Going down to the waterfall was a real adventure, our first adventure together, it's worth going there and it's a very beautiful place, it's a shame you can't take a bath, it's pure nature and it's not for everyone to go there alone even brave and adventurous people do it.

Description of the waterfall, which can be reached by going down a difficult and long path. However, those who venture out will not regret it - down below, a very pleasant and enchanting nature awaits you, with waterfalls and many rocks on which you can relax. Access to the waterfall is quite difficult, but despite this, even parents with small children venture here. However, it is very important to be extremely careful and attentive at every step in order to avoid dangers. Down there, where the waterfall is, an incredibly beautiful atmosphere reigns. The loud sound of water falling from the height mixes with the peaceful sound of the forest, creating a unique atmosphere in this place. Here you can admire the crystal clear water that flows through the rocks and collects in a small pool. Many rocks around allow you to find a peaceful place to rest during the journey. Overall, visiting the waterfall is a great adventure worth trying as the beauty of this place will remain in memory for a long time

Following the PR7 trail, you can descend to the base of the waterfall and appreciate the grandeur of its 60 meters of free fall, especially in rainy months when the Caima River carries a lot of water. The descent is steep and, on wet surfaces, slippery, but the reward is worth the effort and risk. The return is via the same trail.

Impressive waterfall, and summer is not the best season to discover it, the water flow is less, it is better to favor the beginning of spring to see it

Beautiful! There is a path where you can go down to the cascade, but the difficulty is high. Still, it's worth the effort. The view from the viewpoint is breathtaking.

An impressive waterfall. One of the largest we have seen. The route is highly difficult but it is worth the effort. It is advisable to be well prepared since it is very demanding.

The largest waterfall in the Serra da Freita. For those who dare to take the trail, you will also have a privileged view of the waterfall. The route is of moderate difficulty (PR7 Mizarela).

Magical place, especially at the bottom of the waterfall. Difficult access, not advisable in wet weather. Requires above average physical and technical capacity.

Quite difficult to access, it is an almost steep descent through dense forest, however it is a wonderful magical surprise when you reach the waterfall, where you can take a rejuvenating ice-cold bath! For crazy adventurers who love the forest, the journey is worth it.
