Really nice meal, stunning pasta 🍝 and really good chicken. The bread was served hot with Alioli - delicious. The service was pleasant and fast. It is a nice place to eat, especially that you can have a view for the city.

12/15/19 I would like to highlight this wonderful restaurant after 4 very mixed bad dinners around town, which were graded from mediocre to terrible. Service was impeccable with great attention to details. The food was amazing! We had an assortment of tapas with 3 different sauces. Octopus and a black rise. All three dishes were super. I had a strong suspicion that the base for the flavor/s came from Peru. We named at lease 5 high end restaurants in Lima to where you can match up those flavors We would suggest to expand the wine list. We had two wonderful bottles, but we did not see any vintages from Navarra or LaMancha regions. All and all - this is a highly recommended restaurant!

One of the most beautiful restaurant where I have ever been and definitelly the best restaurant in Lanzarote. The atmosphere is really cute and I have never had so delicious paella like here! Wine and sangria also good. 10/10

The waiter touched my friends fork on the part that you eat with. Food was really not good, mediocre would be giving a compliment. The bread was soggy and tasted so burnt, the chips they use are frozen and under cooked and the burgers look like a 6 year old made it. Really not Impressed. Also quite expensive given the lack of quality

This place is a modern contrast with the rest of restaurants in the area (Charco de San Ginés, in Arrecife) but (since I’m from Madrid) I expected a little bit more from them seeing their prices. We were 2 people having dinner and we ordered: - Two croquetas — they were good. - Half ración of ‘queso frito a la plancha’ (grilled fresch cheese from Lanzarote) — good as well. - Half of ‘ensaladilla rusa’ — I’m a huge fan of ensaladilla rusa and this was simply OK. - (Picture)As a main we ordered the ‘morena frita’ and we knew that the way of cooking is typical here but the dish seemed much better on display than when tasting it. It was difficult to eat ‘cause of the dozen fishbones in it and the breading was not too good. - Then we ordered a ‘mini hamburguesa of meat’ and it was overcooked. Service was good, nothing extraordinary and the place is nice (with that modern touch which makes it different).

This restaurant was the first I visited by the bay, I have usually gone into town. Trying to stay away from the tourist oriented restaurants. To my utter surprise it is full off locals, atmosphere fantastic. But my biggest surprise was the quality of the burger, it knocked my socks off. Perfection on a plate, how often can you say that about a burger, I will be back to try some other options on the menu I am sure they won’t disappoint.

I enjoyed a hamburger and Coke after a beer. Others liked the potato appetizer.

Great service fast and kind. The food is OK, a bit fast foody (fried stuff, chips were soggy). Some veggie options but best for non veggies. I had the salad with goats cheese which was OK but a bit over seasoned (lots los of oil).

Lovely place to sit and have a drink, didn't try the food! Had to ask for change, they helped themselves to a tip!!🤣😭

Been here before and the food was great, but this time around not so good. Had to send the Canadian potatoes back as the salt was unbearable and overpowering, the hummus was watered puree and I could go on. Maybe they have a new chef?

Visited this pathetic excuse for a restaurant in Arrecife on 9th Feb during our week away in Lanzarote. Service was shocking. Food slow. Waiters didn’t care. There was 10 of us. We saw people in the restaurant next to us receiving delicious looking pizzas and other dishes. When our mini chicken burgers arrived they were not accompanied by chips as advertised and we’re pathetic. Avoid this shambles of a restaurant. They are so bad.

Nice modern interior with a good location on the harbor, however the service was lacking. Three different options on the menu were out (one of them we were notified 45 mins after ordering). Took about an hour to get our food, and the restaurant seemed not to be busy. Two of us ordered carbonara, but the quality of the two were different that you would of thought we ordered two different dishes. Could be a nice restaurant, I think we just went on a bad night.

The waiter recommended us the croquetas that were not included in the menu and it was the best thing I’ve ever tried; Croquetas of jamón and banana, served with marmalade. Please, please include it in the menu!!!! We’ll definitely be back

We stopped here for dinner and enjoyed the seafood paella, which was very fresh. The prawns were particularly tasty.

Cala offers a range of simple, well executed dishes drawing on the Canarian and Spanish tradition, with Oriental and other world influences in some dishes. Very pleasant view from the terrace, like for all places in the Charco "strip", and also stylishly decorated inside. Prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly.

We had a very pleasant dinner here, with attentive service and enjoyed it very much. Since we’re traveling as a family with small children, we have to eat early- and this was one of the rare options to find here (6pm). But be aware: A few days later we returned at 6pm just to be sent away “because this week we open the kitchen only from 8pm on”. In reference to the owners reply: If what you suggest would have happened, that would be okay - but I’m sorry to say that in fact it was exactly like I wrote: we were sent away and told that the kitchen is closed and not opened before 8pm. Not the slightest chance for a misunderstanding.

AMAZING restaurant with a great view of El Charco. The interior is charming and they have a large patio with heaters if you prefer to sit outside. We LOVED every dish we ordered. I highly recommend their croquetas de jamon, and ensalada Lanzarote. My husband enjoyed his burger and I loved the pasta cuatro quesos. All staff were wearing masks and COVID protocols were followed. I highly recommend!

👍👍 Having cycled against the wind from Matagorda, we had built up a hearty appetite. Walking past all the other little restaurants to the end, this one looked the best. We were not disappointed.
