visit. 39 weeks pregnant i paid it in full only to be told that i had to find a new doctor that i was released as a patient due to not showing up to appointments. mind you when i did show up i was denied due to not having payment. they released me the month i was due in. there is no other OB that’s going to accept a 39 week patient, so i am stuck without a doctor for the rest of my pregnancy without checkups for the past 3 months. paid for a 5 minute checkup that was rushed, just to be told that i would no longer have a doctor. it’s always something with omega the nurses were kind, but front desk reception lacks and the drs are pretty lousy and you’re better off taking a measuring tape to your own belly and googling if your the right size. worst experience.

Had to stop using this office after being a patient for 15 years. The people are rude, communication is terrible, and the wait times are extremely long. They don’t try to work with you if you want to change doctors and they give you the run around. Happy to cut ties and I would recommend taking your care somewhere else

I started coming here in 2018 and have almost always seen Dr. Holly. However, Dr. Holly would make me feel like appointments are rushed, unimportant, and would frequently speak in a condescending tone, which felt very insulting and unprofessional. The day I got my nexplanon arm implant I was alone as a quiet 19 year old, and while the insertion is a very simple procedure I was nervous since it was the most invasive procedure I’d ever experienced. As Dr. Holly was telling me the steps, my nervousness was met with, “you know I’m not forcing you to do this. You chose to get this done.” All I will say is that she is lucky I was the reserved and respectful young adult I was at the time because if it would have happened today rather than 3 years ago I would have had some *spicy* words for her. That appointment was fall of 2019 and left me very reluctant to come back at the expense of my own wellbeing. Trying to schedule an appointment after that was near impossible with my schedule because earliest availability was always at least 4 months away. Fast forward to 2022, I kept getting sick and by summer decided to change my entire routine and put my wellbeing first. This included trying to book my 3 year replacement for my birth control with a DIFFERENT doctor. Along with having to deal with rude staff on the phone, I was told in August 2022 that the earliest appointment for any doctor wasn’t until January 2023. My birth control was due to be replaced November 2022 and after playing phone tag for a couple weeks I was magically able to somehow secure an appointment in September, only because I said I had concerns I wanted addressed immediately. I was unable to get a new doctor so soon, so I agreed to see the nurse under Dr. Holly and was able to schedule my BC replacement for early October. My family and I ended up having to switch insurance on short notice, leaving me unable to make my appointment and upon trying to reschedule, I was told I’m not able to come in until January. Again. I have plenty more bones to pick with the office but will be sparing the details since I’ve already written a short novel but to sum it up, my experience with this company and their staff have been awful. Definitely will not be returning.

I would NOT recommend this practice Dr Gordon and his staff are racist, rude, unkind and talk about their patients in a nasty manner after they leave or waiting in the lobby. I have audio recordings of this behaviors. From my own experience, when trying to schedule an appointment they have been unwilling to help, wait time are long, they place you on hold without your permission for extended amounts of time. Don't ask for clarification because they will tell you're the one who's not understanding instead of being professional and finding a different way to break processes and information down to the patient! You can acknowledge confusion and there must be a miscommunication, they are quick to dismiss you. There has been a couple times where I was placed in a room that wasn't clean with the previous patients information left in the room. Wore socks, wet tissue paper on exam table, dirty wipes and gown, etc. First time, could have been a mistake. Second, you begin to believe that's the reality. Not to mention, if you value privacy, there is none. The walls are paper thin. You can clearly hear word for word conversation. The staff are far from discreet when talking about your medical chart in front of other patients. If you want a doctor and staff who cares as much as you do for your health, I highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere.

This office needs some serious attention to their front staff because absolutely no one knows what they’re doing. Called about a million times about a billing issue and there’s notes in the chart about it and every time my mother has gone in there is some sort of issue. The front desk can’t seem to comprehend what we tell them and they are extremely rude. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a peace of mind

Scheduling is a nuisance, no callbacks. Eventually scheduled for months out, then they cancelled stating I need to reschedule due to their discrepancy. Only to again not reach anyone to reschedule. I've delivered 3 of my 3 kids w them oldest is 18. Kind of sad I now have to go elsewhere. Now that Nan retired as well. They don't care. Where are the dedicated schedulers to schedule my dedicated appointment?

