Great Dunkin’ location. Plenty of seating. Clean inside and fast service. Lots of parking. Seating available outside too with umbrellas.

Good coffee and quick service. I was never big on doughnuts though...😄, but sandwiches are OK. The app is very helpful when ordering.

They never miss up your coffee. They have been great so far.

Came here a few days a go i ordered drink & donuts. The drink was good just how I wanted but the donuts were melted all over and inside the bag too. This was absolutely terrible.

They sale sweet stuff, they not sweet killing yellow jackets bees, they Put a trap close to the garbage containers

Got two bagesl from here…. Toasted with what I thought should have been cream cheese. It was like they used the cup of cream cheese and split it between the two!

The donuts and coffee were fresh and the staff was friendly! I was pleasantly surprised.

Service, food, and coffee is good. They close 15-30 minutes earlier than advertised every single day though so that can be pretty frustrating if you're unable to get there earlier, like is often the case for me.

That new ❌ 👀 cashier has quite the snippy attitude. Coffee was alright, just didn't ask for a side of attitude with it. Hey, At least he's working right?🤷🏼‍♀️

First time at this location. Seats were wet for some reason, and it took a long time to get the food ordered. Once it was ready the person didn't bother to call out who it was for, even though there were several people waiting for their orders. It would have made sense to call it out. And then place the bag with the name/order information backwards facing them vs customers. Service experience wasn't on par with other locations.

It's been a while since I have been to this particular location. However, the staff were AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩

I thought they had a new item... Miniature donuts...but realized they're just shrunken donuts...I couldn't believe it... Still can't...actually 1/2 the size...

We come here because there's good WiFi and the staff is perfectly OK with you spending as much time as you need. Also, it's possible to eat low calorie sandwiches in addition to those delicious donuts.

I love this Dunkin location. They know how to make my coffee. If I have an issue with the way it is made they will remake I for me. Never had an issue that was not resolved in this location. This is where I do my business.

Nice dunkin it have parking and you can take you food fast.

Came in Monday to get a drink and one of the staff just started yelling and cursing at someone by the sandwich station. She was short with dark hair and I believe I saw a hand tattoo on her as well. Someone in there who is in charge need to at least tell their employees to have some self control especially when customers are around. Other than that I had a good time and the coffee is great.

Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways. Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles. Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic. Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.

The Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in Poughkeepsie is the best.. The staff are amazing they are always pleasant and kind especially Evelisse. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel better about your day🙂🙂🙂

What happens to the donuts was there on Saturday the donuts were terrible not the same . They were dry too small for the amount of money I paid . Going to price chopper from now on they have awesome donuts worth the money

The food is great, but The delivery apps won't allow you to add in special requests, and the store doesn't answer the phone to make a verbal request.
