Took my family here to watch Black Widow & we enjoyed ourselves. Seats were plush & comfy that reclines back with your legs up. A tray swivels so you can place your food. Movie quality was solid & sound was not too loud. I took a star off because nobody approached with a menu & lack of directions of how to order food. You have to press a button on your tray that lights up & someone will come to you. Should have menus at door entrance with ordering directions.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Movie tickets were average price and that was not an issue. Movie was amazing. Food was not only super expensive for what you get, it was only somewhat warm, not what was ordered. Biggest thing is it took them 3 times of me asking for my entree (and we were more than 3/4 of the way through the movie) before I finally got it. And of course it was not hot, hardly even warm. The theater was not even full, maybe half full. For the money you pay you should have way better food & service considering that you are charged 18% gratitude whether you want to tip that much or not. I would not have because of the issues. Will never go here again.

Today, I received the worst customer service by the General Manger at this location. My family ordered the 2 for $29. However, the taco salad she ordered lacked flavor, so they agreed to bring her out the chicken bits instead. When our bill arrived, they charged us for both the taco salad and chicken bits. Our bill ended up being $53.03 including tax and gratuity. When I told the waiter, he removed $15.16 from our bill. However, this was still more than the $36.61 our bill should have been. When I spoke to the General Manger to let him know we were still being overcharged, he refused to listen. He said that they removed the additional charge on the bill. I even had him do a dummy ring up order to show what our bill should be and he refused to listen. Even after I showed him on the calculator that $53.03- $15.16= $37.87 not $36.61 , he didn't fix it. He went on to tell that he was correct and there was no error. I even suggested giving us a full refund and then ringing us up again, but he said he couldn't. I know it's just a $1. 26 different, but it's the principle of how he handled things. Instead of just recognizing the error, he continued to make it seem I was at fault. When they adjusted my bill, they didn't adjust the gratuity as well. It should have been a simple fix, but he literally tried to embarrass me in front of his entire staff. He told me that I could call corporate because he wasn't wrong at all. Clearly simple math is NOT part of the job requirement. What a shame. I will be sending an email along with pictures of my receipts.

So we came with our kids everything started out awesome, everyone was friendly BUT when we ordered food for everyone we only received half of what we ordered! We came in with hungry kids and they kept assuring us their food was coming out. And nothing! We left with hungry kids because unfortunately the other meals we got were spicy. I’m pretty upset about this visit why take orders if you’re not going to fulfill it. And to top it off we were not the only ones left waiting for food! Ridiculous

Nice theater that you can enjoy a meal and a movie. First, unless it's a new release, don't buy tickets online. Purchase your ticket at the theater. Online, you will pay almost an extra $5 in service fees. Get there about 10 to 15 minutes early so you can look over menu and order before the movie starts. The food and snack prices are quite reasonable compared to most movie theaters. The soda, however, is ridiculously expensive. It's $6.00. Granted you can get free refills but soda is a very inexpensive cost for a business so they are making a ton of money off the price of soda. This coming from someone in the restaurant industry for 30+ years. Seats are comfortable. The screens are high so don't sit towards the front. Overall a good experience. Go to matinee if possible, it will save you money.

Pretty good service, was really quick and fun overall. The people were nice and the food didn’t take long at all! At least 20 minute wait for the food. Bathrooms are clean and the theater itself was cool.

Worst experience this visit. I have been coming to this theater for awhile now. But this particular visit as we always do order our food before movie starts. We didn't get our food till midway of movie close to the movie finishing. I had attempted more than 4 times to check status of my food & each person that came " I will check on it " nothing till finally just 1 plate came & that was for my grandson. I cancelled the rest. Ridiculous and then they want to add an automatic tip. Lies with that service you don't deserve any thing. This my last chance going i will go to AMC now i get what i pay for just the movie 🎥 .Giving my buissness elsewhere . And one ⭐ is just cuz i had too if not would be a ZERO. I'm sure management doesn't care either...

Terrible experience! Our movie was close to 2 hours long and we arrived early. We ordered our food during the opening credits (15+ minutes before the movie started). An hour in, I alerted the staff that we hadn't received so much as drinks. They said they'd check on it. Meanwhile the family next to us is being served with multiple trips by servers. I waited another 45 minutes and asked for an update. At that time they were within the (45 minute?) cut-off window for service, So we were served water, with no ice, about 15 minutes before the movie ended. A huge disappointment since I hadn't eaten for several hours prior in anticipation of our dinner during the movie. The manager provided no explanation at all, but comped us with a set of movie passes I likely won't be able to use.

