Amazing team of professionals! Brought my dad here after going to several specialists who couldn’t help him with a severe eye condition. He received professional and compassionate care, from the front desk to the doctor who successfully and quickly provided a solution for his symptoms. There are few places like Seeta eye care, where the patient comes first and no one is rushing the appointment to get to the next client. I was highly impressed and will be returning for my own eye care.

Everyone at SEETA Eye Center are kind, courteous and professional. Dr Modi and Dr Wolter have taken care of my husband and I for years. They are both excellent doctors and kind men. We would recommend anyone to Seeta Eye Center and we have!

I was greeted quickly by name by the young lady in the from desk. I didn’t get her name. I was first seen by Erica, she was so professional and put me at ease. She initially started the pre testing for Dr. Wong and I was very pleased with her. She is definitely a great asset to Seeta Eye Center. I was seen by Dr. Wong who was also so pleasant. I moved from NYC to Orange County and I needed to find a new eye doctor near me and I am very please with Dr. Wong. Overall the clinic was great. I am a client now. I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone here is so friendly and very knowledgeable.

My husband just had LASIK surgery with Dr. Modi and he could not be any happier! I must say that as his support person through this process, I was just as pleased. Dr. Modi and his staff were all thorough, personable, and very attentive. Dr Modi was very professional and has been easy to work with. From scheduling his consultation appointment (staff was very friendly) to the pre-op and surgery date, everything was so smooth and within a month or so timeframe. He did amazing work and will definitely recommend friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience with SEETAEYE. From beginning to end they were honest, transparent, informative, and caring. The entire process was smooth, and within 24 hours I was seeing 20/20.

Dr. Modi made me feel comfortable the whole experience and throughly explained my produce and instructions as well as any concerns I had. LASIK was a life changing decision and I couldn’t be more satisfied

Very good care with Dr Modi, but I am not pleased with Dr Chubak. He did a procedure to help my ‘dry eye’ , which I did not request but he assured me it would be covered by insurance - and it was not. I was charged about $250 unnecessarily. When I protested the office kindly reduced it by $50 but I am not happy with the unwanted cost. (Adding 5 days later) I spoke with office manager Stacy further about my issue and understand better now why the insurance cost was applied. I am very satisfied with the level of care in general, and especially with their attention to make things clear now and concern going forward.

I have been seeing Dr Satish Modi for the better part of 3 years now. I originally came to him for cataract surgery. A week or so before my surgery was scheduled, I contracted a severe case of Shingles in my face and right eye. Needless to say the surgery was put off and he was treating me for the virus in my eye. Eventually I was able to get the surgery in my left eye but I put it off in the right to avoid any complications or flare up of the virus. I also suffer from postherpetic neuralgia as a complication from shingles so the thought of having surgery was out of the question for me as I’m still dealing with treatment and pain management for that. Eventually I had no choice but to proceed with the surgery as my cataract worsened to the point where I couldn’t see from that eye at all. I went back to Dr Modi who assured me we would take every precaution to avoid having any flare up and make me as comfortable as possible before, during and after surgery. He put me on antiviral medication ahead of the surgery and we are continuing after (so far so good!) I just came back from my 5 day check up and I can’t even put in words how grateful I am to Dr Modi and his staff for their patience, professionalism and compassion for my situation! I now have 20/20 vision, along with a new lease on life. I unequivocally recommend him and his staff and again very grateful for the positive impact he’s had during a very difficult time for me.

I recently went through the process of undergoing Lasik surgery at Seeta Eye with Dr. Modi. I first met with Stacey for my consult, and she was was wonderful to work with. My meeting with Stacey was very comprehensive and she communicated every step of the process, ensuring to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. Once I completed my consultation appointment, I was quickly scheduled for a comprehensive exam, and roughly a week and a half later I was scheduled for my procedure. One week after surgery and I’m seeing 20/20 for the first time in my life. If you’re considering Lasik, don’t wait! Dr. Modi is amazing!!! The entire team at Seeta has been a joy to work with.

