The treatment process is excellent. We did a cataract surgery for my father. We felt comfortable and the employees were polite with the patients and the attender. They guide us everywhere with the process and done a surgery within a day. Overall very good, will recommend to others👍

Hospital provides seemless eye check up and operation procedure. A floor is dedicated for operations. My mom underwent cataract operation and the pre operative procedure, operation and post operative care are best in town. The nursing staff are very helpful here.

When I visit there, they are so professionally checking my entire eye with latest technology machine, I really fell for it.. then they explained about my eye power and some suggestions for frames.. brand new frames,exclusive collection of lens and contact lenses also. We can can buy our products in genuine reasonable price.. I need to tell you this store atmosphere clean and calm so that you can make your decisions effectively. Sales manager and salesman very friendly and patience they can spend time with you for hours and hours when you need to know about their products. I am using spectacle for the past 15 years. Started using lenskart for a couple of years recently but had headaches and night vision problems. I came across Dr. Agarwal eye hospital and changed my spectacles. The price was little high but still it's worth paying. Their service is good. For a normal eye checkup they checked out eye pressure, power (as whether it had changed) and finally met the doctor. All of them are kind during the entire process and they also prescribed a good lens for me.

Everything was good....staffs are excellent.... doctors really good. Only the discomfort I felt is the delay ,time taking longer than expected.

Well equipped hospital and doctors are really helpful in clearing all our doubts.. Staffs were very polite and overall impressed by their hospitality (from receptionist till doctor visit and pharmacist). Since it is women's day week, consulting fee is waived for female patients. Glad they are providing good treatment at affordable price.

I had Athens c3r done in both eyes in an interval of 40 days ..first left eye procedure was done perfectly and with out any pain also got my vision 95percent..but for right eye while preparing for procedure gave me single drop of eye drops and suddenly took me to operation table I had terrible pain throughout the procedure because of over pain i could not respond to laser light properly so i got only 70percent of vision in right eye .that day I took three pain killers .if they would have given anesthetic drops properly like left eye my right eye would have got 95 percent vision ..only this was problem I faced..All other stuff was very good hospitality cleanliness and Rahul sir was awesome 👌 he explained about the procedure and gave confidence every time I visit him...only once consulting fee was paid till now I would have visited 6to7 times on fees but no fees

Had a bad experience with this world famous hospital in Madurai Arapalayam branch. From morning we have been waiting for Dr but no one show till 4 PM. Whenever we ask attendant, they were keep telling they will come come but don’t show till. Lot of patience were waiting behind us. No response at all.

Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital's optical service is outstanding. Especially, Ms. Dhanam at the optical service is very generous. She gives clear knowledge about the lens and helps us to choose the lens that best fits our eyes. The treatment also was good.

Most cataract surgery patients are old people. The seating arrangement in waiting hall is not comfortable for old age patients. The seats are little low and without hand rest. So elder people can't getup on their own. It is better to look on this.

Car Parking facility not available. Visitors need to park the vehicles on nearby streets. If elders/ Small kids are visiting, no place to sit and have food. Other than these, Doctors / Staffs behavior was good. Taken with good care.