Great food the popcorn is excellent spend the money you won't be sorry. I loved all the employees they seem to be happy and enjoyed their jobs. I especially liked the greeter she was so full of energy and positivity... just so refreshing to be welcomed into a business like that... it's been a long time.

I frequently come to this location because it is near our business. We have never had an incident that wasn’t taking care of immediately by management. Today December 10 management failed to provide great customer service. My drink had a very bad taste and he informed due to it being a liquor beverage they couldn’t do anything about it. No accountability and no other options. Pay 20 dollars for a drink that is being thrown in the trash. Jeff manager for today provided a horrible experience. I have been coming to this location since it opened. I will never come to another studio movie grill due to this unfair policy. I’ve spent thousand with studio movie grill. Private parties, weekly date nights etc. Never again. Jeff has ruined my experience with Studio Movie grill. I will tell my friends this ridiculous policy because no one should have somethings bad and be forced to eat it. Time to see what’s new out her that appreciates their customers.

Overpriced food and beverages. You are solely responsible for pushing a button to get service. The recipient of the button push gets an 18% mandatory gratuity. This alleged 9 oz pour of house Cabernet was over $16.

Movie was good, seats were comfortable, but the service not so much. Pressed the button showed up after 20min, had to press the buttons of the seats next to me so they could finally show up. Asked for some ranch around 4 times never got it. Asked for a refill twice and got it at the end of the movie when I couldn't drink. Also my brother's card got charged for some funnel cakes that we didn't order, had to ask for the refund after seeing the receipt.

Food was cold and drinks weren't delivered until almost an hour into the movie, after the food. Service here is getting worse and worse, which is especially annoying given that they tack on an automatic and mandatory 18% tip and then make you pay up front. Mandatory tips are just a sleazy way of raising prices, which is nuts when they already charge $5 for fountain drinks and $13 for chicken strips. If you actually do the math on the gratuity, they charge almost $16 for chicken tenders and $6 for a fountain drink. That's insane, especially for how bad the service is. Food is good (when it's hot), but probably not even worth half that much money. And you're still paying admission for the movie, too! And a "service fee" for buying online! They'd sell you air if they could! It's outrageous how they gouge every penny they can and still deliver such mediocre service. I'm finding a better theater.

I adopted going to the drive-in before covid, but I wanted to catch a Thursday movie release in comfort. What's great: easy pickup of prepaid tickets, plenty of persons to help us find our seat, quick attention when placing an order. What could be better: removing plates before adding another. My drink was almost knocked over when bringing out the main dish. Speaking of eats: the brisket sliders are a win. They're flavorful and filling. I also had the Royal Tea cocktail, which is pretty good too.

The food is Def not worth the price point. It's very slow in getting even popcorn or a drink at your seat. Here is a kids' cheeseburger with some barbie sized cheese. Seats are cool as they lay back but could use a good cleaning.

The experience was great and the bartender was super friendly. Once we sat down to see the movie and order food, the serve wasn't friendly and acted like we were a bother to her. Hardly smile and rarely said thank you. Also she charge our credit card to the people sitting behind us bill. Not only did we pay for ours she put their bill on our credit card. So now we have to wait 2 to 3 business days for a refund

Food service is terrible, every single time I go there since my first visit the food orders are messed up in some kind of way. Either the food is cold, they get it wrong, they bring it extremely late, or forget it altogether. To be honest I get it, you have a theater full of up to 60 plus people. There is a lot of moving parts from a logistical standpoint. I feel like it would be easier to order your food at a counter then have them bring it like they do at Cinergy theaters which is a far more superior dine and watch experience that they should model.

Would much rather prefer a different theatre. Ticket is only $6 which is good but the screen is small and seats don’t recline all the way back. I ordered a drink before the movie started and didn’t receive it until I had to use the restroom halfway through the movie and asked a server I saw about my drink. I thought the drink was strong then once I got the bill I realized the server rang in a double without asking if I want a double or single. Definitely not a great experience from a theatre that’s supposed to do it all.

