I called in to set an appointment and told them to note that I'm also pregnant. I get to my appointment and paid 50 dollars co-pay which I was fine with. The doctor immediately tells me that unfortunately due to my pregnancy he was not able to prescribe or do anything for me. I understand that part but why take my $50 dollars? All he said "I'm sorry"...If you or your staff knew nothing could be done for me, why not tell me that over the phone? Waste my time and money. Horrible way to cheat someone for their money. I'm sure I'll be paying the doctor's 1-2 mins of his time to turn me away. Very disappointed!

My experience with Rochelle Trussell PA-C at the Smokey Point Office was great. She is so helpful, understanding and full of information, support and a treatment plan that suits your personal needs and situation. Her experience shows and she shines when it comes to finding solutions to your needs. I have severe psoriatic arthritis and she helped tremendously with my immediate care and referral to the right physician to help improve my quality of life. My wife and I have been going to NS Dermatology for the past several years and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care we have received on every visit. This organization is first class from the time you open the door and speak to the receptionist. Dr. Morrison is a great Physician. She is a joy to work with, and always willing to throughly explain her recommendations, and willing to completely deal with our concerns and conditions. All of the service providers we have worked with have been outstanding.

Their billing system is a mess. I have been in contact with them for over a year and the sad truth is they don't know what they do. I'm being billed for a treatment that the insurance doesn't cover, and the doctor or nurses never mentioned that. Also, the treatment took place over two visits although it could have been done in a single visit.

The receptionist as well as the assistant to Dr. Bouger were welcoming. I had several questions written down that he read and commented on. I also had skin care products I use and he evaluated them. He used a device to look over my body with a lighted device and found nothing to be worrisome. He also removed skin tags. I’ll be back next year and his office will remind me when.

Dr. Park is amazing. She is professional, explains things well & is very kind & reassuring to her patients. I highly recommend her for dermatological issues. The office staff at NSD Smokey Point are also fantastic. Very comfortable and welcoming environment.

Online Check in was a breeze, did everything prior to my appointment. I Was welcomed by friendly staff at the check in desk and was seen by the doctor within a matter of minutes. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office, finally did through texting and we made an appointment 2 months out, then got called the day before said appointment saying that they couldn't see me without a referral and I cant be seen. I'm paying cash, because I have state insurance and this is a cosmetic procedure that they wont cover, so I don't know who they are expecting to get a referral from. For 2 months I could have found somewhere else to be going, but no, they call me the day before, and now I will probably have to wait another 2 months to get in somewhere else. Very disappointing, and awful customer service. Don't waste your time like I did.

The folks at North Sound Dermatology are awesome. I've been going for quite some time now and I actually believe they have saved my life. I've had some skin cancer issues and they have taken care of that for me very professionally. Please go and get checked out if you have skin concerns. It is not as scary as you think. Better to get things taken care of than to wait until it is too late. Very awesome staff. You will feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent and efficient care for my Moh's surgery on my nose. The repair after the removal of the tumor looks OUTSTANDING. Dr. Makdisi has a warm and thoughtful manner. I would easily recommend this surgeon and her staff.

Dr. Park saw me for a suspicious lesion, did a painless biopsy and called me three days later with the results. I was very pleased with her manner, skill, follow up and attention to my concerns, referring me to Dr. Makdisi, who has completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology, for consult and Mohs surgery. During consult, Dr. Makdisi explained the necessary procedure, answered my questions, then efficiently coordinated my surgery with a next-day Plastics repair by another surgeon. The Mohs surgery and North Sound staff interactions at Smokey Point felt  skilled, professional, focused on my situation and compassionate.  I even received a much appreciated follow up call - something no other derm surgeon had done.  I've worked with many physicians over the years and highly recommend Dr. Makdisi.

I am experiencing itching on my shoulders and back. It is very disturbing and my aware today it is unsettling. I have wart like bumps and other clusters of bumps. They ITCH! I was told this was due to my age. I do not believe this and think it is due to something else. Looking for another more thorough and knowledgeable dermatologist.
