I had a horrible experience at Armadale Specsavers… I had my eyes tested and purchased new glasses after misplacing my old glasses. The eye test was so rushed that I ended up being given the wrong prescription. The staff weren’t very helpful selecting frames, they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Going back to pick up my glasses they barely helped me fit my glasses, they told me not to adjust the nose pieces to much or they will break and sent me on my way…. I had constant headaches, constant eye strain and the glasses themselves felt tight… Less than a year later I found my old glasses and noticed that the new glasses had a much weaker prescription than my old glasses, I called the Armadale store and was told that they aren’t in warranty and there is nothing they can do…. I called another Specsavers store and asked if there is anything they can do, they told me that this wasn’t right and they would sort it out, which the other store was more than happy to help me, tested my eyes, sent my frames away and got me the correct prescription. I now have glasses frames that are correctly fitted, that don’t strain my eyes and I can actually see out of… No thanks to Armadale……

First visit to the Armadale (WA) store with my 13 y/o today....why have I not been a customer sooner? Friendly, helpful, professional staff, wonderful customer service, amazing in store offers! Already booked myself in to jump ship also. Thanks for making it such an easy, friendly experience guys. much appreciated!

Upmost friendly service from all staff and very welcoming as you entered the store. Appointment times ran on time and whilst going through the tests everything was explained fully to you as to what was happening. The free hearing test was non evasive and very well explained. Choice of glasses was in a price range i could afford.

Not happy at all, after pick up my glasses they are 9mm thickness look so disgusting. Got told they can not do any thinner and the lady who served me is not friendly(only her not everyone in there, just want to get it right). I just wasted my money and I’m sure, I’m not using their glasses. See and compare with my old glasses:(

Accidentally sat on my glasses. Snapped an arm off the frame and bent them. They repaired them for free. Very happy with this stores service

Having first tried purchasing online,I called Armadale and spoke with Donna,who went way and beyond to help me.Eventually she suggested I visit the store,which I did and she was wonderful. She fulfilled my request and all is now right with the world. A big thank you to Donna and I'd be very happy if she could receive a commendation on my behalf.

Took my grandmother here for her eyes checked. Very professional and caring. All the staff are lovely and can't help enough. I too am a customer of theirs and have referred many family members to go here. My father inlaw also had his hearing aids thru these guys after another company wanted to charge him 5k for the same ones he got for free under the government scheme for aged pensioners. Would recommend for anyone of age but expecially seniors with eye and hearing problems.

I had a wonderful experience today at Specsavers Armadale. I've been going here for years, but it seems to just be getting better and better over time. Every staff member who assisted me was pleasant and helpful. My appointment was perfect in every regard - no waiting, excellent service and expertise, and the professionals were informative and thorough. The optometric technician who did my tests was gentle and kind. My Optometrist, Jean, did so many extra little steps which made me feel genuinely looked after. Chris, the optometry assistant who helped me shop for glasses, was delightful and had great ideas for me. This team is great. They really made my day. I've been to a few bougie boutique optometrists over the years, and this clinic is really far better than any of those.

Was easy to book an appointment via online for eye test. Staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service Called to ask a question about my contacts order and was hung up on mid question, I understand they are a busy store but I shouldn't be made to feel like I am wasting there time with a simple question Ended up Calling laubman and Pank to supply me with emergency contact lenses and they went above and beyond to help me out. Will not be ordering from spec savers Armadale again
