I spoke with two different gentleman , one being a Technician named Jojo the other was Taizun his speciality is technical support . Both these men are extremely knowledgeable having extensive experience in many different brands of products. There customer service is exceptional to none. Nothing is too much trouble. I went for iPad screen repair. The job was done within a couple of hours. I also wanted shockproof case for my phone and iPad. Even though it was not available at the shop but the guy was very helpful and asked someone to grab it for me from another store. Both guys were very helpful. The price is also very good for such a good quality work. Very impressed!

My sister and I bought a phone each today and the excellent service we got was totally unbelievable. The guys there really looked after us because we are older and don't know much about technology. I didn't think that sort of customer service existed anymore but at CELLMATE ARMADALE it does. What a pleasant experience we had at Cellmate Armadale. We'd purchased a sort term SIM card at the store and experienced some difficulty getting the card to function. Amazing service. My screen stopped working after a drop to the floor. Thankfully they were able to reset my phone and resolve the issue. They did all this free of charge. Can't thank you enough for your fantastic customer care. Will 10/10 recommend to anyone know.

Took a Google Pixel 4 in for repair. They replaced the battery and we now have a working phone again for a very cheap price. And quick time turn around too. Highly recommend these guys for Google phones.

Super helpful staff, with smiles, even though they were busy and it was late in the day, they went beyond the average, activated my new sim, tried all the options for a new phone cover AND had a pop socket when no one else did. I'm glad I drove half an hour for that! Thanks!

Went to fix iPhone 7 screen, very friendly and helpful service, only took 30-45 mins max for the whole experience. Would def recommend this place. 2023 edit: went to fix my Rog phone 3 as the touchscreen was broken, very friendly staff once again. The price was very reasonable and this place has become my favourite phone repair shop in Armadale

We had a data recovery today at Cell mate Armadale and the guys helped us a lot on this especially we dont know much about this. They were friendly and helpful. We will still come back and recommend this shop to our friends.

Very helpful and friendly. Went to them for a new screen buy they didn't have one and instead gave me a new phone for the same price as a new screen and transferred all of the data from my old one for me. Absolute legends and would recommend them 10/10

Recently i dropped my mobile into the toilet. cellmate tried but it was not fixable so on their recommendation i bought a fantastic samsung mob. I love it. And at a very good price. I had trouble setting it up. I cannot speak more highly of these guys. If you have a problem with your ph or need a new mobile go to cellmate. You will not be disappointed.

I needed to update from my very outdated phone. I only wanted to buy a refurbished outright. I prefer to shop in person than online, I can see the goods , get them straight away and deal with the sellers direct. They had exactly what I was after with the needed add ons on hand and a 12 month warranty. I got great value and terrific service.

CELLMATE Armadale helped me out with my cracked screen. The staff are super friendly and when they realised my phone battery was bad they waited to ask if they can replace it. They did a wonderful job fixing my phone it looks brand new! I’m very impressed with their service and will be using them again and recommending to friends! Thanks guys
