This place is big enough to accommodate 100s of people but it is and should always be over booked, only because of the taste. Fat Fish is worth all the stars. Our Goa trip was fulfilled with the amazing and overwhelming food experience/intake.

Nice chill out spot with cocktails and mocktails. Food price is little bit higher, but its worth it. You will have enough space for parking.We tried butter garlic fish, it was delicious with corns,veggies and thick butter garlic sauce.I tried the stuffed crab as starters, were too dry. Service is unbearably slow, not reading tables well, anyway they are avoiding obvious mistakes.The place is mostly crowded. I recommended to visit the place at least once.

Went on Saturday late afternoon for Lunch. Had Chonak Rechado, Kingfish curry rice, Chonak Rechado again and bebinka with ice cream for dessert with a pitcher of beer. The place was fully packed, we got seat as a table vacated Immediately as we arrived. The food was amazing especially the chonak Rechado fry, Kingfish curry was served with steamed basmati rice. The staff is polite and professional, The ambience of the restaurant is amazing. The place is a bit expensive but the food quality, service, ambience is worth the price. Had a great experience. While coming back entering the car parking area saw a baby snake. Think it's a Krait. Whoooo. Added snaps!

One of the places you must go to when you visit Goa. I always make it a point to visit here with my family at least once during my vacation in Goa. One of the speciality of this place is the Fish Thali which is served only during lunch time. If you love food this is a place you must visit. People from far and wide come to visit this place because the food is simply great. Another thing about this place is that I also loved the music that’s playing while we are dining.

The service was extremely bad. We went when the restaurant was not busy, however we waited over 30 minutes for a waiter. First they told us the waiters were on lunch (all of them) then a waiter came and left without taking our order. Finally someone assisted. The food was around 3.5-4 stars, some of the dishes on the lower end where others were better. After seeing the numerous awards and how busy it was earlier in the day we expected much more. However overall the food was good not great, and the pasta was not good. The styling is beautiful, the music was on and off, overall the atmosphere was average. I mainly hope they can improve their service.

We tried sea food platter which includes with king fish , squid , crab , pomfret fish with enough quantity. Also we tried chicken tandoori here which was good. We wanted to try fish thali over here but unfortunately it was finished till the time we reached over there. Food Price is little bit higher than any other restaurant. For parking your will enough space for your car. Highly recommended 👍

Our most recent meal at the popular seafood restaurant "Fat Fish" in Goa was decent, not outstanding. First of all, the wait was really annoying. I had to wait over an hour to secure a table ( probably as it was Sunday, October 22), but after we were seated, the waiter took an additional 15 mins to take our orders. The whole dinner experience was hampered by this lengthy wait. The orders were served with a significant delay. We had to wait for an hour to get some dishes. They gave about ten to fifteen minutes between each appetizer serving. That's not how food is served, particularly in a group with 3-4 kids. On a positive note, the food was top notch no doubt. I loved each item we ordered. The restaurant's ambience was quite pleasant. The coastal decor added to the overall dining experience, making it a comfortable and enjoyable setting. The waiter who attended to our table was friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made some helpful recommendations. Must try place if you visit Goa. Ample parking and great ambience. Wait time was about 45 minutes to get a table at peak lunch hour…. But it was worth every minute We got lobster, prawn, squid and pizza… all of them were perfection on a plate

One can never go wrong with fat fish. I’ve been there a quite lot of times and the chicken biryani is so amazing. Not a sea food lover per say, but i do like the fishes there as well. Also, the double chocolate cake is the perfect addition. It’s pretty crowded on the weekends so most probably you’ll have to wait for some time before finding a place.

Make it a point to visit early in order to get a place. Too crowded. Lively ambience. They serve alcohol. Good food. Do try the local fish.. Chonak. The place is usually packed so plan accordingly. Also don't miss out on their brownie. A bit on the expensive side but worth the wait and money. Good place to visit with family and friends.

This place is really good. We were put up close to Fat Fish for about a week and we had at least 4 meals during our stay in Goa. It does get crowded but once you get a table, you're going to have a feast. We missed the fish thali due to always being late but the other items we tried were really good. The atmosphere is very lively when packed. They also have a cool cat at their bar counter!

The fat fish experience was good. It is a busy restaurant with a large setup. Almost all the dishes listed are available. I had shark roast and chicken stroganoff with couple of beers. Shark was very tasty. The services were very good. All the waiters are very responsive and fast and helpful. It is relatively old restaurant in that area. They had live lobsters crabs on demand. But the price was very very high. Overall the experience was really good. The food was tasty. The service was good. Hence Highly recommended.

