Food was fine but the decaf soy flat white coffee was horrid. Couldn't drink it. Not sure what they did to make it so bad. Won't be buying coffee from here again. The place is inside the shopping centre so I thought it would be a good place to visit. I was wrong. I shall self flagellate tonight.

Where to begin, Went in for family breakfast. It was extremely expensive, so I double checked the pricing. I was overcharged and charged for something I didn't order but they made a mistake on. When I brought it up and showed them the menu that everyone had been ordering from they had then said that menu was the wrong price, I said but if you have overcharged me with a different menu then you have also overcharged everyone else here. Plus the hidden charges they don't tell you about. An extra 1.10 to put a coffee in a mug. Most of The people were elderly, I don't know how they can overcharge everyone else there like they did me and think its ok. The staff said it was busy and that's the reason it happend yet it wasn't busy at all, the rush was over with and everyone was just sitting enjoying conversation. Even the money refunded didn't add up. Also microwaved scrambled eggs yum! Bad customer service, bad customer experience and no accountability, was lied to twice and just excuses about everything when I brought it up.

Smashed avocado was an off green puree with two halfed cherry tomatoes. Extra hot chai latte was a mildly hot cup of frothy milk. Not recommended

I went to Caffissimo in Armadale for the first time today and cannot tell you how impressed I was. The steak sandwich was outstanding. The turkish roll was fresh, homemade bbq sauce delicious and the steak was tender and moist. The chips were delicious too! The cappuccino was honestly the best cup of coffee I've have in Perth since moving from Melbourne nine months ago. Who'd have thought!! In a café at a local shopping center!?! The customer service from the guy who made my coffee was 10/10! I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews some people have written about this place. I understand the tables and chairs are not ultra-modern, and in fairness, it is not the cheapest place to buy lunch. However, after sinking my teeth into that steak sandwich, I thought the price was totally justified. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back whenever I'm in Armadale!

Got some smash avo and fetta. Avo was just some kind of spread and wasnt the right colour if you were using actual avos. Fetta was just a light sprinking. Would not recommend Husband and I both ended up with food poisoning within an hour and a half of eating this food.

I had a English breakfast tea and it was horrible. Did even taste like English breakfast tea, i didn't even drink the tea. I can say the chairs are very comfortable

I enjoyed my meal, prompt served. Most impressed with the happy friendly service.

Paid $20 for a cup of cappuccino and a breakfast burger. Worst breakfast ever. Bacon was bitter, burger was burnt and soggy.

Food is average Cafe food, no dramas there. But the wait time in an empty Cafe is ridiculous. Near on half hour wait for a Chicken Toastie and Chips. Longer still for a steak sandwich. Chocolate shake lacked any chocolate flavouring. Steak sandwich was mediocre Price should be dropped to match the service

Took my daughter for brekkie and was very disappointed in the food and the service. My daughter ordered the pancakes and I the eggs benny. She was only able to eat one out of three as they were hard as rock. I told the waitstaff about the pancakes and she then said to me “then what” 😱 I told her my daughter could have chipped her tooth and picked up the pancake and told her to feel it. She then said change of product then grabbed the plate and walked away! Absolutely disgusted i had to hold back words as I didn’t want to make a scene in the mall. Not even an apology just walked away. Never going there again!!!

Not bad. Pricing was in the general range. Quality of food same thereof. Didn't blow my socks off, but didn't leave disappointed. Willing to come back. Neat, clean and tidy. Food and drink came in a reasonable time. Worth a go

Really good as term of food. I didn't take a picture of it. But worth coming. We had both beef burger with chips. So good party was thick and plenty of chips for single serve..very generous. I'm not local in Armadale but worth to come here support local business

We came quite late near closing and they were fantastic Janice served us and even though she was closing up she could not be more helpful. The food was delicious. We really appreciate her going out of the way for us. Will definitely look up the nearest Caffisim next time we are in Perth

Ordered 2 BLT s for lunch today Worst ones ever.Toast was cold - fillings not real nice.Chips ?? Coffee seemed ok Don't think we will be back in a hurry

I understand that Perth has some of the highest cafe coffee prices in Australia, but these guys are taking it to the extreme. $31, for an XL Latte, & 2 English Muffins with Bacon & Cheese in them.😳 At that price, I would have expected something pretty darned special, accompanied by amazing service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on both fronts.😔 I will admit that the Latte was good temperature & the muffins were of reasonable Roadhouse standard, atleast.

Got two plates out together and then had to sit and wait a further 5-10 mins for the chips and gravy.