I love April, Dr Morgan & Dr walker but the other staff members are rude. they cancelled and rescheduled my appointments to times i couldn’t come in. mind you today im 30 weeks with twins and theyre telling me im high risk and they kept threatening to terminate me and im supposed to have a c section at 36 weeks. So guess what i did!!! got me another doctor. you dont have to tell me twice that basically you dont care if me or my childrens lives are in jeopardy and you wont accommodate to my schedule. life happens . GAS ISNT CHEAP !!! & transportation isnt always reliable. I’m just going to sit this here!! and let yall debate. cause how youre going to try to reschedule my appt but keep talking over me when im trying to let you know when i can come in. you cancelled it on a thursday and i asked for a friday appt but yall have none available 🤣. but get mad at me because i have 2 other children to take care of and also 2 jobs to work. my new doctor’s scheduled me whenever I can come in and they will make sure me and my twins health is great.!!

The staff told me my insurance was accepted at their facility and went ahead and made an appointment. Once I was seen, I got a surprising bill and message that my service was not covered by my insurance and now I’m stuck having to pay out of pocket . Patients shouldn’t go through this after the fact. The insurance verification should be taken care of before you are seen. You think you are talking to trained professionals, but you need to be careful or else you will fall into their tricks .

Trying to get an appointment before my insurance goes out in November so I called (back in August) to make an apt. They scheduled me for October. Now it’s September and they’ve just called me to let me know that there was a mistake so I have to reschedule, they made my new apt a month later in November. My last appointment left me with more questions than answers, I've been rather anxious for this appointment, unfortunate that they pushed me back a month. I’ve been going to this office for 20 years, mostly bc this is where my mother took me when I was a young woman, but I will find a new dr. The care is subpar and the wait was already insane but being pushed back is just too much for me.

I really love April and Dr. Morgan but the front office omg. I’m actually thinking about finding a different Doctors office. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. I literally called to reschedule my appointment and spoke with someone. She told me that the appointment would be canceled and that it would be rescheduled. I literally spoke to a nurse as well. I literally got a no show call today regarding the same appointment. This is not the fi time that this has happened. When I spoke with the supervisor about this issue she had the nerve to ask me who I spoke with. Like what’s offensive is I worked in front office and the front office is literally supposed to document every time they speak with a patient. The manager was very combative and lacked no accountability. I most definitely will be looking for another dr.

$ IS ONLY WHAT THEY CARE. They insisted a payment of $2,600 at week 24 per their policy. I told them that I still have 1k in my HSA, so I will pay all Dec expenses with HSA. In Jan, my better insurance and $2,850 FSA will be available, so I would like to use FSA to pay $2,600 easily. The billing department said that, so "Just don't visit until Jan, and you deal with your HSA or FSA by yourself. $2,600 payment now before visiting". Unbelievable.

This use to be the best office ever. I do not know what is going on but for the past few months I can't get anyone to answer the phone, I call and leave voicemails and can't get a call back. Today I called once more and left a voicemail. Jessica call and let the phone ring once then press to access my VM at 5:21 and leave a message saying call between 8 and 5. I have been calling since February smh. I have delivered 3 times 4 kids with them.

I requested an appointment and a rude young lady contacted me pretty quickly, however, she stated that the doctor “terminated” me because apparently I skipped an appointment back in 2021. I remember clearly what happened. I canceled the appointment because I chose to go with a midwife instead of an ob to deliver my son. This policy is terrible that they have. It just seems bitter instead of considering that I obviously liked this office since I wanted to come back. Being punished to use a midwife instead of an ob is not ok and whomever I spoke to should really work on your customer service because you failed to ask a single question nor seek for understanding. You all should maybe consider your policy and ask if it is truly best practices knowing that you are serving the public.

Forewarning. Slight TMI post but things you should know. So I held off on writing a review to see if I still felt this way after a few days. I do. Invalidated, pained, ignored, and miffed. To preface, I have nothing against seeing a nurse practitioner. I have seen them instead of an OB for the last 3 years. However, the experience I had at this office was different. My concerns about a certain birth control were ignored and she basically didn't believe me. Then proceeded to praise it. Clearly I'm uncomfortable. Read the room. Then we get to the wellness/PAP. She goes straight for it. No warning and I swear not enough lubricant. It was extremely painful. I mean you could see it on my face and bless the nurse behind her was cringing. On a positive note, the RN nursing staff that I met and did my intake was fantastic.