Fat Fish is about the place, not food. It is about how u feel about the place. Needed to wait for almost 45 minutes each for table and then food. I was not impressed with the food. It is good, delicious but not worth the hype created. However, a special mention to the staff. From the time I mentioned about my seat reservation, there is a constant feedback from them. Setting up table, sharing menu, suggestion on alternate food option, portion size, everything was spot on. Absolutely worth a visit!! Go to see the place..

Can be crowded sometimes. But its worth waiting. Tasty food. Sea food is definitely tasty, but they have good range of vegetarian dishes too. Do not forget to try peppery mango drink. Its yummy. They have real good desserts too. Serra dura was my favourite, do give it a try.

The most authentic vibe of Goa and it's awesome seafood culture is very evident here. Food is authentic and might seen pricey only until you actually taste the food. Had butter garlic lobster and stuffed crabs. 10/10 everyday of the year. P.S - Be prepared to wait around 10-15 mins for a table.

Food is good and the service is super, special thanks to Deepak our server for helping us order. Absolutely loved this place. Fat Fish is one of the best seafood restaurant and Bar. We were there just before 1pm and found a place to sit, after 1pm you will have to wait at least half an hour to 45 minutes for a seat. A must visit.

The restaurant is great in every dish they serve. Their service is good but you will have to wait a little as it is always crowded due to their absolute great tasting dishes. The atmosphere is stunning and is conveniently located. The seafood continental dishes are remarkable. Highly recommended for all people visiting Goa.

Best restaurant in the locality. The prices nullify for the portion sizes as the portion sizes were huge. Our orders were crispy chicken, masala papad and fish fingers. Everything was done to perfection. Do couple the crispy chicken with your beer!!! Service was perfect, with waiters having knowledge on what they serve. They have a huge parking lot for bikes and cars.

Lovely ambience, lovely service.. But what fails to impress is the goan food !!!! Tried stuffed crabs, prawns curry rice and chicken masala... The stuffed crabs were too dry and tasteless... The prawns curry was okay okay... Even though it's the same management as the baga beach shack St Antonys still rocks when it comes to goan food..

One of the best place for food. Cool place to hang out with friends and family. Food was amazing with a very nice taste. Nice presentation as well. Ambience is also appealing. Staffs are nice and swift.It was crowdy when we visited but food was served in time without any delay.There is a parking space available as well for parking the 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler.

Vegetarian food was also awesome. Also we ordered fish biryani quantity was more if you are 3 persons or 4 person's Prices were normal not more range. They also have a great selection of wine and beers. The restaurant is located in a convenient area, and has a modern and inviting interior. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff that made sure our dining experience was enjoyable.

Lovely place for foodies, on the main road, ample parking for 2 & 4 wheelers. Food taste, quality are very good, and quantity is much. For a couple if u order 3 starters you will not go for main course. May be a desert will do. Good atmosphere, u may have to wait but worth.

Must visit restaurant in Goa if you love seafood! They have fresh seafood and the place is always packed. We went for dinner and the place was jam packed and we left, and the next day we went for lunch. It was still crowded but we managed to find a table. Do reserve your table before you go, if not go for an early lunch or dinner. Do not miss the lobster and stuffed crabs. It was one of the best seafood we’ve had. They also had live crabs, but by the time we reached it was over.

Nice family restaurant with a variety of options to eat from seafood to vegetarian, Continental to Indian. Prices are reasonable. The place is mostly crowded and you would need to wait 5-10 minutes to get a table during regular days. On weekends and festivals the waiting can go up to hours.

Fat fish is very popular and good sea food restaurant in North Goa. Very delicious and yummy food is served. Restaurant have more then 100 persons sitting arrangement. Thai food and other east Asian food is also served. Sufficient parking space is also there. It is cost wise moderate to high. One can take family with them.

We loved the service given by staff member named Harender.. he was very efficient, friendly and polite.. Everything about this place is so nice. The food, the service , the ambience. Just loved it. Had jumbo prawns and pomphelt fish in a local preparation as suggested by the waiter, and it was the best I ever had. Goa visit without the fat fish is incomplete

Epic food. Great atmosphere. Always crowded and you may have to wait. Parking available. We didn't get the best waiter but the ambience and the food more than made up for everything. Stuffed crab is to die for and so is their Chanak fish. Prawns preparations were also great. Desserts are limited but good.
