👍👍 Excellent service!!! My nose ring was stuck inside my piercing hole and Dimple with lots of care and gentle hands took it out!!! Super scary but she made me feel at ease. In less than 30 minutes I was registered, treated, and out the door. I highly recommend this place. I am disappointment in their professionalism and lack of organization. It has officially been 3 hours since I have come to this office and only 2 people have gone in before me. While this place may relatively new, I do not believe they are equipped to deal with more than 5 patients a day. They are extremely slow and people have been waiting for hours for some of the most simplest types of care. I understand paperwork can play a part in taking so long but having experienced workers who deal with this work should not be an issue. I hope you guys can learn to be more quick and efficient with taking care of your patients.

Went in on an early Sunday morning. The place was empty. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist named Emily. The initial registration was very easy. I didn’t wait longer than 2 minutes. The nurse was quick and nice too. The PA was also very prompt, professional, and explained everything. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and that included a strep test. I called back in later to ask about my prescription because Walgreens said they didn’t get it. They called the pharmacy for me to verify it was received for me! Great service. Very clean! Highly recommend.

Service was quick and respectful. Dr. Courtright was thorough and addressed my issues with confidence. She advised on my issues and provided me with the care and instructions I required.

Why put that you accept medicaid if you don't? Response: if you could specify online or let your employees know that would be great, when calling I was told it was not accepted period, she did not ask or comment on which plan I would be using or what you guys accepted. Just an inconvenience..

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. I went here explaining a feminine issue with Dr. Rebecca Molina (P.A) in hopes for immediate help and I did not receive that. I explained to her that I had symptoms of (yeast infection/bv) which are very common in females. I had tried a new soap that I never tried a few days prior. When she walked in she asked how many sexual partners I have (1, my fiancé) and proceeded to sternly stare me in my eyes and tell me I need to use condoms. She came off snarky and rude. She then told me that she would NOT do a vaginal exam because of the issues I had and she would put testing in & that was that. Come to find out (8) days later she NEVER put in anything for yeast or Bv. I know and knew for a fact that I didn't have an STD. I've never even had one. They called to tell me the STD panel was negative which I didn't care about, and that my other testing should be back in a few days. I call a few days later to find out there is NO other testing. What a waste of time and insurance!! She needs to be reported and consequences.

Came in at 9:30 for a basic employment urine test, waited 2 1/2hrs just for them to tell me they don't have the equipment to perform the test.. also you couldn't even check in when you got there you had to call a different store to check into the one you're in.. very unprofessional

My experience with Urgent Care centers has never really been a positive one; the receptionist is typically rude, the physician spends maybe 5 minutes with me and rushes out, etc. So a couple of months ago I ended up stumbling into this location because I had finally had enough of CareNow and their rude staff and from the phone call, to the receptionist, all the way through, I was floored with how customer-oriented this team was. I recently had to go back to Urgent Care and there was no question as to which facility I would be visiting. Special thank you to Lois who took special care to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. Nick was also excellent. And I'm truly sorry for not remembering the receptionist(s) names but both who I interacted with were so nice! This team clearly values customer service which is a breath of fresh air!

Professionalism, care, and concern began as I entered the front door and all the way home. The MedExpress team consistently takes care of me. I appreciate each of you, but Dr. Court____, your bedside manner and the way you spoke to me truly blessed me to the core!!!🤗🙏❤. The LORD bless and keep you and your families. May HE shine HIS countenance upon each of you. May HE be gracious and give peace to you all (Numbers 6:24-26, paraphrased).

My daughter has glass stuck in her foot. I called to make sure this place had an x-ray machine before going, they lady said yes. When I arrived, I made sure again, they could x-Ray my daughter’s foot. The lady said yes. Of course they took money from us. We waited a few hours for the doctor to come in and say they don’t do x-rays there. What?!? Money hungry people! Sad for hard working people trying to make ends meet and take care of their kids. What a shame!!!! Texas Medical State Board needs to be aware of their dishonesty and how they treat patients. Sad, just sad. They refused to refund us, the doctor DID NOTHING FOR MY DAUGHTER, nothing. Avoid this place. Such a SCAM!!!

Two trips and over 2 hours of wait time but mission was accomplished. RN on duty at second visit was professional and efficient.

Excellent professionalism and consideration. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Even the receptionist was professional and very patient as I was in pain during the entire time I was completing the requirements to be enrolled. Have already recommended to family members.

We love this clinic, the staff is wonderful. The nurses are so nice and thoughtful (especially Corinne) and we always get quality care. We have recommended it to all our friends and everyone else agrees and has also had wonderful experiences.

I was pleased with the visit until I got to the pharmacy and needed to speak with the attending PA in regard to the prescription that was ordered. The medical clerk at the reception window became rude, short, and then hung the phone up in my face. I immediately left the pharmacy and travelled to the Urgent Care to speak with the PA. The PA was very accommodating and changed my prescription to the right one. The receptionist should not be working in that capacity, especially in an Urgent Care medical environment.

The receptionist Shay was very sweet, the doctor and nurse were fantastic. The location was clean, and everyone was well taken care of. So very glad they were open today, when our regular doctor was closed for the holiday!

No complaints. Everybody from the receptionist to nurse doing vitals to doc visit was good. Areas were clean, masks used, professional job done by all. Very satisfied. Will return (as needed).

Update 8/21/22: I was able to experience MedExpress myself today. I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind! I got in and out so quickly! Everyone there seemed experienced and knew how to give someone feeling terrible a positive experience! Thank you, MedExpress! I don't understand why MedExpress has bad reviews. I have taken my husband twice, once in November and once in December. Both times when I called to ask questions everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and empathetic. I couldn't go in with my husband, but he said that everyone was very professional and they were the nicest people he has ever dealt with when sick. He said that he doesn't want to use any other urgent care clinic now! Thank you to everyone working at MedExpress for our two very positive visits!

Took my dad to this urgent care for a Yellowjacket sting that kept swelling. The doctor was super helpful, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The doctor explained everything very clearly. We were also in and out very quickly!

I was running a fever and went to multiple other urgent cares in Fort Worth and no one could see me because it was almost closing time, or some were even already closed due to it being Sunday. My husband called this location they stated they didn’t close for another couple of hours and to come on it. I was in and out within 30 mins. Thank you Dr. Dimple, and thank you to the wonderful nurse that took care of me. (I’m sorry I did not catch your name.) I will definitely drive from Fort Worth again just to go to this location.

I was seen quickly, but did not feel rushed at all! The whole check-in process was easy. They offer virtual and in person appointments. They took the time to listen to my needs and questions, and made me feel like I mattered to them as a person. The next time I need urgent care, this is the only place I'll go!

Went in recently for drug testing. Location was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was extremely nice and professional especially when for the first time in my career, my bladder decided NOT to fully participate.I would definitely return especially as they are an approved facility for veteran care outside of the VA.

I needed to be seen last minute Sunday at 4:00 pm. I called 3 places, going down the list of in-network providers. First 3 was either all booked or closed on Sundays. I called MedExpress next and was surprised they take walk ins and open till 8:00 pm giving me time to be seen and not rushed. Checking in was quick and easy. Short wait time in lobby. Staff was nice and efficient. Provider was attentive and yet quick and easy. Answered questions I had. Had my rxs sent to my pharmacy. Entire process was painless. Will be back even though it is kinda out of my way.

Med Express is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and personable and we always feel cared for there. Visits are relatively quick and have saved us countless hours of waiting when our pediatrician is fully booked or closed. Thanks for all you do!
