One of the places with the slow services ever, if you are hungry or with few time to eat avoid this place, the food taste good but in some cases came cold because of the late I guess. Hope it gets better someday. Positive: The enviroment is very local, lot of nice pictures and regional pieces.

Me and my girlfriend ordered two main dishes. We waited for 50 minutes for our food and no one even came to us and said sorry or to ask if its ok. The food was good but definitely not worth the long wait. Will not come again.

The grill chicken was delicious- didn’t expect anything but was super happy about it. Wanted something not super traditional to give the pallet a little break and happy the chicken order did the job. My only tips for tourists like myself visiting here may try to skip any milk based drink/ juice

Terrible food, just out of the fridge. After 4 hours I’m still not able to digest the “fresh” fish and the meat we got. Worst Colombian food I had in ages. A tourist trap. Food in Salento is probably mediocre seen the number of restaurant offering “international food” due to the number of foreigners, but I can imagine there is something better than this. Avoid it.

Very nice service; couple of places on the balcony overlooking the street. And nice white wine, cold beer and nice food.

The perfect place if you want to try the local speciality : the trout. They have it in all sorts, we had the grilled one and the grilled one with garlic. Both were absolutely delicious and the portions are very big

Overall great place. Quick service, great prices and fantastic food. Make sure to try a traditional trout dish.

Great place for a nice lunch or dinner. Friendly staff, really nice atmosphere and a cosy looking Restaurant. Would definitely recommend the trout (a local specialty). Prices like everywhere in colombia are low. The self made lemonades are also very refreshing.

Nice place. Quality of food was very good for the price. Pina Colada was the best so far in Colombia. That includes the beach locations.

It seems that if you are not planning on ordering something expensive, they don't care about your order. We waited for about 35-40 min for a "tinto," which is plain small black coffee and a soup. They never arrived, and the waiter was more into people ordering wine or things like that. After all that wait, we left, and the waiter saw us, but he barely cared. Beautiful view, though, but bad experience.

Authentic Colombian dinner! Very cozy and woody interior design. We tried the house wine and was a bit fruity. We ordered bandeja paisa, huge portion and was really delicious and we'll presented! Another recommendation is their crema de trucha. It was a very creamy and freshly fish soup. No doubt and would love to say" para llevar". Staff were very friendly and humble. Highly recommend La Fonda de los Arrieros!