This clinic is an absolute joke! How are you going to confirm someone's appointment and then two minutes later send another message saying appointment is canceled! This is ridiculous! I already had to wait a month to get an appointment and they canceled my appointment a few hours before I was scheduled to come in! Of course if you call there's no one for you to speak with about an appointment, you have to leave a voicemail and they don't have the courtesy to call you back to reschedule they just call and leave a recording stating to call in and reschedule! I saw the other bad reviews but I wanted to give them a try to see if my experience would be different! I should have listened! Lesson learned for sure!!

Dr.Storts was the best! He was my doctor during my pregnancy with son which was very high risked. Every since he has been gone they have completely went down hill. Speaking with someone in regards to scheduling an appointment is nerve wrecking and needs to be resolved.

This is my second pregnancy and I am so happy to share the experience with Dr. Oladell and Jasma! The nurses call back and respond quickly to my questions, no matter how many times I’ve done this having a baby thing I still have questions or concerns they all make me feel at ease! Thank you all for your amazing patient care!

I went to this place to get help to conceive a baby and I called today to talk to Dr. Alexis to see if I could come in earlier to see my different options for the conceivement of my baby but her nurse was really rude and she kept calling me, fat, making me feel worthless so I would never ever go back to this place ever again with that rude, rude staff , she blamed me for not being able to get pregnant. I thought these people were supposed to help me, instead they gave me more emotional damage. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DISSAPOINTMENT!!!

At this point if I could give this place no stars, I would. While I was being seen Dr. Holley, her nurse practitioner and nurses were great. But the front desk staff is rude, especially the older blonde at checkin (you’d think they would be a little kinder considering their clientele) and everything else involving this facility has been a nightmare. So many things I could say but I’ll leave it to the last few days. I’m moving cities in a few weeks and sent a message on the patient portal asking how I could go about getting my labs/test results as they’re not available on the portal (I wasn’t yet established with a new facility and was told at a previous appointment I could have them printed for myself prior to moving). The next thing I know, I’m receiving a message back with a 30 day letter from the doctor saying they received my “transfer of care request” and they would only be seeing me on an emergency basis for the next 30 days. When did I ask to officially transfer care?! There’s a test I haven’t even received my results on yet! The letter said they attached a record request for my “convenience”, nothing was attached. I sent another message asking if someone could please forward it to me. I received a message back saying someone else handles records and to find their info on the website. Within minutes of getting that message, my patient portal is completely shut down and I no longer have access to ANYTHING! Finally, as if that all wasn’t stressful enough (GREAT for a pregnant woman), I go to fill out the record release only to be charged $45 DOLLARS for them to FAX my records for my whopping TWO VISITS to my new doctor!!! RIDICULOUS! This place clearly only seems to be worried about money and not actually making sure their patients are taken care of. No one is on the same page as you’ll get a different answer, depending on who you ask, the time you ask, what the weather is outside.. if they even bother to answer you. Just save yourself the stress, find a different facility.

The Arlington location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The office staff that work here are so rude and stuck up. Very judgmental. I would NOT EVER EVER recommend the Arlington location to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. The Mansfield location is the absolute best place. The office staff there are just the sweetest. They take the time to answer any and all questions and address any concerns that you may have.

I can’t speak for everyone but I LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. Oladell & Jasma!!! I had a lot of issues with my pregnancy - including a blood clot at 7 months - and they took care of me every single step of the way. Even when I was admitted for the clot, they came in to check on me even though I wasn’t in their direct care. The thought and process of being pregnant always kinda freaked me out, but I’m so grateful I had them to walk me through it. They truly, genuinely care for their patients, and it shows in their actions and their work. I will continue to go to them as long as they’re practicing.

From start to finish this organization is 5-stars! As a new patient it can be scary & hard to find good care with a kind heart. Dr. Oladell and Jasmine give me full respect, answer questions and treat me with kindness at every appointment. The entire staff is wonderful! If you are looking to feel like a person and not a patient - look no further than Omega Ob-gyn.

I specifically made an appointment to check my thyroid issue. When arrived they took my insurance info and payment only to be seen for less than a minute and be told by the doctor that he doesn't specialize in thyroid issues and he doesn't know why the receptionist even bothered to schedule the appointment. Literally less than a minute. No refund, nothing. This was so inconvenient. They made sure they got paid for that minute!
