Shockingly great! You could be in London, Chicago Montreux or Tokyo with food this superior. While Quindio is the best place in the world to live, it lacks great restaurants. Ceron changes the game and raises the bar very high for restaurants in Quindio. So far I have had the pork ribs. beef burger, chicken and mushroom soup. All have left me feeling like I was in NYC or Europe. The service was also outstanding. I kept asking the waiter if the Chef worked in the U.S or Europe, and his reply was No. I will ask again when I return soon because this food has a International flair rarely found in Colombia. The Ceron staff was taking great caution to protect guest health in a time when many restaurants are unprepared for the pandemic. I can only hope that more great restaurants will arrive in my beloved Quindio. John of Filandia, Quindio.

We loved our experience at this restaurant! Strongly recommended if you are visiting the city. The chef, Diana, is truly passionate about her work and made us feel at home! She is also a master baker and takes great pride in her work. I had the salmon ceviche and shared a bottle of wine with my family. We will be back again!!

A gem in Armenia. The food is playful and curious, drawing inspiration from multiple cultures, including a string Asian influence. We ordered the Burrata which came with fried crisps and fresh lettuce. The Trout Ceviche had just enough acid on the fish without overpowering. They also had a range of risotto and noodle soups (ramen) to choose from. They also hand make the chocolate. Treat yourself to a beautiful dessert!

This place is absolutely exquisite! I love the ramen options and the Colombian twist on very elegant food. One thing I would suggest to the chef is to not have the seafood ramen be so creamy. There are way too many creamy dishes in this country and the cream just ruins the quality of a true ramen dish. I would recommend this place for an upscale and homey dinner place!

A lot of restaurants in Armenia have recently been losing their quality. Being originally from this wonderful city, it’s been sad seeing the loss of quality, overall, gastronomically throughout the city. Many big name restaurants that we all know and love have remained just that; restaurants we know and love. Very little creativity in their new dishes, and complacency in the dishes that have been around since their start. Today, I finally visited what a restaurant should be. The attention, food quality, and charisma of the restaurant are exceptional. I ordered the seafood ramen and octopus entree and was blown away by the fantastic flavors present in both dishes. They had told me my dishes would go wonderfully with a white Chilean wine, and they were very much correct. You can tell everyone that makes up Ceron genuinely cares about their craft. I have high hopes for Ceron, I definitely recommend it for a nice fancy evening with your loved one, or simply by yourself. I will most definitely be back.

If you are visiting this beautiful city, this restaurant is a must. Make sure you make a reservation. The staff is nice and friendly, but the best of all is their food. We ordered the Buenaventura and tiradito Ceron, and it was exquisite!

I was there yesterday for late lunch and i just can say "superb" isn't my first time and always is everything really good! When the Brazilian speaker manager is not there the service is shy but still really impressive!!!! Good job guys and my compliment to the chef owner.