Went to see Oppenheimer. The A/C in the theater we were in was broken and no one told us we could refund tickets until the movie actually started after we ordered drinks and appetizers-- they were sold out of many menu items including salads. Management did not care nor was prepared for 2 opening weekend movies. No one in our theater left due this being the first Oscar worthy movie being seen opening weekend in years. Staff doesn't try hard enough knowing they get an 18% tip. I tip by how attentive our waiter is. It was too hot to eat and we drank water. 3 hour movie.. 5 stars on the movie. For the price of the tickets and food A/C should work. It was hotter inside than 80° outside. Pretty sure the Barbie movie goers would have rioted if their theater was like ours.

Service was quick, we made it on time for our movie. My only problem was they were out of a lot for a premiere weekend i.e frozen margaritas and butter. Overall not a bad experience the restrooms were clean, and a woman complained about the restrooms not being child friendly. The food was really well prepared. Make sure you show up hungry the portions side were on a larger size.

Last night, I decided to go and see a movie since Tuesdays are $6 nights, it started out okay, I didn’t get into trouble until I got inside. Find my seat sat down and the waitress came to take my the couple next to me had been seeded and I was just arriving they gave their orders the way just want to place the orders. Then I rang my little Bell and she came back and have my order for my food came before this date it was almost the middle of the movie before their food game and his order was incorrect. They took it back to change it and then when they brought it back it was down at the end of the movie. The food was horrible pay $35 for the food for an appetiser in a meal. I turn my camera on to take a look at the food. The food was horrible. It was nothing like it was described on the menu. About 4 o’clock this morning. My stomach started rumbling and I’ve been sick every sense, if you go to watch a movie please eat before you go ‼️

Typical movie theater with super comfortable, reclining seats. The Long Island Iced Tea was not good! It tasted 100% like bottled lemon juice. This location sits in the back of the Highlands shopping area, with plenty of parking.

I love SMG!!! The awesome food, the service and friendly staff I can’t believe summer specials (old movies) are the same price as a new movie!!! Little mermaid $6 per per person at any time slot or trolls world tour (2020) $6 per person only at 10:00am? Not complaining about the price,, but for the opportunity the business is loosing attracting summer kids!! When I discovered summer movies they were $3, then the bumped the price to $5 including popcorn and a drink. I also Understand inflation is really and everything is expensive, so I am just commenting from a consumer perspective and trying to help the company.

The food here has gotten awful! I’ve been a few times in the last couple of months & tried different items & all of them now taste like frozen food instead of freshly made food. I would sometimes get the meat lovers pizza & it was so good BUT recently they changed it! It now looks & taste like a frozen pizza w/ no freshness to it at all. I’ve gotten the bbq sliders in the past & they were good BUT now they taste like that vacuumed meat from Walmart w/ a lot of bbq sauce on it. The fries never come out hot anymore. The chicken strips are definitely frozen as well w/ no flavor. I’ve gotten their salad recently and it was good BUT it’s easy to make a salad 🤷🏽‍♀️ last night when I went I wanted to try their new Southwestern Egg-rolls & the employee proceeded to tell me they were all out. I asked if they were pre made & she said yes 😳 if I wanted frozen food then I could just go to the store & buy it myself! I asked for jalapeño ranch to go w/ my food & she said they no longer have that. My son wanted a water & it took forever to get it! The service is HORRIBLE! The menu clearly needs to be updated & revamped! The theaters are ok. There was a chicken bone in between the seats when we went last night. This place is going down hill. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. It’s an expensive waste of money. I haven’t had the drinks before but if the food is mediocre then I am guessing the drinks could be as well. The popcorn was good and fresh. CLEAN YOUR SEATS, MAKE FRESH GOOD FOOD, & RE-TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

Just got back from seeing Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and wow have they upped their game. Our food was out fast and hot... and correct, I can't tell you how many times we had to send pizza back in the past. Tony, a manager, was walking around checking to make sure everyone got their food and drink refills in a timely manner. Even the food tasted better. We'll definitely be going back. Keep up the good work!

I have to say my experience was much better than the last time we went here. The food was good, the seats were clean and the floor was clean. My only complaint is that I was told that the appetizer would come out first and then the main food we ordered. Everything came out at once. But the food was good and it was nice and hot. The Hurricane I ordered was so good, I ordered 2! There was a slight strange odor in the hallway right outside the theater but it was not in the theater. Overall a good experience!

It was a fun place to go to. Servers were really nice. Orders kept getting messed up, and we were charged for an item we didn't have. Seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of room between the aisles. Overall it was a pretty good time.
