There’s glass all over the parking lot. I understand that the gym is next to a popular bar, 🍺 but please, let’s do something about the glass in parking lot. I park further away just to avoid having my tires on the glass that can be found in SEVERAL parking spots. 👎 But the bathrooms are clean at the gym and it doesn’t get too crowded so that’s good 😊

I've been a member of this gym for a couple of years now. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. It has all of the equipment a gym should have, it's open 24/7 and is much cheaper than other comparable gyms. The staff is also friendly and they are always cleaning up the gym. Highly recommend.

Best price for a gym where you are just looking to work out. Solid staff. Good equipment and Equipment gets replaced quickly when broken. Solid non-judgmental community. Been working out here every week for 4ish days a week for 2-3 years, and unless I move out out of a drive-able 15-20 minutes to it, I’ll be working out here for many years to come.

This place needs some new treadmills. The Bands are worn out, can’t even run in peace. Every bolt loose on all of them basically. And service desk tell us that they tell the manager but nothing to fix. Staff is great, not a bad workout place besides the cardio equipment.

Had a membership for about a year before I had to relocate. Gym is great, with excellent equipment selection and always clean. The price is very competitive and the owner and trainers always have time for you. The cleaning staff are very respectful of locker room privacy (unlike other gyms) and I really enjoyed my time here. Assad and Taylor were great to work with and always had excellent advice and motivation. Highly recommended.

Great gym, priced very well, SUPER CLEAN, the maintenance staff kills it and cleans the change rooms often, the equipment as well. There's many machines to workout on, the patrons are chill enough! Highly recommend :).

Great place if you are needing a place to work out in the Arlington and Bedford area! These are currently the only 2 locations.however the big benefit of this gym is that it is open 24 hours!! And also if your looking to save money its only 16.24 monthly after a sign up fee of about 60.00.

I walked into Fitness Nation on July 8th to pay the enrollment fee of $89.95 for a friend with my credit card and told the young lady who was working the front counter this was a one time charge, she said ok she understood. She never told me was keeping my infomation on file. Almost 2 month later, I was checking my account and I notice 2 charge on my account from Fitness Nation for $21.67. I immediately call them after talking to the manager, he would only refund me for one of the charges. I told him it was'nt about the money, I didnt authorize the charges and I did'nt give you permission to keep my card on file. He tell me its my word against her word and in the 13yrs he been working here this has never happen. I read a review about someone else had unauthorize charges on there account, so this has happen before or maybe several times. I would keep an eye out for this company for unauthorize charges.

For $10/ month it's not completely horrible but the carpet is dirty and please believe the machines are always broken!!. Especially Watch out for the stair master. I got on one day and the resistance was broken and as soon as I stepped on the machine dropped to the bottom. I was bleeding and had a hurt leg. Went to the manager and his response was " you signed a waiver" I immediately canceled my membership. Broken machines with no signs and now I'm injured! In a nutshell, find a better gym!

Honest Review* The new monthly price has gone up to $21.65. For those paying lower fees that is not the case anymore, and no notification was sent out to inform us. Personally speaking, this gym is great for a lower price, but for $21 monthly it is not worth it. Maybe they will remodel or bring in new machines to replace broken ones, but it might be a good fit for you just wanted to post my experience!

Pros: Cheap place to lift and 150 ib dumbells. 24hr access. Huge cons: every single barbell is bent. And I mean every single one! Incredibly hard on the wrists, will not be long until someone breaks theirs here. All the heavy straight bars are bent Half the clips here are faulty Treadmills are old and always having problems

Jus a brief visit to consider a membership, the curb appeal the drive up is on the low end trash and debris covers the lot...inside is doable, spacious and multiple training stations..if u can get past the thoughts on the drive up to train one inside you'll be Alright but there is still the question on the best time too go train ✊

I love this gym!This is my first time ever going to one because of the thought of feeling uncomfortable around other people & getting stared at being a”beginner”but honestly every one is out here doing their own thing focusing on them.Gym space is decent & the areas around is always clean.I like the fact that you get greeted as soon as you enter the gym with the amazing staff they have.Another thing don’t be afraid to ask for help from others if you have trouble with weights or just learning how to use the machines,there’s always someone willing to give a helping hand without it being awkward.Overall I totally recommend this gym!

