On THEIR DOOR it states check in is 3-7. Flights were coming in late for mania week and not only did others have issues, but family did too! By 15 min, nobody would check anyone in. Today, go back to check in and THEY CANCELLED! Nothing in email or even when booked, did it say there’s a “timeframe” and guy stated 3-6! So what is it??? Rude person there and I think he was named Rick? For a semi 2 ⭐️ Hotel I’d give them 0!!! Doing my family like that!

Don't even bother. I made an almost 2 week reservation in late November/early December for January. Showed up to check in on time and was told they had no available singles which is what I reserved however, they had doubles. I was not willing to pay the difference and was then told there was another location on Collins street that should have available single bed rooms. No. There is a reason I reserved that specific location, and staying at Collins was the same as me just staying home and taking the commute through traffic. Incredibly frustrating overall

The emotionally unstable manager will refuse service if you leave a negative review, so I'd better make it a comprehensive review: You only get one roll of toilet paper. They leave notes saying they will turn off the water one day, then do it earlier. Vending machines are locked up at night with no access. The people wandering around the property seem creepy. Motel 6 down the road is much more accommodating, and since In-Town just raised their rates by $40 or so, I recommend skipping them and giving Motel 6 your money, since they are basically the same price now.

Office was extremely exilant, rooms are very accommodating and clean hats off to the manager, good job, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Just visited a friend and was never harassed for parking or visiting, people need friends, let them visit like InTown Suites.

My experience was worth every penny. Money well spent with no regrets. The management and staff ensure that safety and cleanliness are a priority. Not a single time of disrespectful disturbances, even when you work at night & sleep in the day. Every housekeeper is trustworthy, considerate, efficient & follow covid requirements.

The room was super clean and just renovated. Has everything I need. The manager Greg is super friendly and always willing to help. His staff is super nice as well. What was supposed to be a 6 mo stay for work eneded up to be 1 yr later and I would recommend it to others.

I haven't stayed in a hotel in a very long time, and the experience that I have had were not worth leaving a review, but due to family members that we share a house with came down with Covid and me having heart disease and other health issues my husband and I decided to rent a week here at intown for a week, we were blessed enough to not get it Thank God! We have really enjoyed our stay here, no issues with anything, it was very quiet, the Manager is a great man and was very helpful, and polite. I will really miss this place it was like a little mini vacay😄 If I need a place to go in the future it will definitely be here🤗 Thank you so much Intown

Every thing is nice here cleaning lady’s need a raise awesome job love it and they have nice personality even tho ol dude with the ponytail looks and acts like he needs a hug lol (attitude is his middle name) but nice place to be❤️

I would give my room 5 star, but I have only one complaint about my room 133. Which was my toilet. It would constantly get backed up. Other than that I truly like my experience.

Management (Greg) was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. The grounds were always well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming anytime we needed assistance. Centrally located and safe day and night. Highly recommended for extended stays because you will have a full sized refrigerator and cooktop burners for cooking so that you won’t have to eat out for every meal. Thanks Greg for your assistance during our stay.

This place was amazing the general manager Gred was a breathe of fresh air. My husband and I needed a place until we closed on our new home and it was so peaceful being here. The customer service was great!!! Will definitely recommend.

I stayed here because my father is sick and I didn't want to burden him while visiting. Greg told me on 2 different occasions that I would be able to prorate the last three days of my stay. When i went to pay for the last three days of my stay, Greg was not here and the dude working the desk couldn't reach him. So i could wait while he helped every single person at the desk to try greg again, or check out. It's good enough in a pinch but I wouldn't trust what they say.

I didn’t intend to stay as long as I did. Usually I have bad experiences with hotels and places like this however this one was quite opposite from my others. I rarely had any bug problems to be honest and the other tenants are friendly and everyone seems to mind their own business. My room stayed clean and I never had to worry too much about my belongings. The staff was amazing from the top to the bottom. Mr. Kenneth was such a huge blessing to have around. He truly went above and beyond for us and I’ll forever be thankful for him. Mr Kevin ensured the safety of both the property & our Vehicles, and kept it looking tip top! Ms Sandy never let me go without trash bags or TP and was always respectful of my personal belongings and schedule. Mr Greg and Mr Rick where do I even begin. I always saw them walking the property ensuring things were going smoothly. You can tell they take pride in their place. This is hands down the best ITS in the area! Thank you all for what you have done for me and my family. I will keep in touch and visit when I can lol can’t get rid of me that easy ;) GOD BLESS YOU GUYS

Greg is absolutely the best. He's so funny and friendly, and helps you out with whatever you need. The bug problem was a bit of an issue last summer, but it's died down and there's rarely any bugs. The cleaning lady is very kind and friendly as well, and she does a good job cleaning. My only complaint? The couch legs break way too easily. (Keep in mind, I didn't pay for a room, I was a resident living with people who DID pay for it, so I can't say anything about the cost.) -Dorothy

I really enjoy staying here! They're clean, they're respectful, and they try their best to make sure their guests are well comfortable. It's worth the price. And they make sure the outside is clean as well as the inside. It's peaceful and it's worth the price

Manager is great and the hotel is in a good location. Services is good I have no problem the people around here its non smoking place also. But my only 2 problem are price rising and the bed, need better bed or a box string for it to be more comfortable, that's my personal opinion on that. Other than those problems it been a great stay for us, Thank you Greg.

Greg is awesome, I just feel for the price the cable should be way better. At $430 a week I should have way better channels. But that just personal preference. But Greg has been an awesome guy to deal with. Not the other manager he has plenty attitude to go around. But if u need a quick spot to stay and can afford it then this one is where it's at. Very quiet place to be.

I did a reservation via phone, I arrived to the hotel and they didn't have it, I spent the rest of the day looking for another room, all other hotels were fully booked.

Great service and clean rooms! Mr. Greg is awesome and makes sure you are well taken care of . I recommend to anyone looking for a nice adorable place to stay.