This place is the worst. Had an appointment yesterday, and I was always running behind in time, because they have no consideration for their patients time. The two individuals sitting at the desk we’re talking about being short staffed, and how individuals come for interviews and either they don’t show up, nor do they answer the phone when called. They are smart people because they’re realizing you’re coming to a toxic place employment. Danielle is extremely unprofessional as an office manager. And to tell you the truth, the best employee left and I can clearly understand why. Unfortunately, Dr. Modi is an excellent doctor and unfortunately is a negative environment. I personally filed a complaint with professional misconduct.

My father was diagnosed with Glaucoma. Dr Wolter did a cataract and Glaucoma surgery for my father's both eyes. My father's vision improved and did success operations. Follow up experience was phenomenal. Renee she is very pleasant and patient with my father and translation. I hope they give her an award for this service she is the best, well deserved recognition because really made the family and patient felt important since day one . She speak highly of Dr.Wolter and how proud to be part of the team. Overall experience is 5 stars.. I give it a 5 stars mainly because of how Renee's kind loving way and very thorough explanation and made you felt like been friend for a long time. She is the light of the appointment and hoping she is the one will take my father's follow up appointment and we had today were glad .Thank you God Bless your kind heart ❤️ Renee

Very disappointed that they do not take my insurance Humana Medicare. I have been going to Dr Modi for more than 5 years and now I have to find another doctor. This is not a good thing for me since Dr Modi did my cataract surgery.

I absolutely loved my experience here my whole family and I come here! I would definitely recommend going here the staff and everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I had lasik done here as well. Dr.Modi explained everything and made me feel safe and knowledgeable! Love it here

Im thrilled to give Seeta Eye in Poughkeepsie 5 stars! I just had Lasik by Dr. Modi yesterday. I regret not doing not doing this sooner. Every step of the process was explained to me clearly and precisely. During the procedure, I felt like there was no surprises, I felt comfortable and happy. Post care was explained in explicit detail as well as being written down. I highly recommend going to Seeta Eye for ANY eye needs. Stacey and Dr Modi are FABULOUS!!!

Dr. Modi is an expert in all things eye related and I can’t recommend his services enough. If you’re in or near the Hudson Valley and in need of eye surgery, Dr. Modi is your man! Before I had LASIK, I had an incredibly high glasses prescription. Now I’m seeing 20/20! That’s how effective he is! You will be well looked after during the entire procedure as well. I had Tiffany and Kelly assisting me alongside Dr. Modi the day of my surgery, and even though I was incredibly anxious (as I am a naturally anxious person), they made sure I was doing well with every step of the process. If you're still on the fence about getting LASIK, I'd say call now and ask for Stacey. She'll tell you everything you need to know about it and is very understanding. I have been a patient at Seeta Eye for approximately 30 years and my experience had been wonderful until a recent visit to the oculofacial surgeon. I was referred to her for consultation regarding a medical issue but what I ended up with was a comprehensive critique of a significant portion of my face and was told how much cosmetic surgery could help with a variety of my alleged deficiencies. By the time I left, I felt ugly and “damaged”. Again, this is the ONLY negative experience I’ve had with Seeta Eye! If not for this recent experience, I would definitely rate them 5 stars.

Dr. Modi and the staff at Seetaeye did an amazing job. I had been wearing glasses since I was 7 and had contacts since 7th grade, the work that they have done on my eyes is absolutely amazing. Had a 9:45am appt., 12:30pm and still had not seen the actual Dr. The technician is amazing, the flow of the office not so much. I’m trying to convince my father not to walk out. If you must come here, plan your day accordingly and expect to be here for HOURS! I can understand a 30 minute or even 45 minutes delay but for an eye appointment to take 3 hours + is ridiculous. Vascular surgeon appts don’t take this long!! If I can can keep my father here just long enough to complete this horrible experience, we will not be returning.

What a conveyor belt type eye doctor experience. Rushed through my 17 yr old son's exam and gave a completely wrong prescription for glasses. What a waste of my time. I brought him there thinking an ophthalmologist was the best care for my son for his first exam and ended up bringing him to an optometrist. The difference of those 2 experiences were like night and day. The optometrist in highland was wonderful. Took his time and explained how things worked so we got the correct script for his first pair of glasses. Seeta also recommended a horrible optometrist before this because they don't do the pupilary distance and we needed that in order to order glasses. That place was a horrific ordeal and Seeta is still giving out their cards as referrals. What a joke both of them were. Highly recommend to NOT go to seeta eye center.