This gym is horrible and the gym owner is very disrespectful.... $15 a month with no AC in Tx... Dont ask about anything or else you will thrown out and police called on you... fyi... Go at your own risk!! Oh and don't be happy... lol

Amazing workout packages, personal trainers athletes, the facilities are amazing, great costumer services, excellent vibe, they are always looking out for you, and the crew is super professional. So happy I'm getting strong and fit. The best gym I've been to!

Love this gym, been their for a while now just got back in. I love it because it is 24hrs and has a sauna and they have daycare!! Right now it is not open bc of covid-19 reason's but still good to know they have my 7 yr old use to love going in their .

Good, affordable, & friendly. Hours are great for those of us who don't have a regular 9-5 schedule. Staff is constantly cleaning &make an effort to get to know everyone. For those of you throwing a tantrum about not everyone wearing masks- you're free to workout at home. Feels good to support local businesses that allows its members to choose what's best for their health & safety

Best gym ever. I've been going here for 4 years. Best bang for the buck. All the equipment you need.it doesn't get overpacked like LA fitness or 24hr fit. Big recommend.

HORRIBLE!! I have been trying to cancel this membership for 3 years and they refuse to stop charging my account. I even changed credit cards... they some how got my new information and charged me for the past year. Do not sign up unless you want to pay them for the rest of your life.... regardless if you ever step in the gym.

Faulty AC. Feels like a sauna just walking through the door. Lots of the equipment is broken which is a huge safety issue (barbells bent, machines missing pieces, machine padding torn and plates missing sections). Only 45 lb plates at stations because you lack other varieties. Huge letdown. The Bedford location is okay but this is a mess.

I've been working out here on and off (pretty consistently this year) since they opened. Large fitness center with a lot of machines and free weights. Friendly staff.

Best gym I’ve ever been too. The gym is always well kept and has amazing equipment. Without this gym I wouldn’t feel and look the way I do today. I highly recommend it to anyone

I prefer to go to the Bedford location this location is hot it smells horrible granted I get that it’s a gym but I’ve been to other gyms that did not smell. Good luck finding a treadmill that doesn’t squeak or the bands that are working. They don’t clean their equipment often the equipment is already old at least have someone clean it often. The treadmills and stair master had sweat stains on them every time I go in it just makes me sick to my stomach to even workout there..I will be canceling very soon.

Overall first impressions have been very solid. This gym has all the bare necessities any frequent gym goer would need with quite a few additional machines to throw in the mix. The weightlifting sections feels open and not claustrophobic at all despite having a low ceiling. I've worked out from 4pm 5pm and 6pm and gym hasn't gotten to packed to where I felt I had to wait for equipment. Overall solid gym for only $20 a month. Sign up fee being $70 isn't the best but pretty avg for most gyms. Only negative I can say is that I'm not the biggest fan of the plates they feel a bit cheap, but the pros definitely out weigh the neg here.

This gym is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. The equipment is always clean and the Zumba class is amazing. Worked out my entire body. I love that there is a hot sauna next to the locker rooms. Decently priced monthly fees of $15. I'm do happy I choose this gym.

Started going here about 2 months ago and I love it. I can go whenever I have free time and they have so much equipment. Definitely worth the price which is great too.

Saw online a $10.00/month. Just recently moved to this area. When I asked about the special the front desk staff said the prices changed the day before. And coudnt honor the online price. Totally sucks, I was looking forward to working somewhere close to home.

Very good variety of machines. Very good option if youre looking for a third place, plenty of people to socialize with. On the flip side, if youre self conscious of insecure you might find this place out of your taste due to volume of gymgoers. Sometimes it does get a bit packed. Typically I find that staff could speak up a bit more, I find them hard to hear, tho I might be losing my hearing so that's a bit of a nitpick. Top notch pricing!

I went to visit and never entered the facility. The parking lot is littered with trash, tall weeds growing on the sidewalks. If the outside is trashy I imagine that the inside is nasty as well.

Great Gym with nice new equipment and open 24hrs! As former NFL player I have been to all types of gyms around the country and this has everything you need and it’s only $10 bucks a month. Fitness Nation is so much nicer than LA Fitness with way better equipment. The staff is polite and helpful! A++

Great place to workout in north/central Arlington. Friendly staff. You can always get what machine/bench you want because its never to busy. Would recommend for a regular gym or a day pass if visiting.

So far so good my first week has been good… The place is nice… Could use some upgrades… I’m still going to another gym along with this one… like I said so far so good
