I
recently
dined
at
"Fat
Fish"
in
Goa,
a
renowned
seafood
destination,
and
my
experience
was
a
bit
average.
The
restaurant
is
popular
for
its
seafood,
and
although
the
food
lived
up
to
its
reputation,
there
were
some
drawbacks.
Firstly,
the
wait
time
was
quite
frustrating.
I
had
to
wait
for
up
to
half
an
hour
just
to
get
a
table,
and
once
seated,
it
took
another
15
minutes
for
the
server
to
take
our
order.
This
long
wait
was
a
downside
as
it
affected
the
overall
dining
experience.
Unfortunately,
I
couldn't
order
the
fish
thali,
which
was
one
of
the
items
I
had
been
looking
forward
to,
as
I
arrived
slightly
late
for
the
lunch
hour.
This
was
a
bit
disappointing,
but
it's
understandable
that
popular
dishes
may
run
out
during
peak
hours.
On
a
positive
note,
the
restaurant's
ambience
was
quite
pleasant.
The
coastal
decor
added
to
the
overall
dining
experience,
making
it
a
comfortable
and
enjoyable
setting.
The
waiter
who
attended
to
our
table
was
friendly
and
polite.
He
was
knowledgeable
about
the
menu
and
made
some
helpful
recommendations.
His
service
added
a
touch
of
warmth
to
an
otherwise
average
experience.
Fat
Fish
is
indeed
a
go-to
seafood
spot
in
Goa
with
good
food,
a
welcoming
ambience,
and
polite
staff.
However,
the
extended
wait
times
for
a
table
and
order,
coupled
with
the
unavailability
of
certain
dishes
during
peak
hours,
did
impact
my
overall
enjoyment.
I
would
recommend
visiting
during
non-peak
hours
to
avoid
the
long
wait
times
and
to
have
a
more
satisfying
dining
experience.
